Overall, we are happy with our home but we have had a difficult time getting paint for touchups. We went to Sherwin Williams where the paint contractor gets his paint but were told that it’s only available in a 5 gallon can. We tried getting some from the paint contractor but he never showed up as promised.

I’ve had good moments with KB in buying a house. Problem is, they partner with KPS for electrical and cable wiring. The job done is horrible. Wires are not terminated, and some wires are not connected. I have been begging for them to come and finish their jobs… It’s already taking them over 3 months

We have been wanting a new home and so we paid KB Homes a visit. The salesperson Lori was so friendly and helpful told us that there was a house available and if we were interested. We agreed and gave her the needed information and we were approved! The rest is history! We love our new home! Thanks KB Homes for answering our prayers!

Loved working with all individuals during the home buying process; everyone was responsive and understanding of being a first time home buyer.

I expected better workmanship. The tile work looks like it was done by an amateur.

We purchased a home that the original buyer could not get financing, the home was selected and all the option were selected. When we agreed to buy the home there was not even a foundation poured. It would of been nice to at least have a few design options since we were purchasing a fallout home. I understand how things are ordered in the design phase but would of expected a few concessions, other that that we are satisfied with the home. The experience with the sales department was horrible. Other than that, everyone else were wonderful, friendly, and responsive.

Service response can be better.

Mark was great and answered all my questions. He would go out of his way and make sure the my approved upgrade was properly installed. Design center was very easy and organized. Live the energy efficiency of the house.

Great price for a large home and lot size. Definitely satisified with the part Quality of materials used needs to be better.

Poor superintendent. Lied numerous times about things that would be fixed only to see they never were. I felt like I was being yes’d the whole time so I would stop asking question. Cole is a huge violator of this as well

Communication was horrible when it came to updates or just anything in general. I had to ask what was going on or if anything had changed. It got to the point where I took the initiative and checked on my own with the permits, construction, etc. I love my home but the experience could have been a lot better. Not to mention my home was delayed for over 30 days because of the first superintendent leaving and nobody gave notice to the homeowners about it.

Great experience from start to finish!

The sales, design and construction teams did a great job and were very helpful throughout the process. Kris, Reggie and Debra are awesome at what they do. Two months after moving in, they continue to help us out any chance they get. However, KB's loan division was very unprofessional and a pain to deal with. Being forced to apply for a loan with them as a part of the homebuying process (whether or not you plan to use them) is a downside. After hearing about our neighbor's poor experience with them, we're so glad we decided to use our own lender.

The experience was wonderful throughout. We have a few issues that need to be resolved, but overall a good experience.

My name is not important what I'm about to tell you is. I used this company to find my forever home and we are highly disappointed with our purchase. First of all they do not honor the soilder that fought for this country. They told me they do not deal with VA loans and that would mean I had to do a conventional loan. They will attempt to sell you a house with shotty craftsmanship. They have amassed great wealth at the cost of the buyer. There homes come with the bare minimum. I.E. laminated flooring and maybe some tile for bathroom or kitchen. Then when you inspect the work closely you will see the flaws that they want you to pay top dollar for. You pay close to 400.000 for a home with not one ceiling fan or a garage door opener. They even reduce the size of the driveway that is supposed to allow 2 cars to fit comfortably. When I took ownership of the property, then walk the home and found that paint was spilled on the floors throughout the entire house. I spoke with the salesman and informed him of this, he stated it would be taken care of, it never happened. So to sum things up this company is all about the money and forget about you once the deal is closed. Take it from a company that is living the life of capitalism at its best here in America. You are free to make your own decisions about where you spend your money , I will never ever tell one person to invest there money into a home with this company. Buyer beware ... More

My experience was not very good, as a matter of fact it was less than desirable. There were so many outstanding issues that needed to be fixed before closing date that I still waiting to be fixed almost 2 months later. I waited 11 months 3 weeks for the house to be completed, I would have gladly waited another week. The way the home was turned over to my was just UNACCEPTABLE!! It was dirty, paint splatter on the bathroom and kitchen floor, missing lights in the bathroom, bedroom door unable to lock, painted shower head in the bathroom, chipped cabinets and much more but you get the idea. Voy para dos meses esperando que me reparen los defectos que me dejaron, y todavia sigo esperando no tengo respuesta del personal de garantia. Hasta cuando tengo que esperar.

The only thing that we feel is not ok is the way the patio was left. We were told it's up to code but it is dangerous. The step down onto the lawn is way too high. It would be great if a step was added to the patio. Other than that we love our house.
