Great community and they will get your house to your liking

Kb homes wad simply amazing! They offered the best and most transparent pricing of any lender that I was in contact with. Additionally, our closing happened on time and they were in touch the entire way leading up to it.

If I could choose a different builder I would. There are so many little things that need to be done which you express to the builders/sales team but nothing gets done and you get no updates. As 1 example, we had a broken cabinet (which we weren't told) they had someone come out and replace it but then left a scratch/dig on the face of the cabinet. I called & sent pictures they told me they will handle it but it's been over a month and haven't received an update. They harass you to give them great survey reviews but there work is far from great.

We had a great experience purchasing our new home from KB, from Kristal in sales and loan officer Hope to the construction staff Jesus, Jerry, Rick, and Cecil made this experience unforgettable for myself and my wife, thank you once again

Alan and Don were great communicating with us from the beginning to the end, we run into a lot of issues from grading of the lot to constructions issues, in fact, we closed about 2 months now, I have not moved 10 days ago, we are still seeing issues with nails poping out, a few items pending from the last walk through before closing. our backyard keep getting flooded everytime it rains, and they are planning to regrade it again.. while I have two car garage, the drive way is so narrowed that I can only park one car ..

This year was affected with raw material delays but the kb team kept us well informed

Alicia is very sweet and helpful she always there to respond all of my questions or concerns either in person, text, phone, or via email. Juan is also a very nice, sweet, and helpful person as well. he walks me through all the details about the house whenever i have question.

Nothing but lies to extremely poor construction. Never again with KB!

Houses are built so fast that measurement is so off.

There may have been some issues moving in, however, the onsite manager Dan was always responsive and followed through with his commitment to us when things needed to be checked out.

I feel like the whole team really worked cohesively to keep me in the loop as we went through the home building process. They answered all my questions and made me feel like they were with me the whole step of the way

Staff is great and they go above and beyond to remedy any issues I had. Loved them all. My first home was a KB home in Walnut in 1972 and I see where you have cut back on some of the basics. Disappointed in my findings. Houses go up too fast. Flooring in kitchen and bathrooms are horrific. Will need to change them soon. After 30 years in Walnut KB home I never had to remove, these will have to be. Thanks or skimping on that area. Disappointing for sure.

The excellent quality of customer service I received. It felt like I was dealing with a friend, I never felt any uneasiness only excitement and joy for the finish product.

I’m very impressed with the the quality of my home. There are some issues with the wood trim but that is being addressed. They have made my experience a pleasant one. Very responsive and accommodating. All issues are being taken care of in a timely manner. I highly recommend purchasing a home with KB!

The homes are beautiful. I love my new home. The sales agent, loan officer, and construction supervisors were awesome. They always keep us updated on the stages of the built.

I love working with the team! Tammy, Rory, Maurice, and Pat are very helpful! We have little supplies issue, but they fixed it as soon as I mentioned it. I love the team

I must say that it was a thrill to have a home that I would be the first to live in it. The feeling to see it from a open field to a house was exciting. There are some things that certainly could have been better, from the communication of work stoppage to delays of supplies. Even though some materials wasn't the greatest but the applications could have made up for it. Quality of workmanship certainly brought up questions of integrity
