My experience with KB has been almost perfect. I absolutely love my home! That being said, as the days and weeks go by something pops up that needs correction. I’ll make 1 call or send 1 email to my CM or Sales manger and I’ll usually hear back from the trade by tbe end of the day. Home building is never a perfect process and I 100% get that! It’s nice to know I have a team like Carmelo & Robert behind me. I have 100% confidence that any and all minor issues will be corrected! My home buying experience was great and seamless. I didn’t have any issues during the process, which was great. Everyone was incredibly helpful during the process and I greatly appreciate everyone’s assistance along the way. Sandra (mortgage originator), John (home sales agent), and Isabel (loan underwriter) are awesome employees and pivotal people during my home buying experience. This is my first time purchasing a home, new construction and I’m glad I purchased with KB Home.. My only complaint at this time has been the lack of understanding and empathy by the Warranty person in my area. I officially moved into my home about 3 weeks ago. Primarily, I work from home so, I need internet. I contacted Comcast to install cable and internet prior to moving in. A Comcast Technician came by and said the conduit is jammed and a cable line needs to be dropped. I thought the work was completed after a ticket was submitted; however, another technician came out and said the same thing. At this point, I’ve had 0 service for 2 weeks and I’m completing work duties using the mobile hotspot feature on my work phone. Of course, that’s extremely frustrating and upsetting. Anyways, I had been calling Comcast several times, inquiring about the status. Subsequently, I reached out to the Warranty guy and asked him about the issue and wondered who is responsible for what’s transpiring here? Because I don’t have service. He said Comcast and the conduit isn’t jammed. He can’t send any of his guys there because other homeowners had the same issue in my neighborhood but whenever he sent his guys, they never identified an issue. He told me the technicians need different tools. So, I asked him I’m supposed to continue going back and forth with Comcast just to get some service and resolve this issue I’m having? He said yes, it’s not their problem and he’s sorry. At that point, I was furious and told him directly that this is ridiculous, no one cares, and thanks! No response from him. Where was the empathy or compassion? Imagine still having no service for 3-4 weeks now and you’re a federal government employee, working on your employer’s work phone mobile hot spot. Who wouldn’t be upset? And to even assume without verifying is absurd. Basing prior experiences to what I’m experiencing is very foolish. Although Comcast is set to install next week, the Warranty guy has left a bad taste in my mouth. Yes, I submitted my initial review with phenomenal ratings but I’m extremely disappointed in the lack of care and compassion from the warranty person. ... More

The selling agent and the construction supervisor were great. That being said, they are no longer at Birchwood Grove. Turnover is not a good thing to have when dealing with a new home.

I recently moved into my new home built by KB Homes, and I could not be happier with the quality and craftsmanship. The attention to detail and beautiful design exceeded my expectations. From the layout to the finishes, every aspect of the house is thoughtfully executed, creating a comfortable and stylish living space. The entire process, from construction to move-in, was smooth and professional. I highly recommend KB Homes to anyone looking for a well-built and beautiful home.

Stephen our agent was always attentive to our needs and answered any questions we had. The one thing that still has not been resolved is that our electric meter reads "Error 4". Which possibly may be a battery back up issue. We don't know how to get Cailf. Edison Co. to look at it. There is nothing on their website that we can request help for this issue.This is very frustrating. Even Scott doesn't know what to do. Can someone please resolve this for us. Thank you.

The overall process was fairly painless and the staff was very responsive to my questions and needs.

As a overall experience, things went decent. But there are places where KB Homes must listen to customers voice and their concerns than going with the process which is not helping customers, For my house, the price was reduced by 10k on the KB website and the major house selling portals like Zillow/refin etc. immediate next day after I signed the house. We all know the price reductions are as per market/industry situations. When asked, I was told that the price reduction is a mistake.

The people are professional and respectful.

They responded to all questions in a timely manner and worked very hard to make sure that our needs were met. This team was awesome, and I am grateful that I was able to buy a KB Home.

It’s my dream in reality we still in shock we feels like a kids with a new toy we are very happy

Space does not know how to utilize

The process for the house I chose was good. Do not like the grass it was full with weeds

We are going to our second month and everything was fine (i suppose). There were few minor problems but manageable. Until this week my son discovered water spurting out from the flooring of his bathroom every step he made. We called the engineer. The plumber came, sawn a good portion of the wall to expose the pipes, and discovered a nail panctured a pipe, making water drip down to the flooring. So it has been dripping since the house was completed. So the whole bathroom flooring are taken out, drain the water out and fan the floor under for 3 days. A day prior the back glass window cracked. A styrofoam by the front door pane is also chipping off. And God knows what else we gonna discover as days go by. Thankfully, Engineer Jody responded and personally visited our place right away and sent people to start fixing the problem. ... More

Overall definitely deserves 5 stars. Very good quality, trust worthy, and the team responds to issues promptly. Highly recommend!!

The staff was knowledgeable, responsive and strived to match our need and wants to what is available from KB.

We had a great experience with KB Home sales group and design. Throughout construction, they kept informing us about the progress on a weekly basis and few months prior to completing construction, KB Home loans and home insurance kept us aware of what’s coming up during the closing process. As far as the quality of workmanship and materials used versus the value of the price paid, we think that they could have done better using some more upgraded materials.

SALES REPRESENTATIVE - NAZ is responsive until we completed our sale but KBHOME credits were not given as expected and upon checking lookslike policies were changed after initiated our talk so we thought like KB HOME should have stick to their words regarding the closing credit. LOAN ORIGINATOR - DERRICK is helpful and provides us required details upon checking with him whenever needed. Construction Manager - Always responsive and provides us the updates quickly

Great experience. Completed the home as I expected. Great follow up and help with some minor issues so far. Jeff and Will have kept me informed. Will has got help on some minor door and lighting issues. The front door had some gaps as well as the door to the garage. The garage door has a gap on the north edge. Will knows about it. I think a piece is ordered.

Everything has been really great from all members of the team, the only real complaint I’ve had is with the hoa. Some members of the community have left their broken down cars on the side of the road and left the yards with lots of weeds despite the neighborhood not being that old. It’s a bit disappointing for how much we are paying but the overall home buying and designing has been great
