There is little communication between departments. Project schedules don’t appear to exist and failing to meet dates 7 times over doesn’t matter. Punch items take months to get to and not everything is resolved max

As this is our second star rating survey that I am receiving. The list of issues that haven't been fixed and new issues continue to pop up. My family and I are trying to enjoy our new home, it turns out there's something new popping up that needs to be fixed and other issues have to wait because we were told there will be a 1 year walk through for items to be looked at or fixed. Giving just two examples. Example One would be: drywall, texture and paint. Second example would be: the AC unit out side is dented and broken in which something had fallen on it when the roof was being installed). A lot of our items were brought up before the NHO and on NHO appointment and still haven't been fixed or were told they can't be corrected. Had a great experience with the entire term. The on-site representative who walked me through the different offerings, the foreman giving me updates on the construction, the loan officer constantly communicating and treated changed and what I could expect to be my payments and close costs. Everyone was really involved and extremely responsive whenever I called it email with any questions.

The best experience I have had with this company and its professionalism. Great and respectful workers who represent amazing customer service and reliable and trustworthy.

Hands down, the easiest and best home buying experience. We highly recommend KB Homes for all home buyers. They are very punctual, extremely nice and beyond helpful. We’re first time home owners and out of all the other company’s we could’ve bought a home from, KB won us over. Even the builders (Travis and his team) has gone above and beyond for us when needed.

Lack of knowledge by sales personnel regarding valid issues.

It was a great experience working with Sofia in buying our first home we felt very confident about our decision and we love our new home. Luis has also been of so much help with the process after the purchase process and information about our home. I appreciate all their help.

Enjoyed everything KB jomes has done for us

Be careful when purchasing in this community. Many of our issues that were blue taped before closing went ignored and are still getting “fixed” 3+ months later. Lack of communication from building manager and lack of quality control. This is not our first home, nor our first KB Home, but the quality and craftsmanship has gone down. Disappointed for sure.

Both Cole and Andrew were very responsive, friendly and helpful throughout the whole sales process.

We are super happy with our new home and the entire pre and post sales support we get. This is our second KB brand new home and we hope to own more in the future.

My overall experience with KB Home was challenging from start to finish. I did not feel fully valued as a customer at any point in the process. My concerns were often dismissed or addressed only after repeated follow-ups. The communication between sales, construction, and the design studio was inconsistent and caused avoidable delays and mistakes. I also faced financial stress because of incorrect information from the loan officer, which forced me to seek new financing at the last minute to avoid losing my earnest money. The quality of construction felt rushed and left me with several issues in my new home. Did not see my house in person until the day we moved in and it was even better and more beautiful then the pictures we had!!

Great experience with everyone. Always quick to handle any issues. Always curtious.

We were touring Salerno community subdivision and found it was very nice neighborhood with clean street and beautiful landscaping. We then contacted sales counselor and was given details of home purchase process. We were very happy to have Jaime, a loan officer that is extremely helpful to us to get loan approval. Everything after is smooth including closing. We have checked the house and haven't noticed any flaw in every corner and now we have been living in my new home for few months. We love our KB homes very much and would refer our friends and relatives to live in this community. Thanks KB homes for good work! ... More
