This was the first (and probably the only time) I have had the opportunity to purchase a brand new home. My sales person was very knowledgeable and responsive. She was able to quickly get the answer to all my questions. There were a couple of small glitches I found, but they were addressed and taken care of right away. I especially appreciated the weekly status update. I was able to go over to my home site to verify that things were the way I wanted during each phase of construction.

Whole staff are nice and helpful when I need something to fixed the ladies always was there to help Me.

The process of building with KB Home was so much easier than I thought it would be. There are not enough words to Express how thankful we are to the entire WOW .

The "KB" staff is really awe some before, during and even after the home purchase. They keep every promise and go out of their way to enlighten and keep their customers happy in every step of the whole home buying process. Keep up the great work!!!

KB homes has an Excellent set of team members,we were very well helped at every stage of the buying a house followed by an amazing customer service.

We first moved in right after Xmas and before the new year. There were some slight issues but all were fixed promptly and professionally. My wife and I could not be an happier with our house and our experience with KB Homes.

Love my home

I was kept informed of the progress through texts and meetings and they encouraged site visits to track process. In the end all of the choices I made were implemented as promised. Some advice for those thinking about a new build. Demand information in advance on the choices you will be making in the design studio. You only have a short time and you are stuck with the decisions you make.

Work closely with design and pay attention

Great attention to features we wanted in our new home. Two visits to design center to chose and finalize selections. Would buy KB again. They build a good house for the money.

Our sales representative (Kevin) was phenomenal. He kept us informed through the whole building process . Moving from another state , it was helpful to receive picuand updates. The design studio was a helpful experience and everyone there was friendly and helpful. I didn’t understand why two visits were necessary but after the first visit it was clear that a second visit would be as important. During the building process our project manager as well as our sales representative contacted us weekly to inform us of the progress. The communication was exceptional.. it was a relief to us to receive this communication since we were living in another state at the time. The builders in house mortgage company was helpful in walking us through the loan application and closing process. Even the title company was excellent. We closed at a very busy season for them, yet they were friendly and provided refreshments and made us feel comfortable. When we did our walk through before closing we noticed several items that needed to be touched up or repaired, the project manager (Ben) assured us they would do everything on our list to make it right. Delay in completion only because of historical rain in September 2018

I am incredibly amazed at how quickly and painless it was to purchase my new KB Home. Buying our home was much easier than buying a new car!! From Maricela in the sales office to Rudy the home contractor the purchase of our new home was flawless! Both gave me top professional personal service, answering every question with expertise, patience and kindness. I would definitely recommend KB Homes to everyone.

I really enjoyed the process of buying my home with KB , also they have been very helpful even after the purchase anything we need they are there for us !

It would be nice if the entire house has been fully cleaned during close-out walk. All appliances O&M manuals should be compiled in a binder for ease of reference and making sure every components are covered. It would be hard if it is given in a USB format and will later on find out that it is not complete.

Was an awesome experience working with KB homes staff from start to finish.Very professional and responsive and they treated me with dignity and respect. The were prompt with updates and they delivered on all promises. I am extremely happy with KB homes!
