Building with KB was a great experience! Everyone from the sales office, design studio, loan officer, and construction supervisor was very attentive!

I have a leak in my water heater more than a month and I receive my house without 2 cabinets doors that was supposed to be delivered in February 24th, but until now nothing. They return quickly my questions but I don’t have the real solution for my problems.

Overall home quality is average!

A lot of amenities weren't fully adjusted. Some doorknobs have become loose and needed to be screwed back in, there are a lot of minor things that still have not been completed yet, like missing paint, broken cabinets, and response time to fixing these issues has been slow.

I've had a KB home before and was completely happy with it. This new home is beautiful and happy to be in it, although there are a few minor fixes that need to take place. I insisted on closing even though these fixes were incomplete. Still waiting on completion of these minor issues. Some electrical, paint work, etc. One very frustrating issue is trying to reach our HOA. I've called them several times, no one has ever called me back. I do not even know if I cam calling the correct HOA.

I love the floor plan of my home and the design center was awesome helping me design my home. The sales staff was so wonderful to work with everyone was so helpful and nice to work with from the sales department to the loan department and the building supervisors all very nice to work with made my home buying experience so nice. I would highly recommend anyone to purchase a KB Home

Affordable homes that gives u the opportunity to fully customize to your taste, being Involved in this process is a priceless opportunity.

KB’s model is cheaper the better.

Several finished not done properly, a lot of delays n rescheduling to get things complete, house not complete by closing, took month after closing n a lot of chasing n following up to get things done. Still have things not completed

Please get a pre foundation inspection

Sale department are good and helpful. Customer service not good at all.

KB Home was very personable and went out of their way to help me through the process of buying my new home. Even before my closing, they helped me coordinate needed deliveries and made sure things were safe and secure.

A lot of upgrades or new state of the art features came with the home that I had no clue but made the process so much cooler. Enjoy every bit of this home, my home. The builder Gregory was amazing to work with, top of the line professional.

Some difficulties in the closing date, because change the price to pay off down, ok
