GREAT STAFF, RNJOYED WORKING WITH EVERYONE

The best part of this process was the mortgage lenders, Derek specifically and Andrea staying on top of things. I definitely think the workmanship and quality of products are poor for the price paid. I understand the market, but it all seems rushed and put together with little care from the builders and contractors chosen.

great home! We had some construction delays and unfinished items at final phase of move in but between construction staff and sales/support team, they kept me informed and resolved issues one at a time

Sales and Design Center were great! When it comes to building you need to be watching their every move. The construction supervisors try to watch everything but it's impossible. We had many issues but so far the warranty dept. has been on top of making things right. The company really need to work on making sure they produce a quality home the first time.

Superintendent is just talked and no action. He just talked nice and ask us to give good review. He gave us temporary garage door and the one we suppose to get need to be wait for 14-16months. We are paying mortgage and we don't get what we pay for.

Every does come together and make sure things are great for the clients, that’s make the big purchases! We live our forever home!

Every person involved in the process from actual signing of the contract to detailed follow ups and updates during the construction process is great. Then the follow ups are done in a very timely manner.:,

In my experience, KB Home staff made the whole experience pleasant and rewarding. I feel they cared just as much after the closing on the property as before, quickly taking care of items that needed some attention.

weekly updates while house was getting built was helpful. even with the current unpredicatability of the supply, they still managed to set reasonable and accurate timelines

First time KB Home buyer and it was an awesome buying experience, from the sales representative, application processing and they even respond attentively to get an after-the-sale to do jobs done. Well done

Not the best not the worst. As long as you don’t expect the truth about the timing of your home from anyone including VPs you should be fine. Process was seamless until final walkthrough when nothing was done right. Spent next 3 months with people in and out of the home because of their incompetence to get it right the first time. Just hoping the foundation is good

I loved the prompt response from the KB team

The delay on handling things around the house after closing has been a very frustrating experience. This is my first home and I was not expecting so many issues because it's a new build. I closed 2/17/22 and still waiting for things to be taken care of. Now I have a ceiling leak on top of that.

Besides what I just indicated the construction part of the experience I would hope K B has a more hands on approach rather let things come to a stop before someone did something to fix the problems. Its called Management oversight.

More options paint an bathroom option

I was promised several incentives that were not put in contract, then told it's not in contract so too bad. Also construction was supposed to finish projects that were promised, as well as coached me what to say at closing. I did what he said but he didn't hold up to his end of the agreement. Floors are unfinished and walls unfixed. Caulking was unfinished and paint also.

The workmanship is one of the major keys that makes the house not worth the price. Everything was so thrown together and now we have to deal with asking them to fix several things that appear to be KNOWN issues but overlooked just to go ahead and secure the sale.
