I had a great experience thru the whole process. As a first time home buyer it was great to be given help by Liz the sales representative at preserves. I wouldn’t be a homeowner today without the detailed step by step plan that we were given. Rachel was a great help when choosing the design elements in our home. Surprisingly the design store had a lot of good free choices that compliment each other as well as reasonable upgrade choices. The building crew was very transparent Sam took us thru the hours when it was just foundation and beams. Ned took us thru the finished product and showed us how everything operated and best care practices. And Chad has followed up with us to make sure everything is still well. I love my new house! I do not like my front yard, it's 3/4 bark instead of grass... very disappointing

The buying experience was great and moved quite quickly. We were updated on the progress of our home every week and it was built quicker than we expected. Overall the quality of the home is great and the customer service has been in touch with us often. We are very happy with our experience.

The overall workmanship and materials are average to below average, and quality control is not good for a new construction home. The HVAC air filter was installed incorrectly, and the kitchen layout has poor design choices, including an impractical refrigerator placement. The value does not align with the price paid, and greater attention to construction quality and functional design is needed.

For the most part, I'm not expecting much but prefer to observe a team's efforts and then be deeply appreciative when it's a winning situation. The KB construction team, sales team, etc. (save for Amanda H) were absolutely phenomenal in assisting me in my endeavors towards home ownership. They each worked diligently with me to bring this to fruition despite some unique and personal challenges. I'd like to thank specifically Garrett F, Cody ?, LeMonte A, Ian C., Meghan Z., and Giovanni ? for a job well done. This home is amazing and I am truly grateful to have purchased from KB Homes.

The experience of building our home was much easier than I thought it would be considering it was all online. The final home was finished when promised and we were very happy with the end result

From start to finish, the team made what could have been a stressful experience feel manageable and even exciting. Our sales rep, Michele, was outstanding. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the floor plans, upgrades, and community details right from our first visit to the model home. Michele took the time to listen to our needs and walked us through every option without pushing unnecessary add-ons, and was super responsive via text and email—even on weekends when we had random questions about financing or timelines. Her professionalism and patience really stood out, especially compared to some other builders we'd looked at. Once we were under contract, Jeff, our construction superintendent, was always available to answer site-specific questions, like plumbing placement or exterior finishes, and he addressed a couple of minor concerns during walkthroughs quickly and without hassle. His attention to detail showed in the final quality—everything from framing to drywall to final touches looked solid and well-done. The home was delivered on time, and the punch list items were handled promptly before closing. The house itself is well-built, energy-efficient, and feels like great value for the price. We've had no major issues post-move-in, and the warranty team has been responsive so far. Our experience with KB Homes was positive thanks to great people like Michele and Jeff. Just to summarize from the beginning, our loan officer for some reason switch to another loan officer, information wasn't input correctly had to redo paper. We didnt have confidence after that. Once the building started some concerns came up, which they handled it but just the workmanship was questionable, luckily I did research on what question to ask. And now there are still some unfinished things that said would be completed but nothing has been done and these are small things that was said to be done within the 10 day walk through and now its past the 30 day.
