Great experience from the beginning to the end!

No home is perfect and one can expect flaws and defects, but with great happiness we had the pleasure of working with Scott. Scott is an amazing communicator, knowledgeable and he has mender and fix the few problem or issues my wife and I have encountered. Thank you for the wonderful experience!

Sales rep, construction supervisor, and warranty rep all have outstanding attitude and are very helpful. Had some small issues after the home was closed but they handled everything timely. Good team.

Don't be silent and not involved in the process. KB will give you all of the opportunities to get what you want. But you have to use your voice and ask questions.

No complaints on my end

Don't trust what you are told, especially the inhouse lender and the sales persons.

The home that KB built for us is our first home. My husband and I love the great customer service that Angie gave. She made us feel comfortable and welcomed. Tony is also amazing and we truly appreciated all the calls we received from him, while he was building our home. The only downfall would be the Financial part/mortgage originator rep named Rosa. She was not responsive and we definitely didn’t have a good experience with her. So needless to say we went with another mortgage company that was more helpful and responsive.

Chase and Freddy were both great and responsive.

Do not buy a home or enter an agreement to buy a HB HOME! Would NOT RECOMMEND, EVEN TO MY WORST ENEMY if I had one.

The overall process was not too great. The KB team was not always communicating with me about what the next steps were. Because of the back orders they were not able to tell me when I would be able to get my microwave vent.

The KB team is very nice and knowledgeable, they deliver a beautiful home with great quality. From start to finish it’s been very easy to work with the KB team - from Sales to Design Studio to Superintendent to Customer Service = top notch team. Thank you so much, I get tons of compliments about my new house and so happy to have a KB home:).

Our house is very nice and we are satisfied overall, but quality of some of the base options for the home are ridiculously cheap and undesirable as compared to KB Homes' competitors. Options are over priced. The actual build materials leave something to be desired as they tend to feel flimsy and low quality. I am basing my opinion on a comparison to Lennar. The only reason we chose KB over lennar is because the lot sizes in our new community met our needs better than those in Lennars new communities like over at Shadow Rock.

Home buying experience was quick and easy! They even offered to do touch ups after we moved in. They respond quickly whenever you have questions. Overall good experience with them!

Love the quality of the build

Customer Service has been exceptional with from day one. As first home buyers, KB made this process easy as it sounds and straight forward.

KB Homes builder did a great job. Sun Power Solar company no follow through on there solar product.

Top notch Professionals! KB keep everything on track and was great to buy home with them. I had few issue with appliances, but they took care of those issue in timely manner.

The communication needs to be better. There will be contractors knocking at your door, they'll be scheduled with the builder, but not the homeowner. Things were forgotten on the build, the manpower and materials aren't there to accommodate issues that pop up.
