Really excellent customer service. Quick response time and repair turnaround

Excellent home and overall I’m very pleased with my home. I closed back in September of 2020 and I couldn’t be happier.

Had an amazing experience! Love the home but what stood out the most was the team I got to work with. Took care of my concerns and even my unnecessary requests.

Kb will work with you and get any issues taken care of. Patients is a huge key factor in it all!

Very happy with our new home.

We were promised to have closing done on September 17, 2021. As per that we sold our home in Florida. Then they moved the date to October 21st. We had to rent a home since we sold ours. All the furniture and stuff were put in a rented storage in Pflugerville. They moved the date again to October 27th. Then to November 4th. Then to November 12th. Finally happened on Nov 12th. You don't understand the financial burden we faced over renting a home and the storage. Driveway has a crack . Garage has concrete broken off in many areas. Hole in garage where sheet rock meet. Door bell was placed on the second floor which you don't hear downstairs. Toilets with cheap plastic flush handles which are very loose and you can't tighten them anymore. Also for the water pipe to come through the wall to the toilet tank has a big hole on the wall which cannot be covered with the rounded cover. Sliding door has a sliding screen and that was torn around its handle, they corrected it with silicon !!. Water problem in the back yard. If you walk, your boots (you need boots) will sink in the clay like mud about 4-5 inches. Irrigation / sprinkler guy said its not from the sprinklers and may be coming from underground all the way up from the golf course area. This is our 4th new home we built. KB is a great home builder and would recommend them to anyone in the market to build. Love the options and how swiftly KBHS (kb’s lender) took care of things for me along the way.

Look over very carefully before closing. We closed and then noticed a lot of problems dirty dirty wall garage floor concrete problems and grout all over the walls and was told the garage didn’t matter was not considered important to them

Brett was awesome. He catered to our unique needs. He ensured our homes was complete and to standard. The small nick picky things we discovered were fixed as soon as we addressed it to Brett. I would buy any house he is the foreman for. I am just happy that he works for KB Homes.

Over all our experience was great, From start to finish, every person we dealt with was so helpful, and positive, and yes the house isn't 100% perfect, but it only takes a text or call to get the imperfections correct. Thank you KB

Frequent followups and updates.. great attention to detail

Contractor say will fix "issues" but you don't hear from him over 2 months.

KB was probably one of the best 1st experiences a customer we’ve ever had! From beginning to end, all staff involved was welcoming, helpful, attentive, quick to respond to any questions, and always kept us in the loop as far as the next steps in what was happening to our home! We loved being able to have the freedom to choose our interior options to make our home feel like a one of a kind. Would definitely recommend KB Homes to anyone who’s looking to buy for the first time or even a 2nd time!

We had a great experience as we found this community, everyone was attentive to our needs and wants. They we’re so helpful in answering all of our questions and go about it accordingly. The sales rep was exceptionally nice, he guided us through every step of the way and made us feel comfortable. If there is anything you need they’re definitely on top of the list. Highly recommend

Overall, we love the property. However, due to delayed timelines, it seems that construction process was rushed. The interior of the property did not go through a deep inspection before releasing it to us. We have several issues that should have been caught through internal inspection prior to releasing the home. The construction team particularly Danny has been extremely helpful. In addition, third-party company working with KB to resolve issue particularly Richard is very helpful. Sales experience needs to improve. They should over communicate and keep in close contact with the customers throughout the home buying journey. This way customers have an overall improved experience of buying future homes. ... More

my only advise would be prepare for the worst and be happy when its not so bad. i would consistently follow up with everything because there will be too many mistakes to count. the end product will not be that great and you will have to redo a lot of the work. DONT GET OPTIONS, get the bare bones basic because you will be disappointed, take that money you saved on options and have it done after the builders is finished
