We liked the design of the house, but had many issues during build and completion of the home. The completion date was more than 2 months longer than the latest "finish" date....a problem when moving from out of state, selling a home, and arranging for movers. The house was not finished at the time of the closing, and the cleanliness of the home was unacceptable. The trades' workmanship was sub-standard and sloppy. We have been living in the house for about 2 months and we still have repair people coming in to properly finish the house. It was a very poor building experience for us.

My sales associate was amazing, she kept me updated on the building process up until the end when the house was complete. But most of all she made follow up calls to see if I needed things to be repaired.

Okay buying experience. Fixes problems quickly that should have been fixed before closing.

I am so thankful for the support in the process to buy my home. I could made possible with Michelle help and assistance all the time. She is the best agent I ever work with.

The best experience. We were always updated and never had to wait very long for a response back from anyone.

Most of my issues are with KBHS. Very incompetent. My understanding is that since my closing they fired about half the KBHS staff at the regional office. Been 7 weeks since closing and still waiting for a refund for double charging me for an appraisal. Also still waiting for items that were not completed and have yet to be fixed. Overall the home is very nice and we like the area. Stay away from KBHS if you can. Reason I gave value for the price paid 2 stars is that they are currently selling my model for $20,000 less than I paid.

A great experience from working with Marianna to getting my keys. Good workmanship and quality.

Mark was very responsive with all questions and concerns we had, same with Kacey. Issues with house falling behind original schedule continued throughout the build that was very frustrating especially when balancing rate locks, apartment leases, and movers

My experience with KB Homes has been great! The job supervisor has been attentive and has done everything he can to correct any issues we have found throughout the building process and after closing as well. Thank you for giving my family a great house we can call home!

I loved my experience with KB homes!

The home buying experience was smooth. Our sales agent was quick to answer all of our questions.

Everyone involved in the build and sell of our home were kind, quick to respond, and made the effort to openly community about the process. They have been quick when responding to our reports for repairs since we have moved in. I recommend purchasing a new home for KB Homes!

Overall it has been a great experience with KB Home for the whole ride. From the sale rep Tim to the home option specialist Curtis and the builder supervisor Jared and the director Bill, we feel so thankful we are having the business with this awesome team. Although we are still waiting for some problems fixing which should be commons in a new home, we are trusting we will have the positive responses.

Loving the new and neighborhood is super nice and quit.

The overall experience was good. The sales team was great, the kb home design studio was great, the kb home mortgage team was excellent, closing went well. The only hiccups are with the finishing of the home. I would have expected it to be in a better shape when closing. We have numerous issues that will need to be resolved over the next few months, like creaking floors, furnace problems, toilets and hardware not well aligned, some aesthetics with paint and drywall. It appears like this is common with new builds but I just wished there was a higher attention to detail prior to closing.
