Thanks for all the follow through to make this home our home! KB staff provide professionalism from the time you enter their door. Everything was on schedule and there was great communication to close the escrow in one month with follow up visits and calls. No issues, love the neighborhood and love the home!

I’m so happy I chose KBHome. Where do I start? My sales counselor Alex and Jarret were awesome in helping my family select a model that worked for us. Ashley in Design took her time to go over all options in designing and helped with style ideas. During construction Sam and Jarret kept me informed on status of my home and sent me photos as we got closer to the end (which I appreciated as I did not live close). My loan agents Heide and Cathy stayed in close contact with me and made closing stress free. Every KB home employee that I interacted with was top notch. Everyone has gone out of their way to ensure we had and have a great experience, no matter what. The year "bump-to-bumper" warranty on the home is a huge selling point as well, because there are always issues in construction and when you're given the opportunity to find and fix them, it's very reassuring. Shout out to Brandon in sales, Juan at the studio, and Kurt, Josh, and Greg in construction (oh, and Mandy and Nigel in loans!). Thanks all for a great experience!

Bud and Jerry were always very quick to address my issues and concerns. They went above and beyond for me and my family even after the house was finished and we moved in.

Without exception, the KB employees that we have had contact with in the fields of sales, finance and construction have all been competent, friendly and extremely helpful.

I’m an extremely busy person. Rhonda at KB homes was so helpful and made sure the experience was as easy and quick as possible. Jean, the Superintendent was awesome at following up with minor issues. This team wants you to have a good experience. It showed in their above and beyond customer service.

The employees of KB Homes are very polite and very helpful on any issues or questions you may have. For any homes that we have inquired into KB Homes are the best in quality and plenty of space in between homes. Houses are not built so close together. Neighbors are not so close to you that you feel like that they are on top of you.

Our experience with KB Homes was a very pleasant one. They kept us updated throughout the process and immediately addressed and corrected any issues that arose. The entire team did a fantastic job on our new home.

KB William Ranch is at the good location, that was why I purchased this house. KB sales department basically can only provide information which I can find from google. Sale department didn’t provide valuable helps to me at all. Even worse, my salesman has been changed 3 times during my purchase period. However, construction team has done good job to communicate construction progress. As far as I know, construction quality looks good, too.
