I like the KB Home construction management personnel at Concord, but their subcontractors do not have any QA/QC. My customer service representative is great.

This is our First home buying experience and I can say from beginning to end it was Amazing! Our fist experience was with Linda at saddlebrook and she was A+ with being courteous, knowledgeable, just an all around great person. Then we had the opportunity to meet Steve and he was fun and knowledgeable as well. My Loan officer and processor My Ty & Vanessa were great! They crunched all the numbers and had it done in time for dinner. Our Constructing Manager Paul played no games to make sure our home was in top shape for closing. There is no trust in KB. We started our journey with someone who is no longer at KB. He left us high and dry. Indicated he would handle things and did not. It took a year to take delivery of our home. And during that time our appliances were discontinued and no one told us. Things we selected for our home were left out and now KB is not completing. We paid for certain upgrades that were not fulfilled and they aren’t wanting to fix it. We did a final walk thru prior to closing and we’ve been in our home for a month with nothing is being addressed or fixed. There is one customer service person who cannot do it all. And the KB reps want to just say no to everything you ask. There is no feeling of trust, support or responsiveness. Had I known that this was the KB experience I would have run the other way. ... KB needs to hire professional and qualified construction workers

First of all I want to say we have had a very good experience with the whole process from start to finish. Everybody was very kind and helpful with the whole procedure. The quality and value of our new home was very good. The builder team (LEONARDO) was always very responsive and always did what he promised. I love that each one of the homes in my track have their own unique style and paint.

The overall experience (deposit through key delivery) had its ups and downs. The initial loan approval process was confusing and required multiple engagements to clear up what we wanted in terms of mortgage product options and terms. The build ran over planned time by several months. The initial walk through (approximately one week prior to closing) was unsatisfactory. We had multiple items that required repair, missing items, or general workmanship issues. After multiple re-inspections we did receive a quality product.

My Salesman Reed was great very responsive to any questions we had.

KB homes was very helpful in our home buying process making it possible to go through the process without an agent. There have been very few issues with our house overall though. Minor things have been: door to master bedroom offset, vents are a bit not smooth causing them to be louder than necessary for the air conditioning. And some other minor things that were fixed.

Take your time to check everything carefully before signing off. My brand new stainless steel sink has been scratch, also my counter top. The paint on my garage still showing streaks of white paint, My front doorknob has a different color paint than my stain door. At the bottom of my front door I can see daylight . I notice a hole on the ceiling in my closet. Painting looks like my 5 yr old nephew did it. The fence is poorly put together. Workmanship gets a F - …….

Great service from all the staff。

Paint workmanship inside of the home is 2 out of 5 ratings. We've repainted many walls ourselves already. A few repair requests made in mid-May 2022 are still pending as of June 28, 2022. Responsiveness to issues is horrible.

Great team starting with the Senior Project Manager, the sales rep, the loan processor and the loan officer. All were great and constantly making sure things were flowing as they should be. Will definitely go through them if I’m ever in search of a home again. Love my new home!

Excellent staff and onsite team at property.

After a 16 month build process, I closed with a list of items needing completion by the construction team. While we had progress with some, we are at a standstill with other basic tasks. After involvement of local leaders through escalating the matter, it is clear that my concerns are not a priority for them.

Everything went well except the wait to receive the home.

Overall I’m happy with my purchase. KB did a great job communicating throughout the home purchase. There were some minor concerns that I had where improvement could be made by KB.

We are very happy to have Alex as our super.

As we got closer to the closing date issues we pointed out were ignored, dismissed, or not addressed at all. The finance side of things were great, but overall the experience was not what it should have been when buying a new home.

My best experience was with my loan officer he was the best the closing was very easy very smooth my stress level was very low that to me is important.

It was great and amazing

The whole process was a fun experience. This was our first new build and getting to see each stage was neat. The office staff communicated regularly with updates and was always available for questions even after office hours or their days off. Some things weren't completed upon acceptance and almost 2 months later they still are not. Things are in the works but I can't give a full 5 stars since the time frame discussed has come and gone. I'll be very patient and understanding of the process as long as they continue their open communication.
