Before I gave a satisfied rate, everybody related my home was so nice and kind and took care of my complaint. However, after rating, they 1) IGNORE ME 2) BROKEN APPOINTMENT WITHOUT NOTICE OR EXCUSE 3) SENT WORKERS WITHOUT NOTICE OR INFORM EVEN VERY EARLY MORNING 4) TOOK ALMOST 4 MONTHS JUST SCUREWED SOMETHING 5) LET BROKEN MASTER BED WINDOW OPEN MORE THAN 2 MONTHS THAT ALLOWED CONSTRUCT DUST CAME INTO MY HOUSE. Finally, I give up complaint more, because I do not trust them and I do not have more energy to wait them.

From start to finish everyone was very helpful. We love our new home!

So happy to have moved in! Martin has been so helpful and we are grateful for all the coordinating he’s done to help us fix our house to be in tip top shape. Any errors or malfunctions we find, he is there to help us find a solution! Thank you!

I hoped that for the price we paid for our home that we would be treated like valued customers, unfortunately, that has not been the experience at any point during the sale, build, or post-build process. We have been on our own, have received very little communication and our issues have been passed off from one person to another. Very disappointed in KB Homes. Our pre-close walk-through was a joke and we were told everything would be taken care of through warranty. Post-close we failed to receive our 10-day inspection, finally received a call for our 30 day inspection and it took over a month to get crews in for touch-ups and corrections, still not fixed. Cheap products used, No communication. No support through post-move in work. No one to call and no one seems to care. ... More

This is our 2nd KB Home. We bought from the same salesperson who is amazing. The design team was awesome, and the rest of the team does a very nice job.

Steven was helpful, informative, and forthcoming from day one. I really appreciated his honesty and willingness to answer all my questions and address every concern.

There was some confusion on the reservation of the lot, but it was fixed. Minor adjustments and fixes needed to the property after move-in. Overall great experience.

The reasons for my low scores are the finish quality of the house, the last sales rep experience, not being able to do a change order, and the lack of response to finish with the remaining issues with the house after living in the home for almost two months now. The lender experience was the best part; working with Lionel was truly helpful. The studio was also fun, and the only downside was not being able to make a change request even though it took over a year for the house to be done. The biggest issues I had were with my sales rep and the complete quality of the home. I had three different sales reps, and the last one was the worse. Joshua was never on the same page with the construction manager and didn't provide any updates for me. I had to reach out on my own. The completion date kept getting pushed back, and I needed to sign on the house to not lose my rate without the house being done. I was ok with that; only once that happened, I wasn't able to do a walk-through, and there were still many issues with the house after being in the house for almost two months. The construction manager Tony was at first responsive, but once the survey results came through and after a month, he ghosted me. The new customer service rep has come through to see what needs to be done but has yet to send anyone on the team to finish the painting, finish my cabinets, chalking, etc. I'm glad I did a separate inspection because I had leaking issues, the heater wasn't working, the main bathroom was clogged with construction debris, and a lot of other things that they pointed out for me. ... Ivan and Jake made my first home buying experience a true bliss. The two were so kind and very informative throughout the entire process.

The process went very well, a few delays in closing because of supply and demand issues.

There was a rush to get the closing done without completing all repairs found during the inspection. As a result several are still not repaired 1 month later including a non-working kitchen sink drain which was plugged with construction debris. Does not appear to be an priority placed on getting the repairs since the house has been closed on

The home purchase experience with KB was so smooth and awesome. I was informed every step of the way and they’ve taken care of me even after closing. The quality of the home has been great and I’ve been happy with my experience.

Long build time but Bailey kept us up to date. Juan has been very helpful and has stayed in communication with me.

From start to finish, this was a stress free experience. The KB Home staff at Orchard Park exceeded my expectations every step of the way. Marianna's constant communication and responsiveness was very much appreciated. I knew exactly what was going on with my new home and the process every day. Likewise, Ty got involved when closing time approached and worked with Marianna to keep me updated on every detail. The final inspection was better than expected with only a very small punch list of incomplete items. Ty had almost all of those completed within one day. I would also be remiss if I didn't mention how well the KB Home finance team worked to help me secure the loan. Jayson and Suzette were so professional. Great bang for buck in value. Overall the home exceeded expectation and upgrades were well worth the money paid. Beware of some excessively priced items in the selection process. But most selections are fairly priced. Quality and materials have gotten tons of compliments from contractors brought in to do small renovations. Our home inspector said the things he found are incredibly minimal compared to other new constructions he's seen.

The experience was great. The staffs were very pleasant to work with. The craftsmanship wasn’t too great. Some of the work were sloppy, Lots of issues to correct afterwards.

Rosa and Adela were amazing in keeping us informed and updated on the process. Every step they were available to assist. This is our second KB home and even though the process was slower due to material shortages the finished home was almost finished with care and quality.

Salesman was awesome, he sent us weekly updates, even through shortages of supplies and labor. Time at the design of 2 hours too short, another hour would’ve been satisfactory. Loan process with KB loans was stressful. Final walk through was good, but a few issues that were addressed is still in the works. All in all, everyone was professional.

They were all exceptional through this entire process truly cared about me and helped me answers d all my question since this was my first time buying a home and it couldn’t have been better without these three but a special shout-out to Michelle she truly gave me her all and I believe I was her greatest success story I have never been happier in my brand new beautiful home thank you ladies sooooo much

It was my first home buying experience, and KB did an excellent job delivering the house on time during the middle of the pandemic. Everyone did fantastic work, from the sales staff to customer service, making the home buying experience smooth and easy.

Throughout the process the sales team and the construction team worked together to make sure that I was updated on the progress of my new home build. EVERYONE showed care and concern about any questions I had and responded promptly. AND they don’t stop caring after they hand you the keys. After 30 days they come in and “freshen up”, addressing any issues that I may have come across as well as touch up areas that might have been bumped or scuffed during the move in process. I love my new home, the excellent quality of workmanship is obvious. The care that the entire KB Homes team has shown exceeds any customer service that I have experienced in the past.
