Quality of construction best we came across. We looked at many homes ant this was the best. They have promptly fixed all our issues.

As a Real Estate Appraiser for 25 years I have dealt with many builders, both custom and tract, and I chose a KB home because of its quality , attention to detail and ease to work with. KB also makes it easy for a seasoned homebuyer or a first time homebuyer as they guide you through the whole process and work with all other facets of the purchase from financing to insurance and final closing.
