Overall experience with KB was excellent!

Rodregus was a terrific part of our purchasing experience. He went above and beyond to ensure my family was able to purchase and move in to our second KB home parallel to the sale of our first KB home. Stacy was a wonderful superintendent to work with. She kept my family and I regularly updated with photos and texts of the progress of our home. She was excellent with addressing issues and questions we had quickly.

Warranty claim so slow and miscommunication

I had the best home buying experience with KB. Vanessa the sales rep, David in design, Larry the supervisor and Jerry his right hand were all incredibly professional, knowledgeable and helpful throughout. I’d buy with KB again and recommend them highly to my friends and family. Thank you so much for making my dream come true!

Bad experiences... still need improvement pre-sales and post-sales.

They were all 3 very communiticive and on top of everything. Very prompt to respond when questions were asked.

Positive over all. Some finish ups (spots of paints on the laminate floors, doors were a little sub-standard). However, everything else is great. Cody, the sales person, goes above and beyond to answer all my questions in a timely manner! Both Erik's were great - when completing the walk throughs.

Nice houses in a nice neighborhood

Our build took 10-11 months and we received several updates that were inaccurate during the process. There were several occasions where work was advised to have been completed but was not. The quality of the build was nothing spectacular and there are plenty of flaws due to KB’s choice of contractors. We have been in the home for two months and we are still waiting for issues to be corrected; such as the lawn being replaced due to dead, weed infested grass being installed. Also, we were in the home for a month and we found out that our blinds were never ordered until we had already been in the home for 3 weeks but we paid for the blinds during our design process. Thankfully the supplier of the blinds was willing to prioritize our order due to the lack of dependability with KB. We want to thank the KB homes team in sahuarita Az. We appreciate the responsiveness and the professionalism that they have to offer

We experienced a number of issues, such as bathroom sink cracked, doors can't close, some parts are missing etc...... Some contractors didn't response call for repairs, such as carpet repairman refused to answer phone calls, text message..... Hopefully, things will move faster in 2023.

Sales was awesome, knowledgeable, helpful, present. Rest: refer to title.

I had my worst experience buying a home from KB.

Reggie,Chris and Mitch were available most times when i called or cslled later that day.

It was easy for a first time buyer

While I am mostly satisfied with my home, KB was not at all responsive to my issues during the construction. It was delayed by nearly a year but they wouldn't actually tell me that. They gave me an initial date and, once that passed, they wouldn't give me a date again until construction was complete (not even an estimate). Everyone I worked with at the start was either laid off or quit at some point during the construction. Our service team was laid off as soon as we closed escrow so we now have no one to go to in response to issues. We are told someone is about to be assigned to us but we closed escrow a few months ago. Overall we mostly like the house, and the employees are nice, but the corporate standard for customer service is far below anything I've ever experienced before. ... More

I highly recommend KB Homes. Our team did a wonderful job. We couldn't be happier with how they responded to questions and explained what was happening at each point in the process.

I love my new house

I loved the way in which Kb Home involved us in the entire construction process of the house, from time to time we had contact with Mr. Pet in charge of the construction of our house and we obtained weekly photos where we could see the evolution of this entire process, My husband and I were in New York but they always made us feel very close. Happy for having chosen Kb Home to build our house.

Brittany and sapna made my experience awful.Mohammed is a great loan officer and the warranty team is excellent
