We had a great experience dealing with all aspects of building our first home.

Steve did an excellent job on keeping us informed during the building process as well as taking care of any issues we had after the house was built.

Buying a new construction can be very stressful but everyone at KB Homes has been very helpful and understanding with any issues I had.

Everything was great, all the people who supported me in this way are very nice and professional.

The construction process was very fast and well-organized. I had excellent communication with the superintendent, and the salesperson oversaw every step of the process—including the mortgage and the design studio selections.

Whole experience was so much fun, just wish I had done it so much sooner!

We love the neighborhood and our new home. The process was very good with minor issues but they were corrected. We have been wanting to move to Verona fore several years and have been really happy. Karen in sales is wonderful and patient. Mario has been working hard to make the house perfect. Tom in the loan department was very helpful and informative. Overall a fantastic experience and will recommend people to move into Verona.

Cursed is the first word that comes to mind. From the price of our plan dropping $10k right after we sign our contract and not receiving consideration for the immediate loss in equity, to a headless doll being hung in our home multiple times, to being lied to about structural integrity of brick lintel installed, to still waiting on a cabinet door from the 4th preclosing walk 38 business days ago, the experience was exhausting. If it wasn't for the specific lot we would never have persevered the journey. Our construction superintendent Scott did his best to improve our experience, but the trades hired to do the work were terrible. The paint on the trim is atrocious and looks like a 20 year old apartment with the sloppy caulk work. Again, Scott did a great job of trying to remedy our disappointment, but was limited by the tools at his disposal. This was the easiest home purchase decision I've gone through. From the contract with Drake to the construction process with Ian, everything was clearly communicated and done as promised. I only wish the price were lower, but that is the market. Given the quality of workmanship and the market we face today, I am very pleased at the price point. We are very happy in our new house.

They build the houses in less than 5 months, and close them. Then all the issues show up once the homeowner is living in the property… So get used to living in a construction zone while they repair what should have been done right from the beginning…

The sales agent, lenders stayed with me through the whole process and did whatever they could to make this a positive experience!

We are very pleased with our new KB home! We love the neighborhood and very pleased with the craftsmanship! Our house is energy efficient with lots of square footage!

Our entire home purchase was very enjoyable with the KB Home staff, all and everyone that we dealt with, especially Lemont who took care of us start to finish, even coming to the head office to ensure everything was all set for the final closing.

Our sales rep, Susana, was incredible during the home buying process. I know there was a lot on her plate and she remembered everything we asked of her and she got it done. Very friendly and great at her job. She made us feel welcome and not pressured in any way to buy or upgrade anything. We got exactly what we asked for and she made it happen. Working with Deb for all of the design studio decisions was a delight. She made the design process fun and helped with any design and color choices we were unsure of. She was very informative of every option, including the price. She is much appreciated and we love our design choices. Our interactions with Brandon, our construction superintendent, were friendly every time. He informed us of everything that was installed in the house. Every meeting with him was pleasant and exciting since we got to see more progress on our house. He had the house built perfectly, minus any small repairs, but those were fixed afterwards with the help of our customer success manager Johnny. Johnny has been on it from day one. He has been incredible in getting all of our small fixes addressed. We gave him a decent list of fixes and he was able to schedule almost all of them in the same day. We appreciate that so much. Overall everyone we worked with had our best interest at heart and seemed to genuinely care about our need and decisions with the house and home buying process. Things take time, especially with it being a brand new community and we appreciate everyone we worked with at KB. I highly recommend these people at KB Homes. The sales team, the construction team, the subcontractors, the design team, everyone is on point in this organization. We got a great home with no issues at a reasonable price. Looking at several builders in the Boise area, the quality and finishes were just not at the same quality as KB. I watch home inspection videos on You Tube frequently and seeing what is found made me want to hire someone to check out if what I was seeing and experiencing was just surface level. What was found was a handful of small items that were easily remedied by the builder. KB is building the best product in the Treasure Valley. I would highly recommend. ... More

KB homes was the most seamless and effortless experience I could imagine when buying a home for the first time. They kept me informed and I felt comfortable every step of the way.

The overall process was great. I'd do it all over again. I don't have any regrets building a home with KB HOMES.
