I love my new home,

KB Homes made the home buying experience comfortable. As a first-time homebuyer I was nervous and didn’t quite understand the whole process. KB’s staff was friendly, informative, and worked with my realtor to ensure I was getting taken care of, and perhaps most importantly, that I was happy. I was given weekly update photos through the entire building process so that I could see the progress of my home which was such a cool experience, and showed how persistent they were to ensure I was informed. Upon completion they had follow through and showed me all of my home features, and all of the resources could need if there was an issue (there hasn’t been one yet). Still, months after I’ve moved in, I get regular check ups to make sure everything in my home is up to my satisfaction. It’s a great feeling to know that I have a staff of employees and a company on my side in this endeavor and I’m happy I went with KB and got my home. Staff was great and easy to work with

Very poor workmanship. Poor communication and ability to get repairs done. We paid a lot of money for our home and all we asked was to make things right and that has been a real challenge.

Only had minor issues: Eric and Isabeau were very efficient in acting upon any issues promptly. Debbie has been fabulous from start to finish in every way she can. Isabeau made a personal visit to connect with us regarding warranty. She went above and beyond to be sure we received customer satisfaction. Eric was phenomenal in addressing any issues, specific needs and with follow-up on questions or concerns and making sure things were done correctly. All three of them are pleasant, personable, professional and get the job done in an efficient manner.

The Formen in my subdivision has been very helpful and responsible on updating us from star to finishing the home and any issues related with the house . Also my Builders sales agent was very helpful keeping us informed on all aspects from star to finish the house

Great experience everyone was nice and helpful.

My husband and I felt our second home buying experience went smoothly with the exception of delays which at times couldn’t be helped. We enjoyed the sales office personnel and the ladies were both very helpful and prompt. The complaint that we have is that several things ( crooked drawers, crooked appliances, crooked fences) were installed poorly the first time then the tradesmen had to come back to install correctly a second time. A better eye for detail needs to be embraced so that there isn’t poor workmanship passed on to the owner and more work later for KBHomes.

My experience was really good everything was always on point. The closing was on time and everyone in this project was kind and responsible.

The place is a great upgrade from my old house.

Overall a great experience. This was our first “new” home purchase and KB made it easy.

I made the deal in November 2021 with a delivery date of 6 months, I signed in September 2022 a house that still had construction defects with the deal that we had a 2-year warranty on repairs. 3 days after signing the house it rained and the roof had a leak that wet my carpet in October hurricane Ian passed category 1 and in the area it did not feel as much but it broke the wall inside near the window because the corner of the window had a crack and the water leaked, adding that they just opened two holes in the ceiling because they did not connect the air conditioning ducts and the air was not reaching the first floor, that the bathtub has a crack too , and that the paint they use is cracked and had many paint defects, that the garage floor was cracked (they fixed it), the carpet was left with staples, and the bathroom door has to be lifted to open it because it doesn't roll and every day you can find some more details, that to be a new house it should not have so many problems and that as a buyer I would not want to have to go through it because it is not what I expected ... it was going so well since 4 days left before the closing date. They let me know about the delay 4 DAYS before closing and I had to pay extra money to Airbnb and the storage. Because I moved from California and had nowhere to stay you shouldn't trust them and take some action about what they promised about the closing date.

Is not easy, buy a home but is very important have a solid job, some time was difficult understand the lender, because every week asking for more document, be patient, KB Home is a grate company and each employment help to new buyer to make happy the last day, when the buyer finally move to new home. Thank you KH Home we are very happy

The house was 5 months late from the agreed date. The studio did not let me change some items on the same day that i signed. They promised to finish a couple of discrepancies before closing and they havent fixed 80% of the issues and i closed 2 months ago. I told them that the the original oven that was suppose to be in my kitchen will not fit, they said it will but it did not fit. 2 months from closing date now and I still dont have my microwave oven and one bathroom is not functional.

The KB finance people were great through the entire process. Kept in regular communication and answered all our questions. Build supervisor was also very responsive and did his best to answer our questions and resolve minor build issues when they arose.

I loved the transparency throughout the whole buying/building process.

Home quality is good and KB Home is utilized every foot to make the house very spacious ,comfortable and useful, overall I like my home .

It was great experience with buying primary home with KB. Sale person Randy is very informative and helpful through out this process. He provided timely updates on every stage. Also, Mitch is hand over home on right time aa promised. He makes sure everything is fine and if anything is required to fix, he fixes within timeframe. I only had bad experience with Kb home loan provider. They didn’t not provide competitive interest rates than other lenders.

Mostly a positive experience. The doorknob in a bathroom has not been replaced in 2 months. Unfortunately, too, all during the summer, the swimming pool was unusable due to problems. It should have been fixed.

In a couple of words - pretty good overall, recommend.
