Overall experience had been excellent, Hoa had been difficult on fence approval process back and forth sending same documents over and over. Having a terrible experience at this moment. Hardly no response and lack of communication.

We purchased a KB home starting in July. From pouring the foundation to the final walk-through, all the KB staff were awesome! They listened to our needs/concerns and quickly worked as a team to make it a great home! The sales team is so nice and genuine. The construction team kept us updated every step of the way. The mortgage team was phenomenal. They communicated well and even researched to get the best deal. KB has an outstanding customer service team. Any questions or needs are immediately followed up on. We love our home and are so grateful we found this KB community!

My overall experience with KB Homes was nothing but great they really helped me get my home. Dior Patterson was there every step of the way. When I felt all hope was lost, she remained positive and kept me going. I can't thank her enough!

My home backyard drainage system is not properly installed by KB Home Builder. When it is raining weather conditions the lawn grasses is waterlogged and not draining. My home Backyard is a total Disgrace to KB Homes Builder during raining weather conditions. People cannot hangout in this Backyard. My investment to this home is a waste of money.

Purchasing a KB Home was the easiest and most satisfying experience I've had buying a home. Greg walked me through my home and I signed the sales agreement within 15 minutes. He was with me from the purchase to closing. Still smiles and waves whenever he sees me. Every KB Home team member I spoke with, text, emailed or met in person were EXCEPTIONAL like Greg. They strive for perfection. They exceed every step of the way.

My experience building a home with KB Home has been incredibly frustrating and stressful from start to finish. The construction of my home was delayed repeatedly, with poor and inconsistent communication throughout the process. I was rarely given clear timelines or proactive updates, which made planning nearly impossible. Each delay came with little explanation and no accountability. Because I relocated from Connecticut, these delays cost me thousands of dollars in additional travel expenses. I had to make multiple trips just to check on progress because communication from KB Home was so poor and unreliable. Had updates been transparent and timely, many of these trips could have been avoided. What makes this even more unacceptable is that I was one of the first buyers on my cul-de-sac, yet every home around me was completed before mine. Watching later purchases get finished ahead of my home was incredibly frustrating and made it feel like my build was deprioritized once the contract was signed. Overall, this has been a stressful, expensive, and disappointing experience. Buying a new construction home should be exciting—this process has been the exact opposite. Erin helped us through the entire home-buying process from start to finish. She ensured smooth communication and was a very pleasant person to work with. The quality of the home is top-notch! The inspection wasn't able to locate any major deficiencies in the home and the builder team was easy to work with.

Overall, everyone was great. We really enjoyed working with Melva, Phola and Lizette.

Working with KB was great! From their friendly office staff at the location to the loan officers at HB Home Loans, everything went smoothly and on time. Weekly communication throughout the building process with photos and information. House was completed on time and is awesome. Thanks!

From start to finish Dave and everyone with KB has been great and any issues we may have had, Dave was right on top of it and got things taken care of. Dave has been friendly and Professional with us and we highly recommend KB and hopefully Dave will be their builder and receive the same care as we did....... Thank you Dave!

Our closing was 2 months later than what we were expecting, quality and craftsmanship are below what we have experienced with the 2 homes we have built prior to this. I do not plan on building another home with KB Home and I would not recommend them to anyone that cares about quality and craftsmanship.

Great experience from start to finish

The entire process was quite stressful as communication between the KB Home corporate office and the title company (First American Title) was terrible. They couldn’t coordinate the closing date and it kept changing. KB kept wanting to close on my new house without having me do a final walkthrough. Quite a poor experience.

KB suppplied all aspects of our Texas homebuying experience. Builder, financer, insurer & confidant all covered by KB.
