KB Homes keep well connected with its clients. Their sales team kept me updated about the progress almost every week. Their Design team is very knowledgeable, helpful. They built the house weeks prior to the expected timeframe. One thing I like to suggest-- improve interior painting workmanship. Too thin coated paint makes it very flimsy and leave mark on the wall in case hit by even any soft bag. Few on-line video about how to complete warranty documentations, whom to contact (there are many parties involved--manufacturer, installer, KB reps) will help the home owners and reduce the number of phone calls to KB home CS. ... I recently moved into my new home built by KB Homes, and I could not be happier with the quality and craftsmanship. The attention to detail and beautiful design exceeded my expectations. From the layout to the finishes, every aspect of the house is thoughtfully executed, creating a comfortable and stylish living space. The entire process, from construction to move-in, was smooth and professional. I highly recommend KB Homes to anyone looking for a well-built and beautiful home.

Stephen our agent was always attentive to our needs and answered any questions we had. The one thing that still has not been resolved is that our electric meter reads "Error 4". Which possibly may be a battery back up issue. We don't know how to get Cailf. Edison Co. to look at it. There is nothing on their website that we can request help for this issue.This is very frustrating. Even Scott doesn't know what to do. Can someone please resolve this for us. Thank you.

It was Great Buying a house from KB homes

They responded to all questions in a timely manner and worked very hard to make sure that our needs were met. This team was awesome, and I am grateful that I was able to buy a KB Home.

Great experience. Completed the home as I expected. Great follow up and help with some minor issues so far. Jeff and Will have kept me informed. Will has got help on some minor door and lighting issues. The front door had some gaps as well as the door to the garage. The garage door has a gap on the north edge. Will knows about it. I think a piece is ordered.

Everything has been really great from all members of the team, the only real complaint I’ve had is with the hoa. Some members of the community have left their broken down cars on the side of the road and left the yards with lots of weeds despite the neighborhood not being that old. It’s a bit disappointing for how much we are paying but the overall home buying and designing has been great

Moved to Tucson in March. Discovered after months of searching new & pre-owned homes with top realtor Peter that KB offered a sound value, contemporary design, quality location for a commuter to downtown as well as to Davis-Monthan Air Force Base, competent build, and hired outstanding can-do staff (including but not limited to Elaine (who introduced me to KB) in sales, Eddie in sales, Rose in walk-through, and Jack the construction supervisor). No regrets!

From Alan showing us the home and helping through the application process, to Santiago and Dia being available to answer all our questions, our first home buying experience was a pleasant one! Would recommend

For the most part KB does a great job billing homes. I think there product could be better with few improvements like at least put a prime coat of paint on garage. Thank You KB for great experience of owning a new home..

First impressions are big for me, and Michelle was amazing!! She was very welcoming and very knowledge on everything! She stuck by me til the very end as this is my first home, she kept me updated on a weekly basis and ensured I had nothing to worry about as her and the team took care of everything.

We were both amazed at the professionalism and attention we received from everyone we encountered. From the buying experience to move-in to quality of the home to follow-up…all has been great.

Everyone at KB from day one to move in day was friendly, helpful and responsive to my endless questions. With their help I have created an affordable beautiful home. Highly recommend!

Had a great experience with KB Home. Had one issue after closing. Had a water leak from AC condensate drain that was not hooked up. Soaked one bedroom carpet and pad. At first was told that fans are blowing on carpet and pad to dry it out. Protested that there could be mold with this method. Then KB Home did replace with new pad and carpet. Resolved satisfactorily!!

After looking around for more than a year we came across KB Homes building site in Gilbert. We were pleasantly surprised the models were reasonably priced compared to the other buiilders. From the contract to completion our sales contact Kurt kept us updated periodically with pictures of the progress and always responded timely. The project managers (Jeff and Dan) who managed the 2 phases of the build out were not only knowledgeable but genuinely cared about customer satisfaction. Overall our experience building with KB Homes was good and would highly recommend them.

The KB Home buying experience was great. From beginning to start. There were a couple of issues in the building stage but the construction team were able to address my concerns and fixed any issues i had in a timely manner.

KB never ceases to accomodate any inquiries and are very responsive to the clients needs. Look for Michael who will take you to a pleasing experience in buying a new home
