Everything went faster then anticipated, workmanship is great. Would recommend to a friend

We had an awesome experience with our KB Team in Richmond Texas. The sales representative, loan officer (all the team) and the superintendent builder were very active, attentive and responsive. They listened our needs and guide us through the whole process, we had a third party inspector performing a review of the property. The builder accepted and correct all the findings promptly and efficiently. Buying a home is quite the process. KB did everything on their end to ensure I was satisfied. They assisted with the closing cost and along with HOA fees. I also had a town home I was renting at the time and they assisted with getting that lease settled. Them home has energy save appliances and after being here for a month and getting my first bills it makes a bit of a difference ! I’ve only been here a little over a month and the house was built already so I can’t comment on the building process but so far no issues. I am really happy about my property purchase with KB home. The sales team is very helpful and professional. The property has good quality and the price is very reasonable. The property is built in a very good location, very close to the Milpitas Bart station and Great Mall, very convenient.

The sales process was honest and upfront, when the house was being built we were constantly updated. Moving in was a DREAM, the house is amazing. We have a handful of small issues and they are all being addressed in a very timely manner. Love this KB Team!
