Fantastic team of Pros who communicate well and were able to give a homebuyer the attention needed during Covid. Although it took a little longer to get to the build, the home is worth the wait.

Kb homes customer service is very responsive. The home design is good and the use of space is efficient. Overall a great experience.

The home is very nice but I was disappointed because the bed rooms are very small considering the square footage of the home. I would have rather have a smaller backyard to much larger bedrooms. The masters suite is average and that should be the largest room in the home. One of the rooms is so small until I will have to use it as an office space.

Karen make you feel you are literally part of her family. Her knowledge and personal treatment made the while process the difference. Be ready for the underwriting process, is not an easygoing.

I purchased a beautiful home. Everything was pretty close to perfect. I had an electrical issue and a HVAC issue when I moved in. I let the superintendent know and he got everything fixed right away.

Overall, a pretty good experience. The Design Studio was great. Sonia helped us design a beautiful home. The ability to choose so many options isn't what I expected and the price point for upgrading is very reasonable. This makes each home unique. I do feel that some of the contractors aren't as detailed as others, but the Construction Manager tightens up any concerns promptly and follows up appropriately.

We enjoyed the process from start to finish.

From the first time we talked about floor plans and available lots, to our closing day, everyone was amazing. Our sales associate transferred communities and still managed to keep us updated weekly. Superintendent was very responsive and kept us up to date the entire time, and made it possible to close early!

Jenee was excellent during the entire process. Richard and Sal were very responsive and helpful. The design center had some hiccups with some of the things we picked but so far we have been accommodated.

Great building experience with KB. Meet all of the timelines, and the team kept us updated with photos and progress reports on a weekly basis.

Overall the experience was great! I give them 5 stars on everything. Only thing I put low was the quality of workmanship. I had to be very hands on with the home since day one (frame placed 1" to the right on foundation, house color painted in correctly, additional minor damages happening after each team visited (I.e. carpet team broke baseboards, painting team broke garage drywall, landscaping damaged garage floor.. list goes on). After closing, I also noticed some things that were not done right (unnailed backyard fences & loose door knobs, unpainted areas showing drywall color especially in bathrooms, loose towel racks).. As homeowners in a new city and state, we were pleasantly surprised by the quality of our new home. But what surprised us even more was the people. Everyone, from the sales persons to the carpenter that had to fix our door, were will to go above and beyond what was expected. What made this buying experience exceptional was the people.

The buying process with easier then I thought
