Had a great experience working with KB Home. They made sure my new home is up to my expectation and provided great service. They even fixed up damages that were caused during move in at no additional charge! They were very friendly and helpful during the whole process

The entire process of selecting, building, and finally moving in went well. KB Homes really does take customer service and communication seriously.

1st time home buyer, no complaints other than from KB financing team. They are like used car salesmen. Constantly calling after I told them we went through an outside company. One week I got 8 calls by 5 different people... Annoying and very unnecessary.

Every single step of the process has been great. We're so happy with our home. My favorite part was working with the design studio to personalize our home the way we wanted it. Every single person has been helpful and kind, answering all our questions, and have even stayed in touch after we've been in the home. Happy 100%

Jacquie in the sales office was great. She took the bull by the horns on everything from pricing to touch up after the sale to make sure we were taken care of.

Ray was super helpful throughout the process! Really appreciated his expertise.

Aside of Tittle Co. , KB Home surpass my expectations on home buying experience. I will definitely recommend KB to others. Going to the Studio was awesome and selecting upgrades was super fun. There are some irregularities on the house but KB is trying to accommodate the schedule to fix them all.

Our experience was rocky at first, partly because we had so many bad experiences before KB. We had shaky expectations to purchasing a new construction home. The entire process was not easy but well worth it. There were some things that happened along the way that may have been out of the control of many but we were made to feel that everything would work out and it did. Thanks for our new home!!

The experience that I have had has been in the middle of decent and terrible. Being that I have a construction background I know what to look for. I have had to go back and forth with to fix issues that KB deemed as there standers. Apparently rocks under the carpet is normal. Then KB has tried to sell me on the fact that they can just fix everything damaged without a replacement. All KB is doing is getting themselves through the warranty process of a year and moving on and leaving people with the issues. They have also tried to sell me on things like my house fan that wasn’t even working saying it’s just so quiet you can’t hear it. I physically got in my attic and saw that it was missing the most key thing for it to work “the power source.” So over all it’s more toward the negative because I’m supposed to have a new house not a house that’s already having all these issue’s expected better. ... The process if purchasing the home was fine. Our loan officer Rossana was awesone she goes above and beyond. Before moving we pointed out a lot of repairs and cosmetic issues all over the home. We have been in the home for almost 2 months now and none of the issues have been corrected. Everytime we reach out they tell us that their priority is closing on the rest of the homes.

Overall Very satisfied with the service. Waiting the house to build was not too long.

As a first time buyer we had a great experience with KB homes they helped us thru the process and we couldn’t be happier.

We would like to share with new home buyers if they are interested in purchasing KB Home that they should be very engage and ask lots of questions in regards to the deal of what they are getting in their house, purchase price, upgrades, certain amenities they really do not need in their house and etc.

Everyone was very helpful and always kept me informed with the status of home. Thank you all.

My house wasn't done on time and was delayed several times, but for the most part all parties involved did the best they could during this situation and were very prompt and treated us well. Thank you

Let me advise one thing on the A/S work schedule. I would like to ask you to take care of customer point of view for the schedule. You are saying M to F 9am to 5pm only for this A/S. What should we do in case of nobody stay at home during weekdays. Then we can not get A/S? We are having inconvenience and stress. Please coordinate to work on Saturday for this kind special situation. Thanks.
