It was a great experience working with Sofia in buying our first home we felt very confident about our decision and we love our new home. Luis has also been of so much help with the process after the purchase process and information about our home. I appreciate all their help.

Enjoyed everything KB jomes has done for us

Be careful when purchasing in this community. Many of our issues that were blue taped before closing went ignored and are still getting “fixed” 3+ months later. Lack of communication from building manager and lack of quality control. This is not our first home, nor our first KB Home, but the quality and craftsmanship has gone down. Disappointed for sure.

Both Cole and Andrew were very responsive, friendly and helpful throughout the whole sales process.

We are super happy with our new home and the entire pre and post sales support we get. This is our second KB brand new home and we hope to own more in the future.

My overall experience with KB Home was challenging from start to finish. I did not feel fully valued as a customer at any point in the process. My concerns were often dismissed or addressed only after repeated follow-ups. The communication between sales, construction, and the design studio was inconsistent and caused avoidable delays and mistakes. I also faced financial stress because of incorrect information from the loan officer, which forced me to seek new financing at the last minute to avoid losing my earnest money. Did not see my house in person until the day we moved in and it was even better and more beautiful then the pictures we had!!

We were touring Salerno community subdivision and found it was very nice neighborhood with clean street and beautiful landscaping. We then contacted sales counselor and was given details of home purchase process. We were very happy to have Jaime, a loan officer that is extremely helpful to us to get loan approval. Everything after is smooth including closing. We have checked the house and haven't noticed any flaw in every corner and now we have been living in my new home for few months. The team was very helpful with the entire process. My loan officer Andrew, and builder Blayne were open to communication and available to help when needed. 10/10 experience

Everyone we dealt with was friendly and professional, from the sales team to the design studio to the construction team. We received updates throughout the process and even after we moved in the team continued to follow up to make sure everything was seamless. You hear a lot of horror stories about home buying and building this day in age and I'm pleased to say we experienced none of that. Shout out to Mike and Justin, they have been great throughout the entire process.

Everything in the home was as expected with no major issues. Touch ups after purchase were done quickly when identified, and it has been easy to reach out to the builder for any information I've needed.

We found a few issues during our walkthrough and within the next few weeks, reported them to the Superintendent and they were all taken care of quickly.

I am looking forward to many years in my townhome.

I have had the best experience with KB Homes. From our sales agent Ingrid to the building manager Dave and everyone in between. They’re caring, thoughtful, extremely helpful, and go above and beyond. I love my new home. It’s beautiful, the craftsmanship is great, and KB has more than delivered on every single aspect. I had my home built while living across the country, which sounds like it could be stressful, but with this team I never stressed, I was constantly well informed.

KB Homes from Sales Team to design center to Building Manager all of the customer relationships were great. Suzanne was there willing to walk us through the neighborhoods! (Notice plural) She was transparent and up front on choices in the community and offered solutions on designing. Design team had us experience 2 design appointments which gave us the most opportunities to pick out our choices. Final appointment was a breeze and made us feel very comfortable in what to expect. Build was ahead of schedule by our estimates and have had no issues so far. We are complimented on our choices by family and friends and we love living in the new house. ... More
