The Construction Supervisor, Chris, was exceptional. During the build, he conducted multiple FaceTimes with us as well as emails and texts. He was extremely responsive to all questions, etc. Once we moved in, he was with us “every step of the way” to ensure a smooth and happy move-in.

Be prepared on new communities and delays on mailboxes, internet cable phone

This is my first home buying experience. I see that Sales, Design center and Construction managers works as a team to ensure quality home construction. I am so happy with overall experience.

I was pleased that they helped me in a professional way and always made the time and effort to answer all my questions and concerns. All the support and guidance they gave me to be successful for the purchase of my first new home.

The construction workers are very responsive and helpful. My issue is with the administrative offices. Often times confusion, especially with the HOA. I've been here 2 months with no access to the pool area. Finally received the key entry fobs after about 6 weeks and come to find out the DO NOT WORK AT ALL. Contacted Prime HOA offices and haven't heard back with an answer to my question nor a solution to the problem. Just send me new fobs, please!

Good experience with KB Home. From the sales staff, project management team and customer service. All work in unison in answering our questions, comments and overall expectation.

The experience was fairly easy and yes, the value of the house is unmatched as it is a new build. However, communication could have been better regarding a realistic timeline. We were originally told our move in date would be Oct - mid Nov but it could be delayed. Then, we were told it was delayed to December, then to beginning January, then to late January or early February. We finally closed at the very end of February. However, the originally timing of events communicated to us such as the pre carpet orientation / final walkthrough were all extremely rushed. The pre carpet orientation was supposed to be around 45 days before closing. However, this was only 2 weeks before closing. A couple days after, we were doing the final walkthrough. This happened because we had gotten word that we needed to close by the last week in February but this wasn't communicated to us until the beginning of February after having asked for weeks on end. ... Loan company is horrible other wise its been good

This home buying experience has been horrible and frustrating. The quality of workmanship has been poor. I have been in the house for almost 2 months. I’m on the third week of the kitchen island being rebuilt due to it not being level or square. I have a sink hole that keeps forming in the front yard. Some cabinets are cracked and need to be replaced. Plus a list of other issues. Contractors are not showing up to fix issues on days they are supposed to wasting my wife’s and I’s time. At this time I cannot recommend going with KB Homes.

Everything Excellent !! They are very responsible, attentive, answered all question we had and always we had communication. 100 recommended!!

KB was excellent in everything

Overall it was good experience. I only take star out because of maintenance of yard. It would have been much better along with inside if contracted builder has taken care of debris in the yard. Else it was pleasure working with Larry & Olga. Contractor is completely different discussion :) .

Moved in 2 months ago and still do not have a handle on the bathroom drawer. Three ceiling fans are not the ones ordered, and the list goes on and no one calls or comes by to see if your issues are handled. Once you sign you are really on your own.

Everything is perfect except the workmanship of the whole house (Like outlets, switches and paint) is a bit rough

Great house, people were great to work with

From start to finish KB kept me informed with a weekly call from Gregory, Kevin, and Santiago. After the closing the information and contact still continued. All the KB people were there to help with any repairs or any concerns. Santiago was especially helpful. For example, my new microwave was damaged and did not work. He coordinated a replacement in a timely manner. He has been so helpful. I would recommend KB homes to anyone.

We had a great first purchase experience and felt KB homes did an amazing job walking us through the process. The construction check ins and weekly emailed updates were great. Since moving in, we had a few minor issues and our customer representative Ken has taken care of them quickly.

Friendly, professional and knowledgeable staffs. Clear guidance and quick responses to most requests.

Our sales associate, Genesis, was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. She went above and beyond to communicate with us and make our experience with KB an enjoyable one.

Sales team was awesome and went above and beyond to make sure we were able to purchase our house. Customer service has been great in addressing our issues.
