I have never thought of purchasing a KH Home for myself. I work in the real estate industry and have heard a lot about how KH homes being built with lower quality, cheap and required a lot of upgrades. Knowing this, but a few things that interested me about KB homes was the community is big, mostly located in good convenience location, house square foot are large, allow buyers to chose structural and interior design upgrades that must of the average builders don’t allow especially during the Covid19 time. I have chosen a lot and a one story plan building it from scratch. Overall the building process took 8-9 months which I was expected and told by the builder. Went to select option upgrades and our house turn out very nice the way we imagined it was going to. We did find a few problems with the AC leakage, and a few other small issues after moved in, but KB has a wonderful warranty team, the warranty manager who scheduled appts and managed the vendors to come out and repaired all of the items we called out within the first two weeks after we moved in. Overall, it was a great experience and I do recommend buyers to look into buy KB homes today and plan to spend $40-$60k+ upgrade to make your house looks really nice on top of the base price given (was still great and average cost per sqt) to start. ... I will say getting in contact with Susan and the other ladies was awesome! They were very helpful and responsive. Whenever I had an issue I knew I could give her a call and the team would help right away. I will say the house itself is great, there were a few hiccups on the building of the home. Overall experience was great!

Enjoyed Kb homes as each saleperson, builder, superintendent were wonderful as all have been kind, professional, knowledgeable and transparent.

Purchasing any new home is a bit challenging - from financing to final walk through - its just part of the process. Yet overall, things went smoothly. I like the layout and the price I paid for the home. Overall - excellent.

The process started off a little rocky however Liset turned it around. She was very personable and tried to learn more about what made me happy and didn’t stop until I closed. Finance could use some work.

In an apparent rush to finish before closing, a lot of details about the house were skipped; however, KB rep and sup have been tremendously responsive to correcting all the issues quickly. Repair and finish crews have been superb.

The process was guick and fairly easy the staff was always willing to listen to my concerns and take quick action on which is always found on new construction.

I am enjoying my home

The overall homebuying process with KB was great, I had an amazing “A-Team” with Justin and Daniel. Finish work such as drywall, paint, trim, ect. could have had a little more quality and care implemented within the work, but overall met expectations.

Very much impressed with the experience I had with KBHome. Really stepped up their game. The things that came standard with the house is upgrades with other builders. Their timing on the house build was precise and the management, sales and project managers were always on hand for questions and updates. Highly recommend KBHome!

The entire process from initial purchase to final move -in was very easy.The builder’s team did what they promised. They updated and responded to us in a timely fashion. Home buying can be quite stressful but KB made the process less so.

It was excellent and an easy process

Janice made herself available and answered all questions knowledgeably. Ian was also responsive and prompt with any issues I had. Both were very professional.

We got a lot of emails for other buyers from the loan people.

KB Home was the best experience in buying my first home. I had ti opportunity to choose every detail and make my home unique. From start to finish, every process was done professionally. Everyone was on top of everything to make sure my home turn out, my dream home.

Our sale person Kelly has a great personality and very helpful on purchasing our new home made the family feel comfortable with all the questions the family had to ask. Michael our inspector was very helpful with the family went over all the things to know about the house and checking all appliances ,electrical and plumbing Both Kelly and Michael answer all the things we need to know and responsive when needed Thanks you kb homes and people involved with our journey on purchasing our new home.

The KB Home buying experience was amazing. The process was seamless and I felt very confident going into my new home purchase. All of the team was very caring and ensured to address any concerns I had were taken care of.

The staff was excellent in all aspects of providing customer service. They responded quickly to answer questions and resolve minor issues. They promptly answered phone, emails and text messages.

I have bought a couple of homes in my lufe and this by far was the vest experience. The consistent communication from the KB offices, finance and project manager were great. The customer service to resolve issues post closing is impressive as well.

The KB Construction crew is very hardworking and responsive to issues! They have a ton of work on their hands at all times and can still find the time ensure all homebuyer needs are satisfied. They also reach out to make sure that tasks are finished when workers are sent to complete tasks.

honest approach, mateirals can be better

We are happy to be in our new home. The construction manager has done a great job in responding to our requests with any issues. Although I believe quality materials are used, the work done by laborers is rather sloppy. There seems to be a lack of pride in what is done. We continue to have issues with back yard irrigation and currently we are unable to use our yard, but I am confident that KB will honor their commitments. The repairs are often delayed when having to request from an external company. Overall we are happy with our new home. Thank you KB.
