Our buying experience was great from the first time we met Sherrilyn and took the time for a great lot and home selection. The KB Design team was awesome. From there it was Rainer and Brian who made the final transition exceptional. We really appreciate the entire SD group for making our buying experience stress free and actually pleasurable.

As a first time homebuyer I was initally very excited, but as time progressed, I became utterly disappointed with the whole process. The numerous delays, lack of communication and now that we are in the home, there are still a multitude of things wrong with the home, that we have been waiting almost 2 months for to be repaired. I will not buy another KB Home.

The world was promised to us before signing for the house, but once we signed it was very, very hard to get anyone to fix things . We’re very disappointed!!!!

Anyone who buys a home through KB at Maricopa needs to work with Tricia. Ed is great too but I had the opportunity to meet with and work with Tricia. She was very comforting, made every step of the way a great experience. She listened to my needs and concerns. She followed up with me. She is an absolute gem!!

We worked with a lot of people in the process of building our home. The office people we first met were great but only get you so far with questions and concerns. It was so difficult to get into our home and get things done and fixed because we felt forgotten and taken advantage of. I can’t imagine what other people in our new neighborhood are dealing with at this point. I will not be recommending KB to anyone nor will I ever plan to build with KB homes again.

Sales ,design studio, loan , warranty teams are great! Quality of construction are poor some parts of the walls are looks like bending unbelievable.

I bought my first home with KB. The process has a lot of loopholes and I would recommend it’s best for folks who put their due diligence throughout the process. Some aspects of the sales process is very scammy and I have discussed the same with my neighbours and they agree. I was promised so many things before the purchase of the home and after the purchase, poor quality products were installed and the customer service representative gave an excuse that they’re not in the business of top quality home building. It’s almost like they were nice and good to the homes buyers until the home purchase is done. And once the process is over, you’re on your own and told the things installed are what they could do in the budget. The houses are definitely priced high and the quality of countertop, doors, garage sensors, elevation in porch is very bad. And these are just a few things to name. While the home KB delivered is certainly a fine home, I'd wager there are ways to get a fine home with less headache. After being in the home a while, it's clear where some costs were cut. Certain things were unfinished or wrong: a chandelier with no lightbulbs, the door to the garage was installed backward, a nail sticking out of the stairs, a shrub promised in the front that has never been installed, several dozen large nails left on the deck/backyard. Many of these left undone after I was told they would all be fixed. A free additional bucket of paint was promised that I've never received. Additionally, it has been very difficult to get ahold of people and to hear back. As I mentioned, it's a fine home, but I'm sure there are many other companies that can build a fine home and have better communication. ... More

I have purchase home before but have not been treated as well as the KB Homes employees. Starting with the sale representative Cliff who guided me through the process of home buying. Hector who took the time from his busy scheduled to show me step by step of the construction process all the way and even now when I have questions or concern. Wilfredo very helpful and willing to help me with any issues with my new home. Alex very concern about the homeowner satisfaction and always followed up with any homeowners' issues and assured me that it will be taken care by repairing or replacing anything that I find wrong with my new home. The above-mentioned KB employees went beyond and above to make sure I was satisfied with my new home. They all deserve recognition for their professionalism and concern for homeowners' satisfaction. ... More

This was a very satisfying experience I recommend everyone to purchase from KBHomes.

This is my experience with the KB home buying process and current warranty cycle. I'm sure others have had different experiences. As mentioned in my survey to KB homes, KB falls in line with most other home builders when it comes to displaying their product, the extras and what your home could look like once completed. They are knowledgably, accountable, and ready to go to the ends of the earth to get one the home of their dreams. This was my experience. However, that experience changed as soon as I closed on the home, the adjective - "accountable" flew out the door. Teams changed and no longer was communication or accountability even a concern. All homes have minor challenges and mine is no different. Understanding that the KB team has to deal with supply chain issues, resourcing challenges and changing priorities I have always tried to be fair with timelines asking for things to be remedied in weeks not days. Trust me I understand I’m not the only homeowner going through these first month pains. With everyone negotiation (or pleading) with the KB team to get things fixed they have promised and never delivered. I feel very dumb even asking for (and agreeing on timelines) because its now a custom that they won’t get completed per our agreed date. It’s been frustrating to say the least. I have been lucky that my issues are not big ones, but the list keeps growing. Sales experience has been thorough, personalized, and beyond expectations.

We could not have gotten any luckier with our KB team. Stan, Ed, and Yasmin made the entire experience seamless, we felt heard and valued throughout the process and supported during our transition to TX. Would definitely recommend KB to anyone.

We love our home, KB staff was and still are greatly helpfull, they are always a call away and responsive. The 3 most important staff where: Patty H. who helpd us make good decisions (we had no experience with home buys), Johnny D. made sure we were happy with our purchase and Alexis is making sure we stay happy. Overall I think KB has provided us with a home we will cherish fore years to come
