I have to say 99% of this home is amazing, but there are some issues. Warranty claims get a response very quickly, however im learning you are at the mercy of whatever contractor installed that particular item. With that said I'm definitely glad I purchased the home.

I love our home and the construction team are all wonderful. The finance side of the entire experience was a miss...they can do better. But still overall a great purchase.

Ultimately I am just amazed that we got to build a new home for our family and also customize it to meet our budget and needs. While things have not been perfect Mellisa and the teams have been putting in a great effort to get things corrected. Definitely been recommending KB to our friends and family.

At first we were a little disappointed because we found a lot of things wrong after we moved into the house, but since then, we have had customer service agents and our sales person reach out to help s resolve our issues, which we really appreciate. Thank you!

KB Homes Sales team is very helpful and prompt. KB Home loans team, is wonderful. They help you in every aspect. KB Home Insurance is the most competitive price in the home owner insuarance. Also the construction team support is excellent and customer support team is also very nice. Definitely recommend KB homes to everyone.

Timing updates were appreciated from sales and construction. Both teams were fantastic in response and addressing concerns.

Overall, we are pleased with the sales, construction and financing. We have an irregular driveway that did not get resolved properly. We were compensated which we do appreciate. The quality of the construction is better than expected. Insulation for the internal walls should be a standard for construction.

KB was very thorough throughout the entire process. Everyone we came in contact with was so friendly and made us feel extremely comfortable despite building a home being completely new for us.

Overall, we had a great experience with designing our home. In 2022 there were supply chain constraints accompanied with the building/buying frenzy, that postponed our closing date. Outside of that inconvenience, we are very happy with the brand-new home we received.

The sale rep Donna was really helpful and we can’t thank her enough. She kept encouraging and worked with us to the end and we are so happy we were able to get this home. Thanks to the builder too for their support as well with several price deductions to match up with the sale of our condo in order to be able to buy the new home

We worked with Carolina who was responsive, helpful and guided us through the entire home buying process. Blanca was also extremely helpful with our loan process. Luis explained everything and made sure repairs and appointments were done in a timely manner.
