Pay very close attention to what upgrades you get with reguard to making sure they are put down on paper exactly as you want them. The studio has a habit of messing things up.

Make sure you view construction carefully. A lot of issues still with house. Some areas are not even. It’s been a month and still trying to fix issues.

There are too many wonderful players to name. Overall experience was great. From the start everyone has been delightful; Linda, Paul, Gina, Virginia and John. The home was designed and certainly finished on schedule as predictable and promised. Any commitment made were kept. Thank you , Team Kb

The KB staff for the most part were helpful.

The overall value is great for the home. Note every issue when doing the walk through and DO NOT close until everything addressed. Look for every little thing as the follow up after closing is non existent.

Home was in pathetic condition at close. Horrible finish. What's worse is they have now become very unresponsive to the problems. There are more builders out there who at least have a shred of integrity.

Thought about changing lenders until , Cortney Gil helped through understanding all the loan process and went above and beyond to make us comfortable in the buying process

I enjoyed picking out my home and designing it. However,, like any new home there are always issues that need to be resolved. Here is where they have been lacking. After 60 days in my new home, the issues have been left unfinished.

I suppose when a developer is going a million miles an hour to build out a new housing community, there's going to be some misses. But some are hard to get past: a dented dishwasher that didn't match the make and model originally chosen, AC installation that had the drainage lines hooked up backwards, granite counters unsealed and cracked to such an extent that the entire slab needs replacement, cabinets for a built-in fridge with a cutout too narrow to fit a standard 36" fridge, missing garage door opener panel... I could go on. It takes an exhausting amount of time and energy to repeatedly follow-up with customer service on claims. So be prepared to be diligent and advocate for what needs fixing. Prior to move in, the sales office team was very engaged, helpful, and responsive to ensure a smooth closing. It was a good experience from start to finish.

Overall a great experience. It’s a process and there will be mistakes but you have to roll with the punches and in the end it’s all taken care of!

Be patient.......some things take a while due to shortages

Every corner you can possibly think of was cut, KB homes is one of the poorest quality homes I have seen. I'm missing full cabinets in the bathroom, fixtures are the cheapest ones from home depot, my shower curtain rod doesn't even have complete hardware. The door going from the garage into the laundry room., when it shuts, the entire wall flexes. That wall is also shared by the master bathroom and even the bathroom door twists. I have video of it doing it as well. We have also had 3 led puck lights go out since we moved in. We have also had a main condesate drain line leak all over a wall which we found out was never connected. And there is mold growing in that wall that was never replaced. They did everything they could to hide it. And now it's behind the wall which I've still have pictures of. Go over this house with a fine tooth comb. ... More

The staff at KB Homes has been kind, knowledgeable and extremely helpful throughout our entire home building process. We loved having the opportunity to create and customize our home's interior at the KB Home Design Studio. And it was easy, seamless and comfortable to work with and obtain our home loan through KB Homes. In addition, the Construction Staff has been amazing at building and delivering us a home that we could fall in love with. Thank you KB Homes for our beautiful new home!

Everyone from the office to loan officers were so easy to talk to throughout the process, the was able to answer any questions that I had

good Quality and great service

I am very disappointed in kb home builders because we closed on March 31, 2022. There are still issues that I brought to the superintendent for Carter Landing subdivision in Jacksonville, Florida (Chris) and csr (Cody) whose been downplaying our concerns, but continue building other homes around us as if everything is nonchalant and fine. I have sent pictures through text, provided them with list of concerns, provided them the information to fix our issues and they have sent out several individuals who have showed up, but not have fixed our problems.

Susan and Fred were a pleasure to work with. they informed me of the progress of the home on a regular basis and were very kind and courteous. Any questions I had were answered promptly and professionally. Only hitches were bathroom faucets and mirrors. Not thrilled with the mirror company (though no fault of KB) since they discontinued the mirrors I chose and upgraded. Thankfully Fred had temporary mirrors installed. When replacement mirrors finally came they were the wrong size and had to be redone. The mirrors are not as stylish (and I'm sure not as costly) as my original choice.

Things were mostly smooth, but glad the process finally came to an end.
