Buying process was easy, delivered on time

Everyone was awesome from start to finish

We all know that buying a new home is a stress-filled process. You are investing a lot of money into a new home and possibly offloading your previous home. Our experience with KB Homes was very pleasant. There are several phases you will go through to get into your new KB Home. They are 1) the selling process of the home and property, 2) the sale of features inside the home - Design Studio, security, and electrical; 3) the actual building process, and lastly 4) the loan process. All four of these phases went smoothly, and I was very pleased when we closed on our new home and stepped foot inside the first time. Once inside the home, and you find everything is as you expected, you breathe a sigh of relief. However, this is the beginning of a fifth phase with KB Homes: 5) follow-up. A lot of businesses, once the sale is made and the product delivered, will walk away, and you now own your new product. Finding a representative willing to help you can be difficult. Be assured this is not the case with KB Homes. Anytime I have a question, I can reach out to my sales team and ask for guidance; the construction manager is very receptive to issues and follows up quickly. KB Homes builds their processes to include a high degree of ethics. They will not leave you stranded with a question or issue during the building process and will work hard to resolve it. The "follow-up" is probably equally as important as the other three phases combined. It's good to know you made a good choice in the builder of your new home. A huge shout-out to the team that played and still plays a huge role in our new home experience. Ray and Kyle (Sales), Dixie (Home Studio), Jenny (Loan Process), and Tucker (Construction Manager). All these individuals bring a high degree of trust and moral character to the "home buying" process, which is so appreciated. The entire experience of buying a home, from the initial walk in the door of the sales office to getting handed our keys, the experience has been great. The thing that truly stands out was the communication between us and the sales staff, the design center staff, and the project manager were all amazing

David in the sales office was very knowledgeable and helpful. He always kept me informed as to the progress of the construction of the house as resided in California during construction. Once we moved in he was always available to answer any questions that we had.

As a first time home buyer, the home buying process with KB homes was great! The home itself is beautiful and I am so glad I was able to choose my interior/exterior with a design studio. KB really cares about your input and I couldn’t be happier!!

The sales rep was knowledgeable and helpful. Loan process was smooth and KB even has insurance service, making the purchase a very pleasant experience. The after sales warranty service was on time and helpful.

My wife & I saw plenty of places in Orange County, all of them were new builds. What stood out with KB homes was the construction standards and attention to how people will use the space. Especially when square footage is at a premium in SoCal. Recommend folks stop by and take a look before making your decision. Hard to see the details online.

We had an amazing experience with the KB Homes team, and we’re so grateful for everyone who helped make our dream home a reality. From the very beginning, Jared (sales) was incredibly patient and knowledgeable, always taking the time to answer our questions and guide us through the process with clarity and honesty. While our home was being built—and even while we were out of the country—he went the extra mile by sending us progress photos and updates, which meant so much to us. He even took the initiative to bring in our trash and recycling bins into the garage, showing a level of care and thoughtfulness that truly stood out. Kelsey at the design center was also wonderful to work with. She helped us choose the best materials and finishes that fit our budget without compromising quality or style, making what could have been an overwhelming process feel easy and enjoyable. Tami went above and beyond to help us get our loan approved—her dedication and persistence truly made a difference. Rodney did a thorough job inspecting the home and making sure everything was in great condition, addressing repairs with care and attention to detail. We recently purchased a new townhome from KB Homes and have been very pleased with the entire experience. The community itself is beautifully and thoughtfully laid out, with an attractive design that gives the neighborhood a welcoming and comfortable feel. One thing I especially appreciated was that my home stayed ahead of schedule, and any small issues or touch-ups I noticed were repaired promptly without hassle. I also liked that I was able to customize the home mostly to my liking, which helped it feel more personal and tailored to my style. My only disappointment was the limited design options in certain areas. I wish there had been more colorful paint choices available, and I was disappointed that one of my ceiling fans only came in white while the rest of my home fixtures are black. Even with those small frustrations, the overall experience was great.
