Being a first time home buyer, I can say the builders' team made us relax and trust the process from beginning to end.

They was very good and kept me informed

We have a great experience with buying a KB home, special with sales and loan officer, they were super professional and proactive and guided us through our dream, don't have any major complaints about it, and have basically same small issues as everyone has when buy a new house built from somebody else, but in overall we are pretty much satisfied what we choose and that's most important! Family happy life happy! !

Dave was great & very informative. My wife & I are first time homebuyers & Dave was patient & answered all of our questions to the best of his ability. We purchased a KB home starting in July. From pouring the foundation to the final walk-through, all the KB staff were awesome! They listened to our needs/concerns and quickly worked as a team to make it a great home! The sales team is so nice and genuine. The construction team kept us updated every step of the way. The mortgage team was phenomenal. They communicated well and even researched to get the best deal. KB has an outstanding customer service team. Any questions or needs are immediately followed up on. We love our home and are so grateful we found this KB community!

The experience and joy of watching my home being built, and having a good lender that kept me informed on the process of my loan.

Had a great experience with the entire term. The on-site representative who walked me through the different offerings, the foreman giving me updates on the construction, the loan officer constantly communicating and treated changed and what I could expect to be my payments and close costs. Everyone was really involved and extremely responsive whenever I called it email with any questions.

I purchased model home, move-in-ready. Furnished and all! I did not have the full builder experience, but since I’ve been here the project superintendent Dave, has been great. We noticed minor things after moving in, but he’s been really responsive.

We recently purchased a home from KB Home and overall, we are very pleased with our decision. The house itself is fantastic, and we absolutely love it. We have had a great experience with the property, and one standout feature has been the leadership and service provided by Abraham, who is the property manager. Abraham has been incredibly responsible and attentive to our needs, always offering his help with a friendly and professional attitude. However, there are a couple of issues that we urgently need to address: The ventilation system in the master bathroom is not functioning properly. This needs to be looked into and fixed as soon as possible. We are facing a temperature control issue in the house. Both the second-floor and third-floor air conditioning controllers are only controlling the fan on the third floor. This is causing a significant imbalance in the temperature regulation of the house. While the second-floor temperature sensor is designed to monitor the temperature of the second floor, both hot and cold air are only being directed to the third floor. This results in a situation where the second floor remains unaffected, but the third floor either becomes too hot or too cold due to continuous air circulation. This issue is making it difficult to maintain a consistent and comfortable temperature throughout the house. We would greatly appreciate it if these issues could be addressed promptly so that we can fully enjoy our new home. ... More
