KB built me a quality home in the San Antonio Area!! Joey and Paul were great guys and did an outstanding job getting me in my home and not taking any shortcuts!! KB is highly recommended

Obviously, the building delays have created a myriad problems that are beyond anybody's control. This is my second KB Home. I will have to give a big shout-out to Stephen. On the ball, helpful, understanding, and just a real caring person. This example will say it best. Probably four weeks after closing, Stephen was just driving by, and I waved at him, and he waved back. I was just saying hello. A couple of hours later we noticed the light at the top of the stairwell had come loose. Stephen cared enough to notice and called back, thinking I might have been flagging him down. I told him I was just saying hey but noticed the light situation. AT 7:30 PM AT NIGHT, his reply was, "I am out by your driveway, and I have my 16 ft ladder. Let me come in and fix that real quick if you are available." In my experience, as a business owner and martial arts instructor for over 20 years, YOU CANNOT TEACH THAT. Especially in today's times. All of the individuals who worked with me were considerate and professional. My home is fantastic inside and outside, this is a forever home.

Great looking homes and well built

Told 9 months to build it took 12 months. I spent more than expected going to the showroom top dollars on top of purchase of home not including land expense just be aware of separate charges

It took a very long time to get my house done, because of many issues with supplies, covid, etc. had I known it was going to be longer than a year I would not have purchased a home. In the meantime the long wait almost made me lose out on being able to qualify for my loan, even though the price was locked in the interest was not. Everyone was helpful.

They were very upfront with everything, I was updated throughout the whole process. House is wonderful, great value.

The whole experience was great. We love our new home.

Overall, we are happy with our home but we have had a difficult time getting paint for touchups. We went to Sherwin Williams where the paint contractor gets his paint but were told that it’s only available in a 5 gallon can. We tried getting some from the paint contractor but he never showed up as promised.

I’ve had good moments with KB in buying a house. Problem is, they partner with KPS for electrical and cable wiring. The job done is horrible. Wires are not terminated, and some wires are not connected. I have been begging for them to come and finish their jobs… It’s already taking them over 3 months

We have been wanting a new home and so we paid KB Homes a visit. The salesperson Lori was so friendly and helpful told us that there was a house available and if we were interested. We agreed and gave her the needed information and we were approved! The rest is history! We love our new home! Thanks KB Homes for answering our prayers!

Loved working with all individuals during the home buying process; everyone was responsive and understanding of being a first time home buyer.

High cost - Finishing was not good

I expected better workmanship. The tile work looks like it was done by an amateur.

We purchased a home that the original buyer could not get financing, the home was selected and all the option were selected. When we agreed to buy the home there was not even a foundation poured. It would of been nice to at least have a few design options since we were purchasing a fallout home. I understand how things are ordered in the design phase but would of expected a few concessions, other that that we are satisfied with the home. The experience with the sales department was horrible. Other than that, everyone else were wonderful, friendly, and responsive.

Service response can be better.

Mark was great and answered all my questions. He would go out of his way and make sure the my approved upgrade was properly installed. Design center was very easy and organized. Live the energy efficiency of the house.

Great price for a large home and lot size. Definitely satisified with the part Quality of materials used needs to be better.

Poor superintendent. Lied numerous times about things that would be fixed only to see they never were. I felt like I was being yes’d the whole time so I would stop asking question. Cole is a huge violator of this as well

Communication was horrible when it came to updates or just anything in general. I had to ask what was going on or if anything had changed. It got to the point where I took the initiative and checked on my own with the permits, construction, etc. I love my home but the experience could have been a lot better. Not to mention my home was delayed for over 30 days because of the first superintendent leaving and nobody gave notice to the homeowners about it.
