The experience of buying has been great! Sales and building managers were extremely responsive and want to make sure we were 100% satisfied. No issue is too small and they are prompt in fixing the minor issue. We just had our 30 day walk through and got things fixed we noticed even after moving in! We also get a 1 year review as well but can reach out with any issues before then. If we had to do it again we will feel confident in picking KB homes!

KB has the best staff of workers in every department, starting for the sales office, loan officers, construction Superintendent, design center, Ms. Rivera..... I have no words to describe the pride every body put to excel

Great fast builders with you all the way!

The KB team did an amazing job in helping me with my first home. They were very proactive. I loved being able to pick out the colors and style I wanted. Overall it was a great experience!

This is my 28th home due to father's military career, early marriage and college, etc. My new KB home is BY-FAR my best all-around experience of all of my previous homes. From the sales office to the design center, to the construction supervisors and tradesmen, everyone has gone far beyond expectation to accommodate my questions and preferences. I would give KB and their representatives 10 stars each if I could.

KB homes has the best team for honesty and kindness. My experience was a 10 from the first day. I have enjoyed my home very much. Any and all issues with construction to final walk through were handled with timeliness communication and quality check in place to make sure that I was satisfied. I would highly recommend this builder. We built a great relationship from the start and it is ongoing now past my closing. Love my home!

KB Home was very helpful throughout the whole process always keeping in touch with you weekly. They help out as much as they can with the house process. Home was built up to code and done neatly. Being a Carpenter myself had no complaints from me throughout building process. Would recommend 100%

Best home buying experience

This is our second time with KB Home and we are more than delighted with everything.

From the Sales rep to the KBHS lender to the Construction Supt. to the Quality build of my home, I couldn't be more satisfied. KB Homes stands behind their product and my whole home buying experience has been a blast to say the least.

Amazing Home!!

Our home building experience could not have been better. Across the board, KB was full of professionals that helped us build a beautiful home.

Any issue I had Drew was on it! He always kept me informed and did everything he could to make sure my needs were taken care of.

Our experience was incredible! We were walked through every step of the way and were amazed at the amount of open communication that the team displayed in order to best serve us in purchasing our first home! Tristan our builder, David our support, Stephanie our mortgage loan originator and Amie our sales rep worked together as one team in order to make sure we got the perfect home we wanted and are extremmely happy with our choice. Even to this day, Tristan and David call to see how we're doing and if we need any items to help with around the house.
