Shawn, Jake, and Daine have great communication and their customer service skills are great.

There is a consistent lack of quality in both the materials used and the workmanship that went into the construction of this house . And trying to get the most basic items fixed has been a disaster. Again, they have over promised and under delivered.

The entire buying/building process was extremely impressive. Each and every KB Home employee was a true professional, knowledgeable and passionate about what they did. What impressed me most was that I never had to ask for updates during the building process. From Terry, the sales rep, to Joey, the project manager, the communication was flawless. While each was responsible for their own “slice of the pie”, everyone knew what the other was working on and toward. I closed on my home a very happy man who still sings the praises of KB Home to anyone willing to listen.

The loan process was scary at the end not knowing what was needed to close until the last minute and it pushed me back on close dates because of not being told I would need bank transfer for closing! 4 days after moving in I had a jacuzzi jet break and caused water to run through my roof into downstairs causing roof repairs carpet, tile, trimming etc to be replaced already. Cole the project coordinator very helpful and fast at replacing everything but the workers have been leaving jobs about 90% finished causing me to keep asking for workers to come back and finish things they missed instead of doing it right the first time!! My first home and now almost two months later, I’m still getting things fixed from the horrible water damage the jet caused that broke off jacuzzi tub in master bathroom. Not getting what I paid for, I feel like at this point to be honest. I think things were looked over that shouldn’t have been. Also had to get some frame work done on floors upstairs because I was getting squeeks when walking and some uneven surfaces. That’s been fixed now but not some paint and trimming that was caused I’m still getting that done when they can. Understanding of individual needs

From the sales team to the builders themselves…each were kind and considerate. It wasn’t just a sale of a house…it was the building of a relationship.

Just a great experience from beginning to end of the process!! I love my home!!

My experience went better than expected! Other than material shortages and constant push back dates on closing, it was out of their control! Overall I’m very satisfied with my house!

1. Well over-priced. KBhome took advantage of hot real-estate market. Unreasonable lot premium. 2. Well over-priced optional items such as flooring. Not much choices such as window treatment or ceiling fans. 2. I still have 3 small issues and 1 major issue (replacing the scratched kitchen cabinet door). Customer Service associate is not responding to my text, emails, and phone calls for the simple status update. No communication what so ever after an initial text communication. It has been 2 months.

This is my second KB Home and only my second home in 21 years. GREAT homes!

I have a complaint and for some reason HOA doesn’t answer nor does the office. It seems customers needs don’t matter to those who work for this company. It’s very degrading to the customer and definitely doesn’t make anyone want to suggest KB.

I feel blessed that I was able to acquire this house in such times. Thank you, KB Homes!

What was bad was the person KB used to help with funding this home were totally incompetent. Had to answer the same questions more than 150 times. Seemed like she did not read or send the correct info to the lender. Very bad experience. Sherrilyn had to get involved sending our info to them also. The best is what received from Sherrilyn, and Ramon always on top of the job at hand. I would give them a 100% excellent grade for service in your new home. Also, AJ has been great to fix outstanding items along with Steve which has been very helpful. KB please do not use the same group on buying a new home. Michael was very good also, but Nyesha was not qualified to do the paperwork needed. ... More

Buying a home is stressful, but is a great experience, I recommend KB HOME to everybody who is a first buyer they are excellent from de beginning of the process until your closing date.

Good price and house, the only thing is final finish work not very well but make it up as good post service.

KB office sales reps were great and very helpful. I was very pleased with KB until we moved. After moving in, I am waiting on things to be done on the house we moved into in Feb. No call backs from people and I have been calling for weeks now. We have had multiple no shows from the repair people so it has taken weeks to get minor things done and we still have other things needing attention. Also one of my upgraded items has not been installed and I keep getting the runaround on when this will happen. I don’t feel like I am getting the same treatment now that we have closed on the home.

We wore surprise how KB install products that we didn't order without our authorization such as toilets and stove. If we don't notice no buddy mentioned. At this time, we still wearing for KB to replace a cabinet that apparently was damage during installation not to mention how poor are the kitchen cabinets terminations. Plus, we close in February 28,2022 and as of today April 30, 2022, we also still wearing for toilets replacement, range replacement and gutters installation.

People at KBHome are nice, patient and willing to help

My home is absolutely beautiful!!! The date of completion was pushed back a few times which was a little disheartening, but the end result was even better than expected

As the home was being built there was no electricity to the home. All the workers were working during the winter months in the dark! I visited property all the time. Couldn't see any details. Like grayish toilets, crooked layout of flooring. So many cabinet issues. Paint is completely washing off the walls. It is the lowest quality. Porcelain sinks are also that recycled off color of gray! Cheapest possible starting point. Fiberglass showers and tubs. No windows in garage door. Zig zag saw cuts under the sinks. 2 cent medicine cabinets. Drywalled over a canned light. Crooked facia, bowing fence. On & on. I'm use to new homes and the issues, but this is my 4th new home and I am shocked. ... More

KB tries to make sure your very happy with your purchase. Overall the house is solid but some attention to details would make it even better.
