Trustworthy builder that finished in a timely fashion.........

Check EVERYTHING on final walk-through. Do all the windows work? Does the doorbell work? Does the irrigation system work? If multi-level, how does the HVAC for each floor interact with the controllers? Reinspect after a couple of weeks.

Overall issues were with promises made that were not fulfilled

Make sure the home is 100% complete before you move in because it can take weeks before they address the issues that the house may have. Some of the closets did not have rods to hang our clothes and the first day we moved in the central had a leak and was not cooling the house and etc.

The quality of the build and finishing work on the home was well below the standards I would expect especially for a half a million dollar house. Multiple issues with the home, some that have taken multiple attempts to fix, and many more smaller issues that at this point I’m just tired of submitting claims. A hinge on the cabinet door in the laundry room keeps coming off, a lot of the door handle throughout the home were placed inside out, the medicine cabinet is crooked and doesn’t stay closed. Took awhile due to the Pandemic and worker shortages but we love our new home! Best value out there! So glad we bought our beautiful home.

Walk in inspection and warranty representative were great.

building took over one year with small issues still not addressed after two months post closing.

Having a house built is painful right now due to the lack of supplies. Having said that, I had many questions and concerns throughout the process of my construction. I was given multiple points of contact and each person had quick response time with precise answers every time.

I have owned the home now for over a month and still have not moved in due to horrible workmanship. I will be making my second mortgage payment on a house that has carpet peeling up. Paint that is two different sheens on the same wall, damaged tile, broken baseboards. The superintendent disregards all customer concerns and just shrugs his shoulders and says”It’s just the subs…” I would never buy another KB home and can’t begin to explain the frustration and disappointment.

What stood out I got the luck of picking out my lot picking out all the things I want it done to my home watching it be built from a pile of dirt to the finished product pretty much meeting everybody that was involved in building a home the workers of the subcontractors and the professionals that you’ve hired to run this at no point I know it is not easy at all specially with the Covid mess and the products shortages are to the end product The funny part is I never saw the model of the one I bought because there was no models at this site of my home it was at another location I worked with Kelly I trusted her from beginning she showed me the lights the renditions of the homes and I picked my home from an illustration and the lot I picked by standing there at 6 PM and watching the sunset and five different lots This is where I picked my home and not just a house Thank you to your team and their families for the hard work ... KB has and still is delivering the home they promised to build us. We’re still in the beginning stage of ownership with them but their sales team and building manager are continuing to fulfill promised items and tasks. They are both readily available to assist with issues discovered after closing unlike so many other builders. We feel they truly want us to be completely satisfied. They have limitations due to materials/workers and have not made any false promises. We value their honesty.

My experience was very good with KB homes. Some Things were delayed but it’s pretty standard right now. I looked forward to the weekly phone calls and updates with Diane and JP. It made the process go much smoother and quicker for me. Waiting is hard, but in retrospect it wasn’t bad and worth the wait. I’m very happy with my new home.

As a first time homeowner I was really pleased with purchasing experience from beginning to end and frankly I didn’t experience some of the horror stories you often hear about. This company is well represented by a team of professionals (Christine S., Nancy C., and Jackie R.) who all go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction by making themselves available to address any and all questions and / or concerns. Again, I am thankful for a somewhat stress free experience, but again KBHS has a awesome team in place that if I would buy another property I would relish the opportunity to work with them again. ... As a hobby carpenter, I appreciate the quality of the workmanship of our new home. I’m selling all my tools except for the basics! We love our new home, the spacious subdivision and neighbors!

I am first time home buyer .so I do have a good experience with K B Home ,I don’t get a chance to see the other built this but I’m really happy when I have.

Satisfied good experience and learning

I was so disappointed. I closed on March 25, 2022. No screen windows, no screen door, no hardware in the kitchen and bathrooms. No Aircondition. I set up the ecobee but it doesn’t connect to the A/C. There s no update when they will get the screens and the hardwares or kitchen pulls It is now May 17. And it is so hot.
