The house was built very quickly and all issues that we had with it was fixed promptly after we moved in. I would recommend KB homes to whoever is trying to build a new home. Their neighborhoods always have the best exterior designs. Don’t believe me? Go to the closest one near you and take a look. You may end up wanting to look inside as well.

House is beautiful, was delivered close enough to on-time. KB Homes Finance department/lending department is the best! Big shoutout to them. Also Handel and Jesse their customer service folks are wonderful. Very happy with my new KB Home.

Great home buying experience! I was kept informed every step of the way during the construction process. Noticed a few items, mostly cosmetic, at the walk-thru that needed to be fixed and KB quickly took care of them to my satisfaction.

The employees that we have contact are very kindness.

Kb homes are beautiful, very affordable, and modernize. We are happy that we bought a home with Kb and we are enjoying our new home built from scratch.

The team at KB Homes including my salesman, Frederick Plummer, to the building supervisor, Mike Siegel, were interested in my concerns and quickly responded and answered my questions.

Constructions are precisionally done. Internal and external are professionally done. Need to pay attention to the precise fits of the covers to the utility box and air filter grill frames (not twist fits). I will give KB 9.9 out of 10.

Building with KB was a greatly enjoyable experience. Everyone was super friendly and helpful when it came to any questions I had. Through all the out of their control delays due to supply chain I was informed and kept up to date on everything.

The sales team is amazing! We worked Bailey and she was so attentive to our needs. Because of her I would buy another KB home. Our house is beautiful and we are happy with it. Scheduling for fixes during our 30-day warranty check in has been a struggle and there needs to be some improvement there. All-in-all we have been happy.

Timely build, overall nice community in a great location for the price.

Love our new home. It’s beautiful. Wish we could’ve had better landscaping considering how much we spend. No printer system in the back. I understand people chose not to have grass in the back, but apply a credit if they opt out. Thank you.
