Bad customer service, lack of communication and quality of material used is not up to the par.

Our KB experience was a long process 1year 1month, however Ceaser and Elizabeth were consistent with their follow up and commited to holding up what they said they were going to do. Even after I closed Ceaser went above and beyond to make sure anything that needed fixing was done.

Great builder. Looking forward for the warranty service if needed it.

Great people and a beautiful house

They continue to work with us after our move in to address small things, such as touch up paint after movers knocked the walls; answer questions, etc.

Your interior painting is very badly

Good quality and excellent customer services. If you guys want to buy a new home, I recommend to choose KB Home.

Everything is varying degrees of slapdash. Once they tell you the home is done it's a monumental battle to get them to come fix the things they said they'd fix before closing.

I was able to get more house for price I paid

Our expierence was delayed due to covid and lack of supplies but the workers and construction manager were beyond perfect and very professional. Could not have done it without them letting us know each step that was happening.

Be ready to wait with all the C-19 issues

Forced us to close even though house construction wasn't finished and 2 months later still didn't fix windows, kitchen cabinets and leaking HVAC. KBHome recommendation for us to use bucket whenever we AC and pray to God leaking doesn't cause electrical damage to HVAC.

When you have a customized track home built, it is expected that you will incur workmanship issues and areas of concern along the way and even after closing. How these issues of concern are handled is truly what makes or breaks the feeling you have for the builder/supervisor of the community. KB Homes sales counselors set very high expectations for the quality of the workmanship, the community planning, and the communication with the staff that you will be receiving. The quality of workmanship was much lower than expected, the community itself is coming along nicely, but the communication and after-the-sale performance are where they fall very short of your lowest expectations. OVERALL, KB Homes is a good builder offering a quality home at a fair price. I would recommend them to a friend with some cautions and the need for a lot of patience. A few tweaks with the personnel who has direct contact with the buyer and standing by what you say from start to finish would definitely take KB Homes from being an average builder to becoming an outstanding builder again. ... Value in todays fast pace real estate market

Everyone (sales, design studio, loan agent, contractors...) is very helpful.

Seamless process from lot selection, to loan approval.

Visit the home site on a regular bases, the builder will try to get away with the craftsmanship. At the end the cosmetics will hide major problems. Point out every single issue as you see it and take pictures. And don't sign for the house unless you are completely satisfied with everything you chose to be installed.

Great customer service with the client always in mind

GIF in laundry room pop whenever you do laundry. Lawn sprinklers don’t work and my lawn looks dead. Large hole on side of house that we were told would be fixed but still hasn’t. Worker came to fix garage door opener and proceeded to hit the exterior of our house with a ladder and put two holes in the stucco. We caught the worker trying to paint over the holes instead of fixing that stucco. There is no power to our doorbell. Furnace just stopped working tonight. Very frustrated and disappointed.

Weekly calls from the construction and sales staff with updates. Materials were delayed but I was kept informed.

The floor tiles were not even and straight. I should've gone with a separate contractor.
