I would first like to thank Duc who was our sales agent who introduced us to our beautiful home and view. We had no idea what to expect when we first visited KB homes in Communication Hill, but when he walked us through the model homes we immediately fell in love. We were fortunate enough to get a place with a view and have everything completed before the SIP. Mike our Service Manager has also been great. Even though we have not completed our 30 day touchups due to the pandemic he has responsibly followed up with me to ensure that everything that we want done will be delivered as soon as they are able to go back to work. Everyone was very helpful every step of the way! They made us feel comfortable and confident to buy our first ever home. We also loved our housewarming gift basket! :)

This is a well laid out and lovely new neighborhood! Great walking trails!!

Overall , house is great . But may due to covid-19 , there are some fixes and cleaning not done before move in Hope team can help when they back to work

The staff is friendly and professional. We were notified on the progress of our home step by step. After moving in the staff has called to ask if we were comfortable in our home and if there were any touch ups needed.

Sara in sales is very knowledgeable. I don’t remember Steve’s title but he also is very knowledgeable in answering my questions about my house.
