KB office sales reps were great and very helpful. I was very pleased with KB until we moved. After moving in, I am waiting on things to be done on the house we moved into in Feb. No call backs from people and I have been calling for weeks now. We have had multiple no shows from the repair people so it has taken weeks to get minor things done and we still have other things needing attention. Also one of my upgraded items has not been installed and I keep getting the runaround on when this will happen. I don’t feel like I am getting the same treatment now that we have closed on the home.

We wore surprise how KB install products that we didn't order without our authorization such as toilets and stove. If we don't notice no buddy mentioned. At this time, we still wearing for KB to replace a cabinet that apparently was damage during installation not to mention how poor are the kitchen cabinets terminations. Plus, we close in February 28,2022 and as of today April 30, 2022, we also still wearing for toilets replacement, range replacement and gutters installation.

People at KBHome are nice, patient and willing to help

My home is absolutely beautiful!!! The date of completion was pushed back a few times which was a little disheartening, but the end result was even better than expected

As the home was being built there was no electricity to the home. All the workers were working during the winter months in the dark! I visited property all the time. Couldn't see any details. Like grayish toilets, crooked layout of flooring. So many cabinet issues. Paint is completely washing off the walls. It is the lowest quality. Porcelain sinks are also that recycled off color of gray! Cheapest possible starting point. Fiberglass showers and tubs. No windows in garage door. Zig zag saw cuts under the sinks. 2 cent medicine cabinets. Drywalled over a canned light. Crooked facia, bowing fence. On & on. KB tries to make sure your very happy with your purchase. Overall the house is solid but some attention to details would make it even better.

Our exceptional experience in buying with KB started with our KB sales agent Sarah. She was very accommodating and handled our questions professionally and even like a friend. She was always available to address our concerns. We were sad that we didn’t get to close our home with her since she was there from the beginning, but Sue was also very nice. Jennifer and Lorri spent so much time with us, helping us determine what options we wanted for our home. They provided great insight, and were very patient as we were indecisive at times. Brian, our superintendent was amazing, .accommodating us as plans changed, and making sure our walk through went smoothly with the inspector for KB at closing. He was always available to address our questions and concerns. He made sure things were completed to our pleasing. He made sure the punch list items were addressed to completion and whatever he could control was addressed. He was honest and always in a good mood. He made sure we were comfortable with everything in the home and fixed all things that needed fixing in a timely manner. He made sure his staff fixes everything perfectly not just a patch job. The Construction Supervisor, Chris, was exceptional. During the build, he conducted multiple FaceTimes with us as well as emails and texts. He was extremely responsive to all questions, etc. Once we moved in, he was with us “every step of the way” to ensure a smooth and happy move-in.

Be prepared on new communities and delays on mailboxes, internet cable phone

This is my first home buying experience. I see that Sales, Design center and Construction managers works as a team to ensure quality home construction. I am so happy with overall experience.

I was pleased that they helped me in a professional way and always made the time and effort to answer all my questions and concerns. All the support and guidance they gave me to be successful for the purchase of my first new home.

The construction workers are very responsive and helpful. My issue is with the administrative offices. Often times confusion, especially with the HOA. I've been here 2 months with no access to the pool area. Finally received the key entry fobs after about 6 weeks and come to find out the DO NOT WORK AT ALL. Contacted Prime HOA offices and haven't heard back with an answer to my question nor a solution to the problem. Just send me new fobs, please!

Good experience with KB Home. From the sales staff, project management team and customer service. All work in unison in answering our questions, comments and overall expectation.
