Overall experience prior to the 30 day ownership l survey was very good. But after the survey was submitted with excellent rating, the support with issues went downhill. Each and every problem is taking considerable convincing to get noticed. We are being told, this is according to the plan, on several items even though they are obviously not done right. The things we were promised before the 30 day survey are now being pushed back and not being addressed. It’s such a frustrating experience to go back and forth.

Everything up to closing was very informative. The timeline to conduct inspections and final walkthrough was tight, which felt rushed by KB. Issues after closing has been disappointing, especially with HVAC.

Trusted KB to build my home while I was living across the country. No regrets whatsoever. Jackie and Mike were extremely helpful, answering all my questions and concerns in a timely manner. When the time came for me to drive 2500 miles to my new home, I was grateful that I chose KB. Beautiful neighborhood, houses, and wonderful neighbors!

This house build was rushed, so many things were overlooked. From the random light fixture placements, to the terrible installation of kitchen drawers, pasture that is trying to be sold as sod, incorrect shower door sizing, AC issues, electrical wiring issues, incorrect installation of AC condensation line, and the yard not being leveled. KB had impressed me with the previous two houses I bought from them, but their attention to detail and quality of work has dropped off a cliff. I had an exceptional experience with KB Home from start to finish. From the moment I walked into the office, I was nervous and unsure if I would even qualify or be able to afford a home. Angelina immediately made me feel comfortable, confident, and reassured that I was in good hands. She truly created a meaningful experience for my son and me that I will always remember. Luis kept me consistently informed with weekly construction updates and was always responsive to my emails, which made me feel involved and at ease throughout the process. William and Rosanna worked incredibly hard on my loan and made what once felt impossible, possible. They were always available to answer my questions and made sure I understood every step. I had a really good experience working with the team who helped me buy my house. Carol, David, & Rick They were helpful, professional, and made the whole process feel much easier than I expected. They kept me informed every step of the way and were always available when I had questions. Overall, I’m very happy with how everything went and grateful for their support in helping me find my home. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to buy a house.

From start to finish, our experience with KB Homes was a 10 out of 10! The sales team was honest and helpful. Chris was great in keeping us updated with the progress during the building process. This was our first time getting a house built. But the building experience wasn't as stressful. Luis made things very easy. Communication was great between each other. When we had issues he was on top of them. Even in the closing inspection he found things that we didnt see. He also explained how to work everything well. Hats off to Jimmy as well when it came to working with our agent he made sure he got us the information and paperwork we needed.

Great experience with the sales team, loan officer, and construction manager—they were professional and helpful throughout the buying process. Unfortunately, the experience after moving in has been disappointing. Customer service has been very slow to respond, and there are multiple cracks throughout the house that still need attention. Overall, the post-purchase support from KB Home has not met expectations.

Overall, we've had a great experience with KB Home. Everyone we have worked with have been great---Rebecca (sales consultant), Elizabeth (design center), Chris (superintendent) and Dan (customer care).
