All expenses with KB Home has been Great.

The sales associate was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. Never spammed our inbox/phone when we gave our contact info before committing, but answered any time we reached out. The planning and building was very fast with a nice selection of upgrades and affordable price points. We easily stayed within budget and never felt like an up-sell but still had plenty of choices. We were given weekly updates during construction and invited to visit the worksite to see the progress. They followed up a few weeks after moving in and quickly fixed a few minor issues, a scratched wall, a few low spots in the yard, and a ***** piece of trim. Choosing to build with KB was like having a family member by your side. Every step of the way. From not knowing anything about home buying, we had the perfect sales agent ***** who explained everything to us. Tim at kb home loans was very knowledgeable. Deni in the design studio, She explained every specific detail and she had input on what would go well or what wouldn't go well? Or other options would go do instead. When it came time to the actual build ,We again had another amazing experience. Jesse always answered questions we had, explained every detail and is still a text message or phone call away for us if we need anything going forward. My wife and I had an excellent experience working with Jesus throughout our homebuying journey with KB Home. From the beginning, Jesus was professional, welcoming, knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely invested in making sure we had a positive experience. What stood out most was how comfortable Jesus made us feel throughout the entire process. Buying a home is a major decision, and having someone who is approachable, patient, honest, and willing to answer questions makes a huge difference. We never felt like we were simply another sale. Jesus took the time to communicate with us, keep us informed, and make sure we understood what to expect along the way. His ***** of customer service remained consistent from the time we first started the process through closing. He was always pleasant to speak with, easy to reach, and willing to help whenever we had questions. Even during the stressful moments that naturally come with purchasing a new home, our interactions with Jesus were always positive. Most importantly, Jesus earned our trust. We always felt that he genuinely cared about our experience and wanted my wife and me to be happy with our decision and our new home. Not good quality on things, they response to warranties. Deal at the purchase was not too good, they promise things that they couldn't archive at the closing.

I felt the sales representative assigned to me lacked sufficient knowledge of the process. Furthermore, it did not feel like he was working in my best interest. I strongly recommend that future buyers hire an independent realtor before visiting KB Home.

I gave this rating because it wasn’t completely horrible the only parts that were an inconvenience were my sales rep Barry ***** and my contractor Cole *****. I was promised a gift that didn’t happen and fast repairs if I left a good review for them. First things first why were there so many repairs needed on closing day? That shouldn’t have ever been the case the house should’ve been in perfect condition when bought. I was promised fast repairs to the house to be made if I left that good review and 100% complete confirmation form. The repairs that have been made haven’t been correctly done the help being sent isn’t being sent correctly they’re being sent separately and not together therefore leaving parts messed up after being “fixed” my trim on the door was fixed on my first follow up but nobody sent the grout guy so the grout had been messed up by the door as well as the trim on the door the door frame should’ve been sanded out then painted over and wasn’t. There have been so many repairs made for a brand new house that shouldn’t have been needed in the first place the door is just one example I felt completely rushed to move in and forced to say this house was complete with empty promises from the contractor and sales rep I don’t recommend KB to anyone because of them. Also want to mention the grass on both sides of the house form pools of water that isn’t city compliant and that should’ve been fixed asap. My contractor mentioned that was an issue but I’ve yet to hear from him about said issue. ... More
