Very easygoing process. Everyone involved with my purchase was available all the time for me, or returned my call super fast. Always address all my concerns and issues right away. Very happy with my beautiful home.

Tha experience was very wander full a incredible and fine job they did

Had a great experience with KB Home. Had one issue after closing. Had a water leak from AC condensate drain that was not hooked up. Soaked one bedroom carpet and pad. At first was told that fans are blowing on carpet and pad to dry it out. Protested that there could be mold with this method. Then KB Home did replace with new pad and carpet. Resolved satisfactorily!!

After looking around for more than a year we came across KB Homes building site in Gilbert. We were pleasantly surprised the models were reasonably priced compared to the other buiilders. From the contract to completion our sales contact Kurt kept us updated periodically with pictures of the progress and always responded timely. The project managers (Jeff and Dan) who managed the 2 phases of the build out were not only knowledgeable but genuinely cared about customer satisfaction. Overall our experience building with KB Homes was good and would highly recommend them.

The KB Home buying experience was great. From beginning to start. There were a couple of issues in the building stage but the construction team were able to address my concerns and fixed any issues i had in a timely manner.

KB never ceases to accomodate any inquiries and are very responsive to the clients needs. Look for Michael who will take you to a pleasing experience in buying a new home

Shannon went above and beyond to make sure everything worked out smoothly. She was very customer centric and appreciated working with her. I can’t thank her enough.

Excellent builder, Good price

Our builder Aron was very informative. Aron kept us informed of the building process. At of all the staff we interacted with the KB Family, Aron was the most responsive. We communicated so much that he almost felt like family. He will be missed.

We are very grateful to KB homes for making the home buying process smooth and for delivering on all of their promises!

Our New Homes Sales Counselor Genesis was always responsive, had a positive attitude, and was patient with all our questions, as well as super knowledgable. Likewise, our Project Manager Garrett took time for any questions or concerns at each stage of the building process, as well as after we moved in. Mortgage Loan Originator, Meghan, was also responsive and flexible, and although we ultimately did not utilize the loan through KB we appreciated her willingness to consult when we were experiencing issues at closing with the other lenders lack of timeliness in document preparation. Overall, while home buying is a stressful experience, the staff we worked with were all kind and went out of their way to be helpful and make the experience a positive one. I appreciate them! ... The KB team (from the sales office, to the showroom, to the superintendent, and more) were an absolute joy to work with. Everyone listened carefully to our wants and needs to be sure we got everything we needed and a few extras we wanted, without going over our budget. We are over the moon with the final product. Hoping this will be our forever home, but would gladly work with KB again if we ever decided on a new location.

Buying a home is definitely a stressful time and everyone at KB helped us not feel that way. They spoke with us every other day assisting us move along in the process.

Our first time buying a new construction, and very happy. KB provided weekly updates on construction, and a frame walkthrough to see what is behind the walls. It was a very unique experience. Also go to choose certain options. WIsh there were more, but we're generally happy with the choices available. No loan process since we paid cash. Everything went fairly smooth all the way to closing. Workmanship was generally very good. Customer service has been great as all issues discovered after closing were quickly resolved.

My home buying experience at KB was top notch. The staff here treat you like family !! Laura in the sales office was awesome and so was Jason the superintendent here at Magnolia ranch. I highly recommend buying a KB home!!
