Overall it is good work.

We recently moved from San Jose to Gilroy and I would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone at KB for making this a memorable experience. We were very excited and a little apprehensive since it was a big move. Christine from sales was so friendly and helped us find the perfect plan. She was always available for questions and ideas! Becky from the design center was amazing at keeping us focused and on track-since it can be quiet overwhelming. She let us take our time with the picks and also helped us when we were stuck. Tim and Peter from the loan processing worked really hard to make sure we had everything and ready to go when it was time. The process is very complicated and they tried to keep us as stress free as possible ( although loan applications and approvals are really really stressful!) Ryan from customer service is a RockStar! He brings so much energy and gets you pumped up for the big move and beyond! He has worked with us on all the little fixes and even helped out during our appliance delivery. The construction crew and their project manager Serena are awesome! We had a couple of things that needed to be redone and they were on it! a very nice experience we had with our new house thanks

Purchasing and construction department and personnel were exceptional. However, the person handling the warranty side---is totally unprofessional. If I known that this person --Carlos-- handled our warranty I would have never bought from KB homes. I have said let me have someone else handle any warranty issue---but so far I have not received any response.

KB made home buying experience easy and helped us immensely along the process!

As a new homeowner I felt my hand was held the entire time. I had a team the entire time with me.

The builder Forman was very informative and prioritized in my Questions from the beginning of the building to the walk through and beyond . Great job !! Keep up the great workmanship.

KB delivered my home on time without compromising on quality. Many options allowed me to build my dream home without the higher cost of a "custom" home. Would highly recommend.

Workman ship sub par, Look at long wait times as in days to get anything fix. New homes look good after a month thing get noticed that are not done or falling apart. Issues brought to builder and nothing gets fixed. Would not recommend KBH do to price and pore build quality. Customer service 3 out of 10 they do nothing.

KB Homes like any other builder is not perfect, so I'd always recommend hiring a 3rd party inspector pre-drywall and for closing. That being said, as long as you stay on top of items with the Construction team, you should have no problems and will be happy you chose KB.

While we are overall happy with our home we are tired of hearing ‘that’s an issue with trades’, sorry the manufacturer is not helping you with that. 3 months into our home and the wrong size blinds, the broken cabinet and the dishwasher that will not dry remain a problem that the builder can’t/won’t fix. The builder hired the blinds company, the cabinet company and selected the manufacture of the dishwasher. Time for the builder to take responsibility for getting things fixed.

My overall experience from start until now has been amazing! Our first day driving in the torrential rain to see the properties, we met Christine who was very nice and professional. Then we were introduced the Blanca who we loved and connected with very well. She was very transparent and keep us informed. More importantly, she made us feel that she wanted what was best for our situation and not made to feel like a paycheck. Then we met Ed, great guy and down earth. We could have talked for hours each time we met for our construction meeting. Let's not forget Duc and team. They were very helpful and persistent with sending weekly house progress reports. We weren't able to come into town as often as we had liked so we couldn't stalk the build of our home so the pictures and status updates were helpful. Lastly, on the final walk through we had a great walk with Don and Mike. They were very nice, friendly and made sure we knew that we were in their good hands moving forward. Great experience in buying our 2nd home in LV. Staff very friendly and accommodated our needs. Responsive and quality of home was excellent.

KBHomes staff were amazing to work with and everything went smoothly

The closing process was rushed which left a lot of things unfinished/ poor quality with the home. First time home buyer so we just figured it’s easy to get repairs done after the fact especially since we didn’t move in right away. We have had trouble now getting things completed since we closed. Feeling like we’re getting the ‘run around’ since we closed and now they can move on.

Everybody in K homes are very kind, accomodating and helpful for us as nee home buyer.

My KB Home is a quality build. The design, workmanship, creativity, and materials reflect forethought on all levels. These factors combined with the final price point resulted in my beautiful home, a superior result all around. I am so excited that this is my home and I now live here. Thank you for a job well done. You exceeded all my expectations!

Lack of supervision throughout the build process. Terrible response to issues/concerns. Complete disconnect of management and leadership. I would never buy another KB home. Quality and customer service does not exist.

Unfortunately we purchased this house at the end of 2021 during an intense real estate market. Meaning, we paid an excessive amount for a house that would have been 100k or even 150k less a couple of years ago. You’d hope that with the insane cost of this house that work would be done well. We have so many workmanship issues. It’s hard to blame KB for all of it because we do understand it’s hard to find good trades. But geez it’s been one headache after another.
