Most everything is finished very well. But with all new homes, some touch up needs to be done.

I spent weeks looking at numerous builders online. I really liked K B Home's floor plans and new-build areas throughout the valley. My adult daughter and I spent the weekend visiting six different new home builders in Surprise, AZ. KB Home was the first since I was most impressed with it online. We found by the fourth builder that subconsciously we were comparing each subsequent builder to KB Home. After three more visits to KB subdivision, I knew that KB home had everything that I was looking for in a new home--great area, stylish floor plans, good, solid construction, a design center with numerous options and most importantly a knowledgeable team of helpful associates from sales to superintendents. The process from picking a lot to moving in was exciting. I received weekly updates on the timeline throughout the building of my home. KB Home was responsive to any questions or concerns that I had. The superintendent did a prior walk-thru before mine the week before move-in. He was even more critical than I. By the time I went through final walk-thru, there were perhaps 6 or 7 small touch-ups left to do. The following week, my home was move-in ready. The day that I moved in, I felt at home. KB Home follows up 10 days after move-in and again a month later to make sure all is good and that I hadn't found something that I missed on walk-thru. There were a couple of items, that were taken care of within two weeks. I have now been in my new home for 2 1/2 months, and everyday I fall more in love with my home. This was my first time buying a home and there was a wonderful KB person helping us every step of the way! Everyone was so understanding of our questions and went out of their way to explain processes. When everything went through, they were just as excited for us as we were. By the end, they were our family!

Came in following a bad experience with a previous builder, and KB really went above and beyond to take care of purchase each step along the way.

Not much to say here. Very transparent, constant communication, if there’s a problem or see an issue with your house the builder will work on resolving the issue. 0 complaints from me. Awesome job.

Response time is about 15 mins from when you call until they send so.eone over to look at your concern. Awrsome customer service. They really care a out your new home.

KB Homes is best company when it comes to home building/buying process. They use smart and energy efficient materials to enhance the home. They also take care of everything as far as purchase paperwork, financing options, escrow service to eventually handing you keys, the process couldn't be any smoother. Great Job!

In the North we had a large yard to maintain as well as a basement. The KB home yard is not too big, not too small, but just right. Our 3 car garage fits both cars and provides plenty of storage for shelving, tools and some yard equipment. We don't miss our basement at all.

Buying a house is stressful regardless of if it's new build or not. Aimee and the entire KB staff has helped make this purchasing a new home less stressful, and each department had a well knowledgeable person there to guide us through the whole process. I know we made the right choice going with KB Homes instead of some other builder.

Jana from the beginning was energetic and flexible when we first shared our interest at Caledonia. She talked us through several lot options and made us feel comfortable through the whole process. Check-in texts and welcoming us to walk our home during construction was a plus. Sherry was helpful walking the house and talking us through the best placement of the dog pass- through door. I love my house, is amazing, very comfortable, has everything that I wanted and the neighborhood is very tranquil. I just love it.
