great experience , very professional staff,

contractors do a poor job, supervisors promise to get corrections done but do not follow through

All KB staff was very polite and helpful throughout the buying process. We are very happy and excited with our new KB hime.

Great floor plans...that's the only positive thing I can say. It took over a year from down payment to close for a 1647 sq ft single story house...which wasn't even totally complete when we moved in. This was my 4th new build and even the house built by a high school construction class was far superior in both materials and workmanship. Definitely would NOT recommend a KB home.

Great experience with KB Homes! Always available for any queries

We have been very satisfied with our KB Homes experience. We actually bought a home that was built by another customer who was forced to back out of the purchase, but when KB Homes offered to sell us the house, we were treated as well as any other customer. We weren't able to make any design choices, but the KB staff has been extremely responsive to the couple of minor issues we've had since moving in and has met with us any time we asked. The house is very well-built (and we have experience with other builders in the past) and we love the features and the service we've been given so far.

Happy with KB homes. Quality of homes being built now have been improved matching those builders at the top level may be even higher. Pricing is more affordable which also included those necessary upgrades. Customer service is fast and effective compare with other builders in the same community. For future investment in housing I would look and recommend KB.

Cheaply made homes at not so cheap prices.

The service and communication with the superintendent and the sales team was great. The only reason I had given 4 stars in one of the categories is quality of workmanship. The labor team could be a bit more clean (making holes in the wall that are not patched up, leaving tons of debris in the window sill that it wouldn't close) I told the superintendent and he got right on it, so it was all resolved.

This review appears to be after receiving my home and living here, so this will solely be based on that. When moving in, we were too excited to see what was actually wrong with the place. Furthermore, when meeting to have things fixed, this was impossible to get a hold of people. Some were great and apologize to have to include them in this, but others were terrible and lost my trust in them. We found many things wrong with the walls, paint missed, windows messed up/cracked, the outside exterior cracking, and most importantly, the floor are uneven! Deadlines aren't being met, responsiveness to our requests are ignored. It's like they finished and done with us not following through. We ordered things and they aren't in our home and no information is being provided to us. It's extremely frustrating and find it very unprofessional. Very professional and kind when it come to the paperwork/money (that department rocked), but now that it's off their hands, they forgot about us completely. It was long process and if you’re patient it can become well worth it

my overall experience was good. the team from sales to the the building team always very responsive. The time fame for the entire build was delayed and closing and completion was delayed. Any problems were addressed by Sara and Robert quickly. I surmise some delays were due to Covid. The quality of the building material was builder grade and all upgrades are out of pocket. Kitchen design and panty layout can be improved. Wall installation does not provide noise reduction throughout the home, Lot sizes and spaces of the homes are great. Everything went well. For the closing is very smooth and no stress.Our family are happy to have our new home. The quality of the materials is the best. The construction manager and loan officer are very helpfull, responsible and very cooperative.

I suggest not to close until all issues are resolved. After you close they take for ever to resolved your problems. I closed 3 months ago and still waiting for a cabinet door.

Good prices for good homes I recommend Kb home for first time home buyers.
