100% satisfied!!

KB Home made my first home purchase a very smooth and enjoyable experience. The quality of the home is great. The Superintendent, John, has been very helpful from the beginning and has always available for any issues or questions I have thrown his way. Overall, I highly recommend buying a new home with KB!

Options available are great! If you are a visual person like me, make sure you ask questions about them and have a clear understanding of the options that you are seeing in the model homes so that when you are selecting the options for your home that you get the ones that you really want. Questions to ask: Is this option (from the model) offered in the home we have chosen? Are there any differences in the option from what we see in the model to that which will be placed/built in our home? How does the model differ from the paper layout of the house in the brochures? You will LOVE your KB home and all of the people you encounter are friendly and helpful :-) ... More

A wonderful experience overall from the beginning to the end when we received the keys.

Very good company to work with and they build very nice neighborhoods to live in.

I called about some items that needed to be fixed, and I got a response the same day. We set a time, and the work was done.

We did our research on builders in Central Florida and couldn't be more please with our selection of KB Home. They aren't the cheapest, but we fell like we got what you paid for. This is our forever home and we wanted to ensure we were picking a builder that we could feel comfortable with the quality of the workmanship. After move in, they've been quick to come address small issues that have creeped up (stuck door, paint and caulk touch-ups, etc). Very pleased after 6 weeks in.

We had an amazing experience working with the sales team and building team for our new KB Home. Carina and Anthony (sales team) were so attentive and kept us up to date on everything especially during all the new norms related to Covid-19. They were always checking in to see how we were doing along the way and made us feel like family. They were so sweet and always got back to us quick or would let us know they needed to get that information and would come back to us. Brian (building superintendent) has been INCREDIBLE! He has helped us along the way while we were waiting for our house to be finished and kept us up to date the whole time. Now that we are moved in, he always asks us how we are doing and helps us with everything he can. He is super responsive and attentive and truly cares for his clients. Such great customer service and we have had nothing but great experiences with him. We are so glad we had such a great team to help us during our first home buying experience. ... More
