KB HOME has the best customer service you can find. Throughout the whole process you will enciunter different staff that answer questions, listens, and work hardly to meet the expectations set during the contratct.

House is great for the money and the neighborhood is nice. While there were some delays in getting the house ready to move in on our initial timeline, it all worked out.

I had a excellent sales rep that kept me informed all the time. The service reps and super did an exceptional job while purchasing my house. I would recommend KB Homes to anybody interesting in buying a new home.

My husband and I have been looking for a house for the better part of 2 years. We started building with another company and had a terrible experience. The quality of materials, the customer service, and the overall experience with that company from start to finish was a nightmare. We wound up backing out of that house. We were really nervous about building a home after that, but KB put all of our worries at ease. Every single step of the process was explained to us and every single person was completely transparent. They encouraged us to ask questions and be very involved with the process of building our home. It was such a night and day difference.
