Easy purchase home, customer service give a lot helpful information

My experience was very bad since the closing was delayed three times without prior notice. When they delivered the house, it had many unfinished things and some poorly done. Communication was very difficult and it wasn't because of the language, as they once told me, but rather because one called and they didn't answer the phone or emails.

Very easy process from start to finish.

From tour to move my experience has been great. The sales consultant explained everything and answered my millions of questions. The loan dept explained things in layman terms when clarifying terms. The construction team was fantastic from Walkthrough to having items completed. All outstanding items that were under their control were fixed in a timely manner and they followed on everything. I looked at homes with different builders and kept coming back to KB. I am truly happy with my experience

it’s taking a 1 year to be done, i added outlet about 400$ in the garage and they didn’t tell me it’s already one there. Phillip and Daniel they’re great and very helpful.

KB home price is ok, house building not that good, because my house a lot cracked , but Charlie take care good, very good service, he is very friendly and wonderful!

We had never bought a house before so this was our first time and we were somewhat nervous but our sales support, Nancy, was so helpful and guided us through the whole process making sure we knew what was happening, when something was going to happen and what to expect at certain stages of the build. The whole buying process was a breeze and the outcome was a beautiful new home with, for us, very little issues that needed addressing. The communication throughout by the whole team has been great, pre & post-move-in.

Not so great experience. Not honored the words spoken.

The house is amazing, there are a few things to be fix but the crews fix them asap.

My experience with KB homes has not been the greatest or happiest one. I have been in the house for 6 weeks and living “garage living” due to the massive issues I am experiencing. I believe KB is dealing with quantity and not quality as they used, this is my 4th KB home and I am not satisfied nor happy with the quality of their product. From bow walls, due to framers did not repaired marked spots and rushing to cover with dry walls, delivering a house with a serial issues that are continue to be repaired and I continue to accommodate their 3rd party contractors, losing work and hurting financially cause they want to do repairs to their convenience. their super intendent did not took serious my comments, I feel the joy and excitement of getting a brand new home have been rob from me, A house that was promised to be almost perfect and deep clean, we’re promises not delivered, instead I received a house vacuumed and floor dusty, on which for the last 6 weeks I have been breathing plaster dust which is toxic. I experienced at the time of my second inspection the most humiliating and sickening experienced of founding feces in the second bathroom and the super intendent laughing cause somebody did a number 2. I never received an apology from the manager from this super intendent. My beautiful black hexagon tiles backsplash, which the grout has been damaged by the incompetency of the contractor working in the kitchen cabinets and countertops, now the grout is white, gray,reddish,black. My two tone of whites cabinets that at the studio and sales I was told they would be Maplewood, well not even close to!! And I can continue listing and awful long list of defective and poor workmanship!! I feel at times the house is a lemon, and since KB was super late they just rush to do such a poor job and nobody took pride. Today, the new super-intendent Collin and customer care Jayden are trying so hard to repair and move fast with all the issues I am still experiencing, they have been so apologetic, KB needs to hire more people like them!! I will continue to live with my house still packed in the garage and breathing the toxic plaster dust!! Not happy with this purchase and experience!! ... More

Really great energy efficiency which I’m very happy with. Not in love with the included appliances, and there are some issues with workmanship, but I am relatively certain it will get taken care of. The buying process was painless and quick.

I am very happy with the home and the neighborhood so far. The best thing was having been able to include all appliances and slab of concrete on the back patio to avoid having to do that after the move. Having to landscape all the dirt and make changes to the front yard has been the most costly and challenging but after it was all done I was glad I had the opportunity to create my home to fit our needs. My child and I can get the support we need right in our environment without needing to go too far and we can entertain our friends much easier.

I got a great deal with KB Home at the height of the market when all the other builders were taking advantage and over pricing their homes. I received a quality built home with strong support from the warranty team. I look forward to my next KB Home in the future.

My experience was great the only issue was the lady at front desk didn’t explained us exactly the upgrades in the house, specially in the bathroom options she just decide for us and submit our order before ask or go through every single thing. We want the second bathroom with 2 sinks she put only one, when we realized was too late to change it. Also master bathroom we wanted it with no bathtub we want the slide doors, but they submitted the order as they thought was good for us. Other than that everything was great is a beautiful house and we are happy. I looked at over 100 homes before making a buying decision. KB homes’ design itself is amazing. There is not a single inch in the home that goes unutilized. The quality of the workmanship is also great. You can literally feel the value when you go through the home. I am really enjoying my home.

Jb homes offered me the best overall deal and the people involved in my purchasing experience were very helpful and friendly. My experience with KBhomes was quite positive. I would highly recommend kbhomes to anyone who is trying to be a home owner.

My husband and I had an amazing experience purchasing/building our first home through KB. Through all the back orders and inventory shortages our contract manager did amazing. Very communicative, and was always a available to answer questions/concerns. We are so in love with our new home and would recommend KB to anyone.
