My house is beautiful and I do feel like it’s a good value. I had a couple of issues like my thermostat not being properly mounted and my bedroom doors not being able to close because of how they were installed. I wish someone paid more attention to that but I was able to call someone to fix it. They responded in a timely manner.

Watching (and learning) through the process was a fantastic experience. I noticed that inspectors would catch little flaws that I would never have seen. The house turned out wonderful and I did have an issue with corporate policy that only targets people using Veteran's Benefits. These policies ended up delaying closing by 6 weeks and costing me thousands of dollars only because management would not discuss issues with the customer (only the salesperson). Also, after moving in, I noticed a few patches in the stucco when the walls were wet. These patches would dry to the same light ...

KB built me a beautiful house for a good price. Other builders may be more expensive and have more “add-one” included, but in the end the value and quality was top notch. Another thing, the project management team was excellent in providing a true boots in the ground status regardless of what headquarters was projecting and bevel led me to believe something false.
