It was great, and nervous but all the personal was great and helpful

Starting with the KB Home real estate agents. They are very professional, knowledgeable and very curtesy with the buyers. KB agent Naomi kept me informed weekly after signing my contract and after the closing too! The mortgage team manger Victoria were excellent in the mortgage process and the negotiations of the sale. I felt very satisfied with the negotiated price, incentives offered, the closing cost and interest offered by KB. The Construction Team Supervisor Bobby did an exceptional job in the construction schedule has planned, maintained the cost planned, and completed the technical requirement on time. He kept me informed of construction status weekly and after the closing is always following up to see if everything is going well with the house. This is my first experience with KB, but my 10th home. This was by far the most customer focused and detail oriented experience I've had. The studio visit was delightful and everyone wanted to make sure that my home was just as I needed. The construction Manager was fantastic and continues to check in from time to time. My home is solid and well built - I couldn't be more happier!
