Thank you KN Homes in New Braunfels, TX! My career is on the road which makes getting things done a bit stressful but I had a stress free experience with the staff of KB. Diane and Jeff are easy to reach and have been so helpful with the purchasing, moving, and establishing a home in New Braunfels. The craftsmanship of my new home is excellent! Even my inspector said so!

There are many builders to choose from, however, we found KB Home to provide the most custom options, with the ability to select any lot that will fit your home selection. From sales and site selection to structural and design options, to the construction process and follow through, KB Homes did a superior job. Everyone engaged was professional and they went above and beyond to ensure we were completely satisfied. We are thrilled with our home, thank you KB.

My wife and I recently purchased a home with KB. The whole experience was amazing to say the least our point of contact Jodie was extremely helpful and Informative throughout the whole process. Michael went above and beyond when he came to the building of our house. Overall, I feel very grateful and satisfied with our decision to join the KB family.

Overall, our home buying experience with KB Homes was positive. They are attentive and have gone above and beyond to accommodate minor repairs and touch-ups (misaligned cabinets, tile grout repair, paint touchup, locksmith). Furthermore, the staffs are professional and frequently check in to verify that things are in order and offer additional repairs where needed. The cherry on top was the garage epoxy floor that they gifted us, it was a pleasant surprise! George and Julie have been great to work with. Thank you for a great experience!

Was a very pleasant experience, Michelle was awesome to work with and so was the rest of the KB team. Lisa was great when it came to our financing and our construction supervisor Thomas was very responsive and helpful. Overall, it was a great expensive and I recommend visiting Michelle in the model homes if you are ready to buy a home

Over all we are pleased with our home. It’s too bad we could not have more privacy the way they build the houses. The neighbor can see into our backyard and we can see into theirs. It does not seem I concern for the builder.. Also, we may have an electrical problem and we have a brand new whirlpool dishwasher that doesn’t work. It quit working after about three or four washes. Maybe they should be a little more concerned of what brand of appliances they put into their homes.. They are sometimes a little slow on warranty repair work so I give them four out of five stars with the prior complaints I have mentioned before ... More
