Overall this was a very easy experience.

Sale department are good and helpful. Customer service not good at all.

KB Home was very personable and went out of their way to help me through the process of buying my new home. Even before my closing, they helped me coordinate needed deliveries and made sure things were safe and secure.

A lot of upgrades or new state of the art features came with the home that I had no clue but made the process so much cooler. Enjoy every bit of this home, my home. The builder Gregory was amazing to work with, top of the line professional.

Some difficulties in the closing date, because change the price to pay off down, ok

Slow to fix issues after buying the house.

I want buyers to be very careful when you buying houses with this company, what you see in the models is not what your actually gonna to get if your not paying close attention. So, please pay attention to what house your getting and ask questions!!

Overall - positive experience

Some bumps in the road but we are overall happy with our purchase. Had a small list of things that needed to be addressed when moving in but everyone has been helpful to fix things in a timely manner.

The Covid Pandemic caused construction delays and it became frustrating to wait but the final product and service provided by KB was very professional and responsive.

Stove appliances are horrible do not suggest

The experience was so awesome from beginning to end. I was really nervous about purchasing my first home but every one from sales to design to construction and lending was so helpful.

All of the windows are poorly mounted and can't open them without them falling off,stairs are wobbly and roughly finished outlets don't work

It was such an amazing experience and a blessing to have Katrina and the team there . Everyone made the experience an unforgettable one and I will forever be greatful

From the moment you walk into the sales office everything is explained on the process. You are kept up to date on all steps of the construction along the way. Jesse the construction manager is available for questions, he has real concern on you questions and will put you at ease.

I wouldn't recommend anyone to buy a KB Home
