Nadine from sales was attentive with a great and positive attitude the whole entire time !!! Amy from studio was great helping me choosing the colors and the correct items , Adrian contractor maneger was awesome listening to me and answering all my questions and keeping me post throughout the whole building process . Priseyla is the best helping with the whole bank process. Without this five stars awesome team my dream would not come true the way it did , thanks KBHOMES for this awesome team!!! They really make it easier!!!

Every KB home employee that I interacted with was top notch. Everyone has gone out of their way to ensure we had and have a great experience, no matter what. The year "bump-to-bumper" warranty on the home is a huge selling point as well, because there are always issues in construction and when you're given the opportunity to find and fix them, it's very reassuring. Shout out to Brandon in sales, Juan at the studio, and Kurt, Josh, and Greg in construction (oh, and Mandy and Nigel in loans!). Thanks all for a great experience!

Bud and Jerry were always very quick to address my issues and concerns. They went above and beyond for me and my family even after the house was finished and we moved in.

Without exception, the KB employees that we have had contact with in the fields of sales, finance and construction have all been competent, friendly and extremely helpful.

I’m an extremely busy person. Rhonda at KB homes was so helpful and made sure the experience was as easy and quick as possible. Jean, the Superintendent was awesome at following up with minor issues. This team wants you to have a good experience. It showed in their above and beyond customer service.

The employees of KB Homes are very polite and very helpful on any issues or questions you may have. For any homes that we have inquired into KB Homes are the best in quality and plenty of space in between homes. Houses are not built so close together. Neighbors are not so close to you that you feel like that they are on top of you.

Our experience with KB Homes was a very pleasant one. They kept us updated throughout the process and immediately addressed and corrected any issues that arose. The entire team did a fantastic job on our new home.

KB William Ranch is at the good location, that was why I purchased this house. KB sales department basically can only provide information which I can find from google. Sale department didn’t provide valuable helps to me at all. Even worse, my salesman has been changed 3 times during my purchase period. However, construction team has done good job to communicate construction progress. As far as I know, construction quality looks good, too.

I have good experience with my home and I love my house

I moved into my new KB Home in December and I have nothing but the best to say about my experience so far. The home is great quality and I am happy with choosing KB Home as my builder. My living space is great and well planned out, home efficiency has surpassed my expectations, and the sound reduction I've added to my home is great. Customer service is good and they are always available to help me through any questions or minor issues I encounter. I would highly recommend purchasing a home from KB Home.

Juan the construction manager was great through the entire building process. He addressed any issues we had right away.

This today is a welcoming place to build and reside, in why I felt I should go ahead to buy this house.

Our construction manager Richard has been amazing! He still calls to make sure everything is going ok with our home and we are satisfied!
