Easy and convenient process of home buying

Great house, people were great to work with

From start to finish KB kept me informed with a weekly call from Gregory, Kevin, and Santiago. After the closing the information and contact still continued. All the KB people were there to help with any repairs or any concerns. Santiago was especially helpful. For example, my new microwave was damaged and did not work. He coordinated a replacement in a timely manner. He has been so helpful. I would recommend KB homes to anyone.

We had a great first purchase experience and felt KB homes did an amazing job walking us through the process. The construction check ins and weekly emailed updates were great. Since moving in, we had a few minor issues and our customer representative Ken has taken care of them quickly.

Friendly, professional and knowledgeable staffs. Clear guidance and quick responses to most requests.

Our sales associate, Genesis, was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. She went above and beyond to communicate with us and make our experience with KB an enjoyable one.

Sales team was awesome and went above and beyond to make sure we were able to purchase our house. Customer service has been great in addressing our issues.

NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE AT ALL

The entire staff from KB Home treated me with the utmost respect. Cristina, Dusty and Carolyn really made my home-buying experience great! They didn't treat me like I was just another client; but they made me feel like family. I could not have received any better than what this team provided. I make it my business to recommend KB Home to anybody in the market for a house!

My Kb experience has been nothing but great. From start to finish I have nothing but good things to say about KB. Everyone in KB have been really good to me. They make sure you're taken good care of. I really liked the sales person and the Kb studio and the KB builder. I guess you can say Everyone in KB. I love my new home. Thanks KB

I really enjoyed buying my first home with Kb. The buying process was weird so to me being remote most of the times. The major problems came with communication. It was times where I’d bring up an issue that myself or my lender needed an answer too and wouldn’t hear back for days. Also upon moving in there was and still is problem such as the appliances in my home that have not been addressed.

Amanda and Travis from sale and marketing were great. Brian H. From loan department was friendly and professional he has a great knowledge and was always there to answer my questions.

If KB home would invest in better loan officer/processors then the experience would be better. Sales and súper intendant we’re great to work with though!

I found a lot of mixed reviews on KB Homes and was initially very skeptical. Now being in our home for 2.5 months, it was the best choice for us at the time. All of the KB Homes employees we worked with and continue to work with are wonderful. Many things happened during our journey that were out of their control, mainly worker shortage and supply chain issue due to the pandemic. We understand all of this so choose to judge based on the quality of care and information we got from the KB team. The strengths of the team we worked with are communication, friendliness, informative, and patient. KB Homes isn’t going to build you a custom home with every single little detail you could ever want. The contractors they use are probably local and could be hit or miss. We accepted this and we’re luckily able to be close enough to our new build that we went to see it multiple times per week, taking hundred of photos. During the building process, we found several items that needed to be corrected and KB worked with the contractors right away to fix them. There will be bumps in the road as with any project of this magnitude. Overall, we have a brand new home for a great price considering the area we live in. KB Home teams made our first home buying experience a exciting and enjoyable one. We received great customer service from the neighborhood sales representative, our studio design representative, and our contractors. We personally loved and looked forward to weekly calls from contractors to inform us of the building process. We really appreciated contractors Gary and Alex from the KB community in Bastrop as they were always available to answer our questions. We love our new home and recommend KB homes to all of our loved ones.
