Home buying experience was alright but the quality of workmanship is average or below average

Working with KB Home was overall a really pleasant experience from start to finish. The team kept me updated weekly throughout the entire process, which made everything feel organized and stress-free. One thing I especially appreciated was that my home stayed ahead of schedule, and any small issues or touch-ups I noticed were repaired promptly without hassle. I also liked that I was able to customize the home mostly to my liking, which helped it feel more personal and tailored to my style. My only disappointment was the limited design options in certain areas. I wish there had been more colorful paint choices available, and I was disappointed that one of my ceiling fans only came in white while the rest of my home fixtures are black. We love the options we have when selecting our KB home, and the entire process was great from start to finish

I recently purchased and moved into my new KB Home, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire process. From the moment I walked into the sales office to the day I received my keys (and even through the transition into the home), everything exceeded my expectations. KB Homes truly delivered on quality, value, and customer service, making this one of the smoothest and most enjoyable home-buying experiences I’ve ever had. What stood out most was working with John, who was instrumental throughout the build and move-in. John was incredibly helpful, professional, responsive, and made the whole transition seamless. He kept communication clear, addressed every question promptly, and ensured things were done as promised. We were going to buy from another builder but they had some shady actions so we came to KB. From the moment we walked in to view houses to signing day someone from KB was always there. They made it so easy to trust and not look anywhere else.

We were completely satisfied with the entire process, constant updates on the progress along the way.

Beautiful home from the looks but luckily I got it inspected right before closing and it was many things not done or completed after being told it was completed. I have electrical issues I have water leaking from the vents in the downstairs bathroom I have leaking water from upstairs bathroom . The front door isn’t sealed properly at the bottom bugs can come right in. The second floor . You can hear everything every step someone takes . Not what I expected for almost a half a million dollar home.

Would not recommend. Issues all throughout the process and after. Quality is low.

My wife and I cannot begin to say how happy we are with our experience with KB Homes and Kevin. My wife and I really enjoyed the walk through of our new home and wanted to thank Kevin for all the hard work he has put together for us in our new home. Kevin always reassures me that he would correct an issue or concern I had and made it a better experience.

It was an excellent service

Both this guys are super friendly. Every week during the building process they contacted me and asked if I had any questions about the house. Juan updated me on the progress of the house. After home was completed I had a few things that needed to be fixed and Anthony and Juan responded very quickly and completed the work instantly. I give Juan and Anthony five stars and ten out of ten. Great job guys!

The team made the overwhelming process of buying a home dare I say easy? Shomari was there to answer all loan questions no matter how silly. Jeff and Will were there to provide updates all along the way. The quality is great and our inspector was shocked at how good everything was built. Overall great process

Everybody was great from the time of a walk through to closing. My realtor Donna is not only a realtor for KB Homes, but a great friend. Our Superintendent Stacy in the Somerset Community where we bought our home, was absolutely terrific. She made sure that all of our needs were met in moving into our home. Highly recommend this home, these people and this community.

Jason, Diana and William were a great help! They had great communication and were super friendly and helpful. They made the process super easy!

Doors, sink, garbage disposal were a major problem to get fixed even 2 months after signing.

My homebuying process was incredibly smooth. I felt supported from purchase to move-in. The construction quality is excellent and offers great overall value. The building team kept every promise and always responded in a timely manner.

The KB team are so awesome with open arms, especially the one in the office here.

We have had a great experience all in all. Amanda and Kyle were wonderful throughout the process. They've set expectations, gave us routine updates, and followed through on everything we discussed. Thank you!

BUILDER MET OUR NEEDS EVERYTHING WENT AS PLANNED

Sherry at KB helped us out so much, we could ask anything (sometimes we felt silly with simple questions) but no question was silly at all. Great answers, clear with explanations, and also fantastic suggestions to help us complete our plans for the future. We love the styles, designs and options KB has to offer. Wes and stuff have been very helpful as well with the walk thru, explanations and tips for our new home. Quick communication and response was the norm, and that's always welcome. Yay KB!!
