My customer service rep, Ryan was amazing. He was highly responsive to emails and texts when I had questions and if any issues arise. During the orientation, he provided detailed information and caught all the small issues that needed to be fixed. He also went the extra mile by offering any services that I needed help on. For an example, mounting my TV on the wall. He was very reliable and always willing to help, even after the closing date. 10/10 rating for him!

My loan officer was great. Always responded to all my questions quickly.

Love how we were able to make the house exactly how we wanted it to be. Also very happy with the follow through after we closed to check on any minor issues. Would definitely recommend KB homes to others.

Great value and prices. I had to keep an eye on my construction team since they weren't very good with deadlines or forgetting small details. Their design studio experience was the absolute cherry on top; there is no better interior design experience.

The buying process was great!

Communication was a little lack luster. Cracks in kitchen grout and moved in to a house already infested with ants and crickets.

The financial team that handled my loan was great to work with. I also enjoyed the experience at the studio.

KB Home kept their price as they told me until I get a house, that's amazing thing. Same time, my friend bought a house from another builder, but the price keep moving up until my friend must to quit. Wonderful services, customer service of KB Home is really good, friendly and quickly.

Those three listed treated me with outstanding care. They provided with insight, helped me, and still reach out to check on me.

Kevin, our warranty and repair guy, was on site and available during the buying process for any adjustments we needed. He was fast and easy to work with. Ryan, our KB Home sales representative, was also intelligent and responsive throughout the whole process.

My superintendent Mike was amazing. He made this whole experience smooth and easy. He was there to answer any of my questions. He addressed my concerns immediately. He made my home with love. I couldn’t have asked for more! Thank you Mike

The process from start to finish was great and I'm very happy with my new home purchase.

LeMonte, Cody, Ena, JoAnn, and Mike all played instrumental roles with us deciding to purchase and build our first home. The KB Team helped us apply, plan, and build while we were still stationed in CA. We were very nervous throughout the whole process, once we made it back to Tx we were able to see our home on a daily basis until completion. We are very pleased and happy with our home and will recommend KB Home to family and friends.
