Nice neighborhood and near to Home Depot and big department stores

Others builder 's material and floor plan are better

Love my house, love my community, do not love the experience

Danny and Kathy made the homebuying experience wonderful and an enjoyable experience.

We started looking for a home when the market had just started to get hectic here. After several disappointing outbids, we decided to go in the direction of a new build. We loved the model we saw, and the neighborhood/location was great. It was a very lengthy process for us due to shortages, and I do not recommend doing in-house financing with KBHS home loans, but now that we have closed and have that behind us, we are so pleased with our home. And if you have the good fortune of having Chad be your PM, the building process will be outstanding.

Customer service was very helpful throughout the process. Kevin shared photo updates on a weekly basis and answered any questions we had.

Chad made sure all of our concerns were addressed, he updated us weekly, and took great care of us. We are first time home buyers, so he set the bar pretty high going forward. Thanks Chad!

I like the quality and design of my new KB home

This experience was our first time building from the ground up but not our first time buying a home, thus we were very excited in the beginning. However, lack of communication, delays, stuff not working upon move in, things still not working months later, and noticing finishes in were haphazardly put together does not push us to want to purchase another KB home.

To many issues w house that you wouldn’t think you’d have. After all it is a new home. Paint job is terrible! We got an “upgraded door,” all they did was pain it black!!!

Cheryl, Mark and Brady were wonderful about keeping me informed of the process. Due to interest rates rising, I locked my rate a little earlier than I probably should have. Knowing I was coming up on the deadline they went the extra mile to get me closed just in time. I would absolutely buy another KB Home and have shared my experience with many.

The people of KB Homes are like family. They are up front on what is going on with your home. They are respectfully and work very Harding to give you the best quality in your homes. I would pay other home with them.

KB made the home buying process wonderful. The sales staff addressed any and all of our questions and concerns. We were able to meet with the actual construction crews and supervisors who explained the building process. The quality of the workmanship really showed in the finished home.

From my first phone call to this company I feel very well come, I was walked through the whale process . I had a great experience working with good people. I recommend other people work with KB homes.

Everything from the very beginning of looking at the model homes with the salesperson, to the loan application process with the loan officers, to the studio selections process of options for the home, and the communication with the superintendent during the entire home build was outstanding. The entire team from start to finish made you feel like family which made the process exceptional.

Overall, the process was smooth and easy.
