It was a wonderful experience buying a Kb home. We were walked through the process as our house was being built. Thomas really helped with that process. The house is beautiful and the builders team respond quickly when needed.

Don't close till all issues are resolved

First we were three weeks past our estimated closing date. So we were expecting the home to be “finished” when we closed. There were numerous items not done or working. Heat did not work for over 5 days. Loaner Kitchen fan not working. Missing outlets in living room and outside. And the house had not been cleaned. They promised touch ups in thirty days, it’s been two months no touch up. List is too long to put here. We’ve had several phone calls with customer service and supervisor. They promise to get on top of it, but rarely update us. They also promise to visit and do not show up. Our neighbors have problems with their homes as well. I had a long "punch-list" when I moved it. It was pretty unacceptable. I've had to have subcontractors come out multiple times, and I am months away from having a "complete" house with no issues. KB is a budget builder, and it's fairly good value. You get what you pay for.

Ryan was my sales agent. He was all the time helpful. Till the time I Close and even after I close as well. Thanks you guys.

Our construction supervisor Erik is amazing. He was very informative and responsive.

Sales (David) and warranty (Daine) have been excellent

Home had some issues when we closed but they took care of me fast and fix everything. I am very satisfied with my house and would definitely recommend KB to the people I know.

From start to finish, it was an overall very smooth process. Everyone is always very kind and helpful. With every aspect on the home buying experience.

The home buying process in the beginning was straight forward. There were some delays during the build phase and communication could have been better. We have been in the house for 3 months and we’re finding signs of port craftsmanship. Trying to get things fixed can be frustrating.

It was our dream to have a home and at the beginning our experience was pleasant. However, we can’t believe it’s just COVID that has made our experience decline so drastically. If we would have waited to have our home just right we would still be living out of motels and friends homes. We have reached out to warranty multiple times and have had no response. Great reviews are wanted but not warranted.

KB Homes was a great! They made the home building process less daunting for my Wife and I who are new home owners. Our home is beautiful!

KB Homes in Madera is a nice community but I have been in my home almost 2 months and i still have several issues with my home. Workmanship is not the greatest and communication is also lacking. KB is determined to correct all the issues however it is liking pulling teeth trying to get the repairs scheduled.

Wonderfull experience with KB home.

Was able to build a home I would live in for generations.
