The experience has been stellar. The buying experience was the best. The craftsmanship of some of the build could be better. But that’s to be expected with such a fast growing community. All in all our issues are being taken care of by Anthony, and our Sales rep Kathy was awesome. So far loving it.

I would say the highlight of my home buying experience was dealing with your staff of professional, knowledgeable, and friendly people. They helped me immensely in special ordering the home the way I wanted. I can’t thank them enough for going the extra mile for me in having my home built the way I wanted. They also followed up after I moved in to make sure I was happy with my new home. I would highly recommend the staff I dealt with. They’re great! Job well done!

Kb home team are the best team ever if you are looking to buy a new home. Sales team is Excellent with customer oriented and reliable service. Quality workmanship by the construction crew with professional advice and good support in addressing problems and issues. Best Builder in Town.

My home buying experience was great. The builder(Robert) kept me informed step-by-step. My first encounter with the seller or KB rep was wonderful. He was thorough and held my hand through the whole process. I was informed about each step in the building process weekly. I am now enjoying my new home.

I purchased a starter home so it won’t be the latest and greatest but the home itself is awesome. The people you work with to get your home are extremely accommodating and accessible throughout most hours of the day. I will say, Anthony and Mechelle are phenomenal to work with and can provide you with an easy and smooth experience. Anthony especially is awesome to work with and goes above and beyond to make sure you enjoy your new home and to fix anything that was previously missed. She has been very helpful from beginning to present.

KB team set a record in closing our home to beat Christmas deadlines. Minor workmanship issues will be tallied and shared at ten-month home inspection. Landscape issues - sod appreciated but poorly installed, yard not graded well. Slow response from HOA on getting backyard shed approved - still waiting!

OVERALL NO COMPLAINTS. IT WAS A PRETTY PAINLESS PROCESS.

Great experience only issue is I still do not know who Solar Company is and how to get the service started due to original Solar Company going out of business. I have gone online and called the Solar Company that was referred to me with no response. I would like to get this issue resolved as soon as possible.

I love my new home, but there are things that I wish could be changed. I think going to the design center is too early in the building process. Also, there should be more time between the first and second visit, in case you want to change your mind. Also, there should be more options where it comes to the kitchen design. I am very pleased with all the staff I have dealt with, I have had quick response to all my questions and issues.

Overall my experience was great. There was a few hiccups along the way, but the sale and loan processing team went out of their way to make you feeling at ease.

The overall team's dedication and genuine care to help the customer was very impressive. Although there were some hiccups along the road, the overall experience is nothing short of a customer service-oriented company. The only negative I would mention is the materials used to build the house do not feel/appear premium, in addition "price paid" for some of the house upgrade options were very high for what you got. I felt many of the things should have been standard offerings but I was charged a high price tag, unfortunately. If you're looking to get a lot of upgrades I strongly recommend trying to do it yourself instead of paying the premium price tag through KB Home. ... More
