Great growing neighborhood great location

It has been a great pleasure to work with Cheryl and John on this home. It’s very straight forward and very pleasant buying experience.

Very happy with the service and the experiences with the home loan and sales process provided by the KB Home team. Also very happy with the construction and how well the house looked during our walk thru.

Our house did not have the upgrades we selected at the studio. We realized that only after closing. They haven't fixed it yet and is delayed for ever. Rest everything is good so far.

Juan and Arthur are consummate professionals! They answer all my questions, concerns, and issues as soon as possible and are diligent in their craft. Kudos to this amazing team!

Our KB home experience was terrible. From the sales team, to the finishing touches on our new home, our overall experience was one of the worst. Our sales rep showed little to no support or effort during our building process. Her knowledge of timelines and the overall process was lacking. Our Head contractor and Lender were awesome. However, since we have moved in, the individual in charge of repairs has done little to nothing, and we have had to hound him just to get fixes completed. (To little prevail) We have sent in many requests to have our complaints addressed, but KB home has not rendered any solution. We absolutely do not recommend buying from KB home. ... More

I’m ver satisfied with Kb homes with the whole team from the agent all the way to the loan officer. They call or email me once a week about the progress of the house and my loan. They are very professional and they worked with you as a team.

My KB homes experience was a great. Carmen & Ilya was an awesome pair to work with. They provided me with weekly updated on the building process. Anytime I called for problems that occurred; they was definity on point on how to resolve & don't stress. I have no regrets for selecting KB homes as my builder.

Alicia, Jose and team made me feel really welcome. They quickly fixed any issues that occurred with the house. Thank you for everything!

I had a good experience purchasing my home with KB.

The sales team was amazing and helped us every step of the way. There were a handful of quality issues, such as missing medicine cabinets and countertops having a rough residue on them. But overall, very happy with how things are getting resolved

Jorge did everything possible to make sure I got all of the customizations I needed on my home. He maintained weekly communication. Gloria from the loans department was extremely helpful and answered all of my questions to make sure I was able to close! Nathan the construction manager was attentive and communicative. Overall great experience and everyone was a pleasure to work with.

We are beyond thrilled with our KB Home. Our Construction Manager, Mike, was a godsend at getting us into our home as quickly as possible. We just experienced our first hurricane in the home and it was rock solid. Inside, you would have no idea the chaos happening outdoors. We had zero damage. So thankful to the KB Team for building us our vision and creating the home our children will grow up in!

Rob is very awesome, he responds in a timely manner! Wally is helpful and explains a lot of the process as well. Nick is super friendly

5 Stars for Jean, Justin, Kyle with the customer service team. He has a quick response time and coordinates with well with vendors to get issues resolved. 5 stars to the sales team (Lizette). The 2 stars is for the the people who handled the final documents and management team, who I was told would contact me when I had issues with closing documents, but I never heard from them. No need to contact me now, since the documents were signed and we been living in our home for about 2 months now.

Can't say anything bad about our experience- It's been great! Ty and Adam were so attentive to our questions and truly made the process of home buying so easy. Even after move in Ty has addressed even the smallest concerns quickly and smoothly.

This was an awesome experience.

I would give our build and overall 8.5 out of 10.. There are some things that never got taken care of after closing even after we were told that they would be taken care of.

Sales Process was amazing! Kimberly was so helpful and was always around for each step of our hole being built. The builders side of the experience was not the best. After we moved in we started to notice paint chipping outside of the home. The base boards aren’t straight. We felt a little rushed on our final walk, where it felt like we didn’t get to look closely at our home before closing and the builders would mention they would be around to assist if needed. Parts of our grass is still dried out and has been since the grass was laid. The fence is not stable and still has a few uneven openings on the fence line. ... More
