Buying a home is quite the process. KB did everything on their end to ensure I was satisfied. They assisted with the closing cost and along with HOA fees. I also had a town home I was renting at the time and they assisted with getting that lease settled. Them home has energy save appliances and after being here for a month and getting my first bills it makes a bit of a difference ! I’ve only been here a little over a month and the house was built already so I can’t comment on the building process but so far no issues. The sales process was honest and upfront, when the house was being built we were constantly updated. Moving in was a DREAM, the house is amazing. We have a handful of small issues and they are all being addressed in a very timely manner. Love this KB Team!
