Great company to build a home with, highly recommend!

Our experience has been a rough one. Its been two months and our house still has a lot of work to be finished. People have been slow to repair anything at all and there are many issues that even though they were addressed nothing has happened. Overall my house still needs a lot of work.

I was told by the team Reg a $3k credit for closing but they finally said it’s not possible. The initial lot I was shown was 40ft wide but it was a mistake and just touching 36 feet wide only. I came to know this after 6 months of initial deposit. I tried to reach out to KBHOME management through sales, financing, construction leads but no response on the status of $3k credit. Poor customer experience.

The excellent experience I had working with KB Home began the day I decided to stop by just to take a look at the models. With no pressure from the sales agent, I decided to prequalify through KB Home Loans, and put money down on a spec home that had already started being built. Watching the build was great fun! Since my home was a spec home, all of the features were pre-chosen. The Design Studio still met with me so I could see everything- tile, cabinets, carpet etc.. All were gorgeous! I enjoyed working with the builders, the construction Superintendent, and staff. The Super is a really great guy, who has very high standards and expects the same from his crew, and outside contractors. He kept the build moving forward, with few delays due to availability of materials. I watched the entire build, from concrete to finish, visiting often. I was able to see the quality and attention to detail with each step. Not only does KB offer financial services, I was also able to buy a home owner's insurance policy through the company, which cost half of what I'd pay through my regular provider, and with more coverage. Because I chose KBHS Home Loans for my mortgage, KB and KBHS covered some of the closing costs. This was a huge help, and part of why I decided to go with a new build. I have had regular check-ins from KB Home Customer Service, since moving in. They are handling the details to ensure everything that is warranty related is taken care of. You will definitely feel confident and comfortable in your choice. Price was not a major issue, and the commitment to service and the customer made us feel at ease with our decision. We felt totally involved in the entire process, and were extremely satisfied with Robert as we navigated through the final walkthrough, giving us expert advice on our home. KB is awesome, they walked me through the process from beginning to end. Always kept me updated from our sales person to the construction group. Any questions I had I could always reach out and get an answer. Up until now I been in my home a month now and everyone in the team checks up to see how its going if anything is needed I know who call.

Despite the debilitating issues that have plagued the construction industry, KB Home Oak Creek, has risen to the top. Our overall experience with purchasing a KB Home has been more than fantastic. From the very beginning their sales team has been extremely professional and caring people who know how important it is to keep their commitment to their homeowners even after the home purchase and walkthrough. house has so many issues

From sales staff to our construction superintendent to the design center - every experience was delightful. I always felt informed with exactly where our house was at in terms of status. It was a very collaborative and supportive process. We recommend anyone looking for a new build to find a KB home!

Overall it was a very good experience

Quality of workmanship can be better. Left the home uncleaned at the time of closing, a bit disappointed on that for sure.

The whole process was updated weekly

Zero quality and building price are not fair, customer service rate is 2 out of 5. sale and finance are 5 star and helpful.

Sorry to say but don't buy from this builder my first time ever buying and it started off wonderful and then turned into a nightmare wish I could say otherwise very bad experience I will never recomendó or ever buy from this builder ever or again .

Buying a home from KB is a luxury experience. The sales rep was there to guide, assist, consult and hold our hand through every step. The project manager walked us through the home at various construction phases and sent us pictures of the progress. The home delivery was seamless and we felt assured that should anything come up the team was there. And while we only needed minor adjustments they were taken care of immediately. KB Homes is a great builder. My recommendation to other homebuyers it to ensure you understand all conditions of the contract before signing.

The builder is very good when you check each stages of the building process in your house, if you forget anything you paid for during upgrades you will not get it in your house as they have so many houses they are building at the same time. Overall if you let them know what you paid for, you will get it in your house.

Thank you to all of the KB Home Staff. Our experience was easy and painless! The hardest part of the entire thing was having to wait for it to be completed. The home was done a little ahead of schedule and all of the staff did everything they could to make sure we received a beautiful home. We can't wait to fill it up with memories.
