House is beautiful. Response to fixing a few small issues has been very fast.

My KB home was exactly what I wanted and exceeded my expectations from the sales staff down to the construction quality of the home. I would recommend KB homes to anyone who wants to strike a balance between quity and cost. I don't think you'll be disappointed!

Home buying process with KB Homes from start till the possession of the house was pretty smooth.

Absolutely fell in love with our new home, but the staff make the whole process easy and enjoyable. KB homes staff has great customer service! If the staff member couldn't help you they got back to you promptly or they would guide you to someone who could best assist you. Everyone went above and beyond the scope of their position. After we purchased our home multiple staff members reached out to myself and my husband to make sure everything went well and offered their assistance with anything that might arise. Truly a wonderful experience from purchase to move in. Everyone who was a part of our journey was patient, kind and wanted to go above our expectations.

My wife and I had originally planned on buying in the Westpark community but were never given a build date even though we were guaranteed a home by July. Once we were referred to the pepper tree community the customer service we received was a huge difference from that of westpark. Jody and Steve have been amazing through out the transfer process and attentive to all our needs.
