From the very beginning we experienced a very pleasant home buying process. Laura is just awesome, she kept in touch and updated us regularly on the process and progress of our new home. Our experience with the KB design center had a couple of hiccups but they were able to work them out and everything turned out just as we had planned. Our superintendent, Skott has been very responsive and helpful in everything we have needed him to do with our new home. We have only had a couple of small issues that were on the contractor side and not related to KB, so overall I would say it has been a very pleasant home buying experience. ... More

The overall experience was good.

Amber, made it easy and smooth when we check and decide that we want the house. Easy to talk to. Tyler, was an amazing person he’s always responded if we have questions and or problems with our house. The quality of our new home is not that great, our expectations are high for a brand new house, the paints are uneven, the doors were broken also the restrooms need a retouch and lastly the 2nd floor making noise when you’re heading to the master room.

This our second home and our first was with KB Homes. We loved the experience and care we received that we had to buy our second home with KB. They rally treat you like family.

The sales team including Ryan was very helpful in giving us truthful information about the community, home, and KB in general. Brooke helped us zero in on our loan and Jorge was the go-to for construction.

I appreciated all the updates and saw my house built from the ground up. I had the opportunity to design the way that I wanted inside and outside which gave more control over what my house was going to like.

Several times after purchase of my home I was given very beneficial information on the use and features of my house. This is excellent service after the sale.

First time homeowner, great experience. Answered and solved all my questions and concerns.

Tami and Jason were great to work with. Always responsive and quick to any questions or concerns I had in the process. First time buying a home and I’m glad it was with them!

Having issues with stove; it do not work. I tried to use the oven for the first time on thanksgiving and the whole stove shutdown and stopped working. Whirlpool not much help and KB liaison no andwer

First, your team at Falling Waters have done an excellent job all during our buying process. Jose, Jerry, Laura, Jeff, Tod and Nolan all are commendable and very on top of every process. Jeff has came in and fixed our bathroom sink several times. I would and have strongly recommended KB homes to several folks. Thank You all for the attention to detail and quality of your teams expertise. Our last home we bought it new pre-built and lived there for 37yrs because of the quality of that builder we are as pleased if not more so with the quality for this home and your team.
