This is me and my wife first home.The experience wasn't pleasant at all. We understood the pandemic situation and also we understood there may be hiccups the things we couldn't understand how we came into a walk thru that was full of trash our home was not completed when I mean complete is a lot of things that was just throwed together and then communication wasn't that pleasant at first but it seems if you give a bad review or they want you to do a survey they call you more consistently. Everything had been great other than the promise to have our front yard and wing fence put in. We have been told over and over that it will be done and still have nothing. It has been the only thing we have had trouble getting answers about.

Great company and very good job

It was a long process from beginning to end, but nothing longer than what they quoted us in the beginning. Everyone in the process made themselves available for any questions we had and even after we moved in. My loan officer, Brian was great and took the time to explain everything to me. Lori was also super fast with responses and answers to questions.

The Sales Office was great, design studio experience was great. Everything was great until I moved in and I started noticing some not-too-great things. You need to keep following with them to have your issues fixed after closing. However, I like the fact that there are many avenues to report issues. Overall it’s a 4.5/5 for me.

We love our new home.

The quality of the work and materials are subpar. Poor craftsmanship and attention to detail. Generally sloppy and unsafe at points. They rush the builds using the cheapest subcontractors and it shows. Thoroughly disappointed.

From lot picking to after closing, KB home reps stay in contact with you. Design, Mortgage, sales and construction Teams all are very kind and inclusive. After home is move in ready, Warranty Team is as equal responsive for any needs relating to your home.

Beautiful houses I bought my house a month ago the construction and the process it was quick the construction builders they always be there for us in every detail

The Sales team was great!!! Loved working with Pam Lopez!!! Rick and CJ have also been great to work with!!! They respond quickly to requests.

It take more than 1 year to complete building my house. I was lie to by initial sale person than there was not material shortage and later found out not the case. Th workman ship is terrible. I had to hire home inspector top find 20 flaws. The front and back side concrete crack before we move in. The water heater van is leaking form the roof despite numerous effort to get it fixed. Do not recommended to buy house build by KB home.

Great service and help along my journey to new home ownership was great with these group on KB Team members! I truly appreciate all yall have done. Every time I have called them, they help in a timely and professional manner, and that goes a long way with me. Thank you all!!

I have requested time and time again for items that need to be fixed or repaired and still I wait and wait for repairs.

My sales POC Bill Farr has been outstanding. He is very knowledgeable, willing to help and quick to respond to any questions/issues. He made this purchase a nice experience.

Good and Worth buying in city center

Sharlin is great to work with and helped me at all the time. I can buy another property in a year or 2 and can recommend to my buyers as well.

The quality and workmanship building my home was rushed. There were so many cosmetic issues that needed to be cured after move in. The garage door button on the wall was not working due to electrical wiring issues. The first floor bath shower wall had deep scratches, and the ceramic sink had Grey spots embedded in the sink which was a defect. First floor front entrance door, the fire door to garage, and the first floor bath door needed adjustments,. The kitchen cabinet doors had gaps needed adjustments, and they forgot to install the bottom Molding to the cabinets. Missing closet Door handle Plates, the strike plate on the laundry door casing issue, and the White cap on the 2nd floor bedroom Closer door stopper for the bedroom closet door above the garage. First floor window latch was loose, large drywall cracks in my kitchen ceiling, and master bedroom ceiling from the air vent. Bedroom and bathroom door finish Was painted over due to scratches, and golf size dips in the wall. The builder warranty rep was quick to schedule dates and increments for vendors to come out to the house to cure the issues. Overall it’s a good home, and they were very responsive to my issues. ...
