KB homes sales staff and customer service were very helpful in getting the home we wanted.

It was a very good experience to buy home with KB. In spite of Covid the delay was minimal. So far happy with service to handle problems.

Our home took about a year to build, but not to the fault of KB Homes, the pandemic, supply issues played a big part in the delay. But the KB team of Bob (Sales) and Brandon (Superintendent) kept in touch with us the whole way through. Bob stayed on top of everything, making sure we where informed on the process of the build for the whole year, and worked tirelessly, get get us into the community especially in a very high buying market. Brandon was superb, in making sure our house was to our liking and worked day and night to make our house a home. He addresed all deficiencies we noticed, and fixed them in a timely manner, Brandon still works hard even now. The overall process has been amazing. I love the communication and the sound excellent customer service especially from Travis and Jesse. We are so happy to call this place our first home and recommend to our friends and other first time home buyers!

Surpasses my expectations on how well the whole team work from sales to the contractors and their continuous follow ups to make sure that the house is as 100% to my satisfaction.

Kelly the sales person almost never responded to emails. My realtor, myself, and my lender would send her things and I would have to call several times just to get a response. Timelines were critical, the whole home building process took over a year. Understandable, with COVID there were a ton of supply chain issues, those were communicated to me. The last couple months, the delays were totally in their control. Like ordering the wrong backsplash, ordering the wrong color floor transitions, failing HVAC inspection 3 times. The dates they were giving me to close kept falling through and my lender kept having to unlock my rate (each time getting substantially more expensive to do) and they little to no consideration or compensation. It was almost as if they were doing it purposely for me to pull out so they could sell it for more. On top of that I had to give my apts 30 days notice to move out and they refused to give me a good timeframe. I, instead, gave them a deadline because the Wait and move were becoming increasingly more expensive which was not fair to me, especially when the issues were unavoidable. Doug was the one who communicated with myself and the realtor through the last 30 days. He was responsible and made it happen. He made himself accessible to me, when it should have been Kelly. Doug was very personable, he was very responsive and pretty much did his and Kelly’s job at the end. Roger became rude after I asked him for communication and updates, when he told me to call him if I had any issues. He didn’t have to give me his number. The KB lender was telling people they had to apply with them in order for the builders to honor the purchase agreement. Which was untrue!!!!! Now Al is great, Briana at the design studio was super helpful. Also I been in my house 2 months and still have the wrong floor transitions and my screen was installed torn. They were supposed to finish my transitions on the 29th of June, I’m still waiting. Now I’m being told they had to reorder them. Overall very satisfied with the house, the process was a nightmare. I had to communicate closing with my lender, realtor, title company and Doug. I should have gotten paid as the sales clerk having to do all that by myself. Nobody reached out to me, again I Doug had to call me asking where I was because I closed. Nobody let my team know. I could go on and on, bottom line I would not recommend for anybody's first home buying experience. I’d rather have paid a higher price and deal with better customer service. ... More

It looks like they rushed, when building (Trades). Overall nice home location. Great staff. From sales to on site workers.

Although, it took over 1 year to complete our home we had a great experience with KB team.. Kellie Ali and Doug Cherry and later Veronica Tizcareno were always on top of things and keeping us informed. We love our new home and hope to enjoy it for years to come. Thank you!

Overall a good experience just felt some things was rushed and not fully finished correctly and when you have the 10 days and find your issues they should make it a priority to get them corrected

House completion was delayed by eight months!

It was a good process.

The issues I have had have all been post move in. The sales and construction process were great. Lee and Byron were always quick to respond. Since move in the customer service has been very difficult to get any responses from.

I will never build with KB homes again The supervisor was fantastic. but that’s the only highlight of the whole experience….

They solve problems immediately when you have a request about your new house.

From the start to finish the sales staff to the project manager everything was great. Updates were frequent and any problems were addressed and taken care of in a timely manner. This is the second home we bought with KB and our first experience was great and this one was even better

Good houses. Good designs out and inside some issues but nothing crazy, price little bit high but is what it is. Good people they explained step by step all.
