The whole buying process has been great ! They made is seamless, customer service was great, the construction manager was awesome and was able to respond to all of our questions. Highly recommend.

The team at KB Home was great! From the first encounter with the sales counselor all the way to close, the KB team kept us informed of all updates in the building process. There were a few things that came up after move in but, have been and are being quickly addressed.

My experience with KB homes was wonderful. The sales department was so friendly and helpful, always answering my concerns or finding someone who could. Building supervisor was always available to help and get things taken care of quickly.

The overall process is really smooth and pretty easy to navigate. The staff is knowledgeable and responsive. We are pretty happy with our house and the construction quality but the finitions (paint, trims, baseboards, drywall alignment, etc.) didn't meet our expectations. Finally, the only thing we disliked in the process was the closing experience which felt rushed and pushy.

I looked at numerous properties before building with KB. I was able to exactly what i wanted and needed. Staff communicated during the building process. Even better.... the price was locked in when i signed. Transparency was wonderful and no unwanted surprises.

Smooth process and stress free

You will have to watch everything the construction crews does on the house - be an active home buyer and hold all the parties accountable. Do not sign the ready to close document until all is fixed they way you like it. If you actively involved all the little or big things can get fixed along the way. Don't let the construction crew bully you. It was less than stellar for my family and quite stressful.

Your crew from KB made it a pleasant experience. This was my first purchased home. All the way from your sales to finance and then final construction. If you were to ask me would you buy another KB home? I’d say yes.

They were great during the first month but after we were having issues already. It seemed like they rushed with the building of the house.

We absolutely loved our KB homebuying experience and the house they built us is very well made. From the moment we started talking with Will, our KB Lender and Angelina our KB realtor everything has been better than promised and even the delays were completed faster than we were told. Now that we are in our home, there are small things that the home needs, like a few dead plants, a couple outlets that don’t work, etc but in comes the KB customer service team. It was good and had no issues.

The building process went extremely well, I was updated each week via text message with pictures. This was helpful to me due to the fact I lived in another state. The final walk thru was a lot however the contractor took me thru every corner of the house. The quality and workmanship was beyond belief, everything was completed to the "T" no complaints here. The only thing that was disappointing ..when i went into contract there were items i had to confirm I wanted on the home at that moment, I agreed to not wanting covered patio. @ weeks into contract (after much thought) I wanted the patio cover and was told it was to late because permits had been pulled. I wish I knew this upfront OR told i had a few days (if any) to make a change. Overall I am completely satisfied with my new beautiful home and looking forward to living next chapter in my life. ... We contracted in Aug 21 and did not close until July 29th, 2022. You are thinking"That is too long a time" Most cases I would agree, however I feel you must be realistic to the time we were going through. (the Pandemic) Maybe having Real Estate, mortgage and construction experience it is a little easier for me to Understand. I looked at the staff at KB from Sales, mortgage, processing and Construction in probably a different way. Yes there were delays and the timing of everything was not Perfect. Was IT Their fault? I say NO. I looked at them for their professionalism, how courtesy and how they communicated with us. They "ALL" did an "Oustanding" Job!!! So THANK YOU VERY MUCH!!! Home, overall, is great. Sales people and Superintendents are responsive to issues that need to be address. During the walk-thru process, many things were pointed out as "needs to be corrected" and they didn't get fixed, so we continue to point them out, which is frustrating

Overall the experience was good. Took longer than we would have liked, but it's understandable given the world situation right now. Communication with the super, Ken, and sales agent, Jon, were great. Some workmanship is a little lackluster. The are obvious used of the wrong paint type visible in areas (semigloss instead of eggshell), installation of clearly broken cabinets and backsplash left as "good enough", the complete wrong bathroom courteous 6 installed, wrong sized mirrors (we still don't have any a month and a half later), and very crooked hanging of fixtures. We've been ensured the majority of our issues will be fixed, but it seems to be on a back burner for everyone but the super who seems frustrated he can't get people to fix our issues. We've had a replacement cabinet sitting in a box in one of our extra rooms for a month. ... More

I had a great buying experience with KB Homes and the two people who deserved recognition are Shannon (construction) and Grey (Sales). They were always attentive and accommodating.

Sales person and building superintendent were great to work with.! The VA lending process was hard! Lending officer’s were helpful in straightening that out!! Thank you to all.

KB homes is a great place to buy your dream house. I really love my new house. Just wish I had prior experience buying a house so I could get certain things inplace on the house before I moved it.
