KB Home was the best experience in buying my first home. I had ti opportunity to choose every detail and make my home unique. From start to finish, every process was done professionally. Everyone was on top of everything to make sure my home turn out, my dream home.

Our sale person Kelly has a great personality and very helpful on purchasing our new home made the family feel comfortable with all the questions the family had to ask. Michael our inspector was very helpful with the family went over all the things to know about the house and checking all appliances ,electrical and plumbing Both Kelly and Michael answer all the things we need to know and responsive when needed Thanks you kb homes and people involved with our journey on purchasing our new home.

Ben made our new experience buying a home wonderful. Always there to answer all our questions and concerns. We have had a wonderful time buying our new home. Thanks KB homes we have told all our friends of this smooth and pleasant experience.

The KB Home buying experience was amazing. The process was seamless and I felt very confident going into my new home purchase. All of the team was very caring and ensured to address any concerns I had were taken care of.

My home-buying, loan, and showroom experiences were outstanding with KB Home. The trouble I had with KB Homes was the completion of my home. The home was three months late, and my project manager was not listening to my concerns. I moved in this February, still have several problems still not been resolved. KB homes are working to fix these issues but the process is very slow. However, my family and I do love our new home.

Sean, Jennifer, Stephanie and Noland have did an excellent job with getting the as well as checking on us to make sure we are satisfied with our home purchase. I must say , WE ARE EXTREMELY SATISFIED...

Overall we’re happy of our brand new house.

Their customer service is excellent. The entire staff is prompt and responsive and has been wonderful to work with.

The staff was excellent in all aspects of providing customer service. They responded quickly to answer questions and resolve minor issues. They promptly answered phone, emails and text messages.

Moved into a new house. Loving it. Best part is the warranty. Issue occurs right? But the Superintendents made my life happy. Quick fix of any issues ,,,,not many but amazing customer service by these guys.....(FYI-Sales person is not getting this rating,,dont want to talk about him)

I have bought a couple of homes in my lufe and this by far was the vest experience. The consistent communication from the KB offices, finance and project manager were great. The customer service to resolve issues post closing is impressive as well.

Close to perfect but once we moved in the responsiveness to issues stop. I’ve never heard from the manager. Hire a 3rd party inspector before closing to get the import bigger stuff taking care of before moving in. Overall the staff I worked with on day to day are amazing. (Loan officer & sales are amazing)

The KB Construction crew is very hardworking and responsive to issues! They have a ton of work on their hands at all times and can still find the time ensure all homebuyer needs are satisfied. They also reach out to make sure that tasks are finished when workers are sent to complete tasks.

We got caught up with pandemic issues e.g. manual labor, equipment supplies but all in all they did their best to make it work.

honest approach, mateirals can be better

We are happy to be in our new home. The construction manager has done a great job in responding to our requests with any issues. Although I believe quality materials are used, the work done by laborers is rather sloppy. There seems to be a lack of pride in what is done. We continue to have issues with back yard irrigation and currently we are unable to use our yard, but I am confident that KB will honor their commitments. The repairs are often delayed when having to request from an external company. Overall we are happy with our new home. Thank you KB.

To start, KB was the only builder that didn't join the "bidding game" among all the builders out there. They went with "first come first serve", and I was able to sign up and start the home buying process immediately. Alex in the design studio is awesome! She made the entire design process so enjoyable. Our design appointment went over 3 hours and it felt like a breeze. Alex deserves a raise for sure. The construction process was overall good. There was a small hiccup toward the end, but the team was able to fix the issue rather swiftly. Sarah from the KB Home Loan team was also super helpful. She walked us through the loan process with knowledge and worked hard to give us the best rate and pricing possible. It's been a tough market, but the KB team helped us ease through the entire home buying process. I'm grateful. I'm not able to give much input on the house quality as of yet since I just moved in. If given the opportunity, I can give a more informed review of the house quality. ... More

The price was to high, waited almost one year..

It was wonderful working with kb homes.

I have to say 99% of this home is amazing, but there are some issues. Warranty claims get a response very quickly, however im learning you are at the mercy of whatever contractor installed that particular item. With that said I'm definitely glad I purchased the home.

I love our home and the construction team are all wonderful. The finance side of the entire experience was a miss...they can do better. But still overall a great purchase.

Ultimately I am just amazed that we got to build a new home for our family and also customize it to meet our budget and needs. While things have not been perfect Mellisa and the teams have been putting in a great effort to get things corrected. Definitely been recommending KB to our friends and family.

At first we were a little disappointed because we found a lot of things wrong after we moved into the house, but since then, we have had customer service agents and our sales person reach out to help s resolve our issues, which we really appreciate. Thank you!

KB home was responsive in every step of the home buying experience. We love our new house!
