Happy with KB homes. Quality of homes being built now have been improved matching those builders at the top level may be even higher. Pricing is more affordable which also included those necessary upgrades. Customer service is fast and effective compare with other builders in the same community. For future investment in housing I would look and recommend KB.

Cheaply made homes at not so cheap prices.

The service and communication with the superintendent and the sales team was great. The only reason I had given 4 stars in one of the categories is quality of workmanship. The labor team could be a bit more clean (making holes in the wall that are not patched up, leaving tons of debris in the window sill that it wouldn't close) I told the superintendent and he got right on it, so it was all resolved.

This review appears to be after receiving my home and living here, so this will solely be based on that. When moving in, we were too excited to see what was actually wrong with the place. Furthermore, when meeting to have things fixed, this was impossible to get a hold of people. Some were great and apologize to have to include them in this, but others were terrible and lost my trust in them. We found many things wrong with the walls, paint missed, windows messed up/cracked, the outside exterior cracking, and most importantly, the floor are uneven! Deadlines aren't being met, responsiveness to our requests are ignored. It's like they finished and done with us not following through. We ordered things and they aren't in our home and no information is being provided to us. It's extremely frustrating and find it very unprofessional. Very professional and kind when it come to the paperwork/money (that department rocked), but now that it's off their hands, they forgot about us completely. It was long process and if you’re patient it can become well worth it

my overall experience was good. the team from sales to the the building team always very responsive. The time fame for the entire build was delayed and closing and completion was delayed. Any problems were addressed by Sara and Robert quickly. I surmise some delays were due to Covid. The quality of the building material was builder grade and all upgrades are out of pocket. Kitchen design and panty layout can be improved. Wall installation does not provide noise reduction throughout the home, Lot sizes and spaces of the homes are great. Good quality and good service

Everything went well. For the closing is very smooth and no stress.Our family are happy to have our new home. The quality of the materials is the best. The construction manager and loan officer are very helpfull, responsible and very cooperative.

I suggest not to close until all issues are resolved. After you close they take for ever to resolved your problems. I closed 3 months ago and still waiting for a cabinet door.

Good prices for good homes I recommend Kb home for first time home buyers.

I like the KB Home construction management personnel at Concord, but their subcontractors do not have any QA/QC. My customer service representative is great.

This is our First home buying experience and I can say from beginning to end it was Amazing! Our fist experience was with Linda at saddlebrook and she was A+ with being courteous, knowledgeable, just an all around great person. Then we had the opportunity to meet Steve and he was fun and knowledgeable as well. My Loan officer and processor My Ty & Vanessa were great! They crunched all the numbers and had it done in time for dinner. Our Constructing Manager Paul played no games to make sure our home was in top shape for closing. There is no trust in KB. We started our journey with someone who is no longer at KB. He left us high and dry. Indicated he would handle things and did not. It took a year to take delivery of our home. And during that time our appliances were discontinued and no one told us. Things we selected for our home were left out and now KB is not completing. We paid for certain upgrades that were not fulfilled and they aren’t wanting to fix it. We did a final walk thru prior to closing and we’ve been in our home for a month with nothing is being addressed or fixed. There is one customer service person who cannot do it all. And the KB reps want to just say no to everything you ask. There is no feeling of trust, support or responsiveness. Had I known that this was the KB experience I would have run the other way. ... KB needs to hire professional and qualified construction workers

First of all I want to say we have had a very good experience with the whole process from start to finish. Everybody was very kind and helpful with the whole procedure. The quality and value of our new home was very good. The builder team (LEONARDO) was always very responsive and always did what he promised. I love that each one of the homes in my track have their own unique style and paint.

The overall experience (deposit through key delivery) had its ups and downs. The initial loan approval process was confusing and required multiple engagements to clear up what we wanted in terms of mortgage product options and terms. The build ran over planned time by several months. The initial walk through (approximately one week prior to closing) was unsatisfactory. We had multiple items that required repair, missing items, or general workmanship issues. After multiple re-inspections we did receive a quality product.
