We recently closed on our new KB Home, and overall, we're thrilled with the process and the final product. From start to finish, the team made what could have been a stressful experience feel manageable and even exciting. Our sales rep, Michele, was outstanding. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the floor plans, upgrades, and community details right from our first visit to the model home. Michele took the time to listen to our needs and walked us through every option without pushing unnecessary add-ons, and was super responsive via text and email—even on weekends when we had random questions about financing or timelines. Her professionalism and patience really stood out, especially compared to some other builders we'd looked at. Once we were under contract, Jeff, our construction superintendent, was always available to answer site-specific questions, like plumbing placement or exterior finishes, and he addressed a couple of minor concerns during walkthroughs quickly and without hassle. His attention to detail showed in the final quality—everything from framing to drywall to final touches looked solid and well-done. The home was delivered on time, and the punch list items were handled promptly before closing. The house itself is well-built, energy-efficient, and feels like great value for the price. We've had no major issues post-move-in, and the warranty team has been responsive so far. Our experience with KB Homes was positive thanks to great people like Michele and Jeff. Just to summarize from the beginning, our loan officer for some reason switch to another loan officer, information wasn't input correctly had to redo paper. We didnt have confidence after that. Once the building started some concerns came up, which they handled it but just the workmanship was questionable, luckily I did research on what question to ask. And now there are still some unfinished things that said would be completed but nothing has been done and these are small things that was said to be done within the 10 day walk through and now its past the 30 day. Great overall easy process all in house made it a pleasant experience.

The wall material is very cheap, any little bump and it scratches the paint off. Should use higher quality paint please. The rest of the house is good.

I had a wonderful experience building my home with KB Homes. It will be a stress free experience

The people we have worked with have been fantastic. The house was an inventory home, and will be more difficult to make for our lifestyle. Bathrooms without storage is something we haven’t seen. There are some details that need attention. But we have had nothing but great support from Karen and Brent. They are an asset to your company. I briefly spoke with Chris, our KB Home Warranty professional and look forward to talking to him again as time moves on. I called Whirlpool to schedule a repair but the wait time was 90 minutes last night (20 January at 6pm). That seems excessive

They was very good and kept me informed

All the people that I worked with were very great to work with. My english is not that good and so had to say the same thing over and over again, but they were still very patient with my english and were very helpful. I worked with Kelly, William, Rosanna, Michael, and others and they were all very helpful and working with them was great. Selling my old property was taking longer because I had to fix some issues from the buyer's inspection report and so I was kind of late in working on getting a loan, but they didn't pressure me at all, but was all the more just willing to help me to get everything worked out in the end. My wife and I have had an amazing experience buying a home through KB! From the sales agents to the superintendents, everyone has been quick to respond, easy to collaborate with and responsive to any issues during and after construction. They really want to make their customers happy versus other companies that just want to sell you their package. KB also offers a design studio which is falling out of fashion. So, being able to pick a lot, design a house and see the finished product has been a once in a lifetime experience and we loved every minute of it! We would definitely buy from KB again.

The process from buying to building to warranty work has been nothing short of amazing. Goran, Tony, and Sebastian have made it beyond a great experience. They go out of their way to make sure everything is perfect. I have no complaints whatsoever. Shane

We have a great experience with buying a KB home, special with sales and loan officer, they were super professional and proactive and guided us through our dream, don't have any major complaints about it, and have basically same small issues as everyone has when buy a new house built from somebody else, but in overall we are pretty much satisfied what we choose and that's most important! Family happy life happy! !

Jai was the best sales person ever. Even this this was the first time it was a easy and great experience. I was included in the process every step of the way. Brandon the construction superintendent was amazing as well !! I would not have chosen a different team to help me.

They do a terrible job they only do things halfway and they smile in your face saying there gonna get it taken care of but they don’t. You find anything wrong with your house they don’t fix it. When I say they do jobs halfway I mean it,when you ask them to fix something they fix it but it’s a terrible fix or it’s not painted and just the mud on the wall no paint etc. I’ve told them about multiple things I wanted changed while in the building process. But they said they were going to fix it but they actually never did. The customer service sucks. Not to mention you have to say things like 50 times for them to even do it. And the worst part is they have you go sign the title and pay your down payment before you get your final walk-through of the house of the things that were supposed to be fixed I will never buy another KB Home. ... We purchased a new home that was already planned, so didn't have the opportunity to visit the design center. However, the home was well planned and had a nice package of upgrades. Since moving in the team has been very responsive to any repairs needed. The sales team was responsive as well. Based on KB's reputation and current responses, I have peace of mind for the future.
