Amazing service. Overall I love kb home they respond on time they take care of you after closing ur house as well I recommend to everyone buy kb home I have great experiences with Daniel Ramirez superintendent he is such a gave wonderful service after closing my house I appreciate for Daniel I thankful to kb and tracee she help us lot for whole paperwork she explained everything very well and all kb home team Arnold Sanchez CR he gave great service very quick overall I thankfull all people and love kb home

Lived in my house less than 45 days and multiple things have broken, my garage wouldn’t work and then my washing machine broke. Brand new washing machine and trying to figure out who to contact and if it was under warranty or if I’m responsible to cover costs was frustrating. Everyone was pointing fingers at each other. I love my house but I feel like as a new build less than 60 days living in it I shouldn’t be having these many problems already.

Buying your first home can be a stressful process but grateful to have the team at KB Homes guide us through it. Eric and Veronica were both always there to help and super responsive. We never felt like we were alone or confused during the process.

Every aspect of the buying experience was good.

The purchase experience was excellent, Joe in the sales team always kept us up to date with the development of the construction by sending weekly videos of the progress, it was a very beautiful process in which I have to highlight Don Carlos who solved us all the details at the end, I also want to thank all the other people who were involved in this whole buying experience, such as Jackie, Fabian, Joy, Kyle, Lauren, thank you very much for all the favors received, I highly recommend KBH to do the dream of your new home come true.

Great experience and Great staff!

I have had great experience with the sales staff. No complaints there. Quality of service by design studio staff and Quality of craftsmanship by all trades need improvement. There were many repairs that took long time to be addressed and still one issue that has not been addressed. This issue isn’t primarily with KB home but with Sub contractors and KBHOMES not having control over sub contractors it hires.

New home buying experience was not bad, kept us pretty up to date. Minor issues after move in that are still being addressed. Getting those issues fixed is taking awhile. Home is nice but can tell some stuff was built in a rush

Great service and a great quality

Overall we are happy to have the home but towards the end of the build it was very difficult to get issues addressed or fixed in a timely manner. There were even several small issues they promised to fix after move in because we were so fed up with the delays and needed to move. Suffice to say we’ve been here a few months now and none of the issues have been taken care of. We were also told there would be a complementary 30 day paint touch up that has definitely not happened. Feels like we were on our own after we moved in.

My expectations were not satisfactory, too many construction details that I am still finding, several defects of the house have not yet been corrected, despite being reported. At the time of the closing there was too much misinformation and lack of coordination between the bank and the construction company, causing the closing date to be changed several times. I would like that they could correct all the details to obtain what I initially bought.

KB Homes throughout the sales and construction process is a good partner, however, once our home was delivered with a number of issues we have been unable to get any resolution from KB. They sold us the home in a manner inconsistent with how it was sold and then disappeared. Quality is fine, though there are major oversights and issues with the home.

It a great experience

Overall it is good work.

We recently moved from San Jose to Gilroy and I would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone at KB for making this a memorable experience. We were very excited and a little apprehensive since it was a big move. Christine from sales was so friendly and helped us find the perfect plan. She was always available for questions and ideas! Becky from the design center was amazing at keeping us focused and on track-since it can be quiet overwhelming. She let us take our time with the picks and also helped us when we were stuck. Tim and Peter from the loan processing worked really hard to make sure we had everything and ready to go when it was time. The process is very complicated and they tried to keep us as stress free as possible ( although loan applications and approvals are really really stressful!) Ryan from customer service is a RockStar! He brings so much energy and gets you pumped up for the big move and beyond! He has worked with us on all the little fixes and even helped out during our appliance delivery. The construction crew and their project manager Serena are awesome! We had a couple of things that needed to be redone and they were on it! My husband and I really appreciate everything you’re team has done and our family is so happy to have moved into this beautiful new home and an amazing neighborhood! Minu & Hari ... More

a very nice experience we had with our new house thanks

Purchasing and construction department and personnel were exceptional. However, the person handling the warranty side---is totally unprofessional. If I known that this person --Carlos-- handled our warranty I would have never bought from KB homes. I have said let me have someone else handle any warranty issue---but so far I have not received any response.

KB made home buying experience easy and helped us immensely along the process!

As a new homeowner I felt my hand was held the entire time. I had a team the entire time with me.

The builder Forman was very informative and prioritized in my Questions from the beginning of the building to the walk through and beyond . Great job !! Keep up the great workmanship.

KB delivered my home on time without compromising on quality. Many options allowed me to build my dream home without the higher cost of a "custom" home. Would highly recommend.
