I purchased model home, move-in-ready. Furnished and all! I did not have the full builder experience, but since I’ve been here the project superintendent Dave, has been great. We noticed minor things after moving in, but he’s been really responsive.

We recently purchased a home from KB Home and overall, we are very pleased with our decision. The house itself is fantastic, and we absolutely love it. We have had a great experience with the property, and one standout feature has been the leadership and service provided by Abraham, who is the property manager. Abraham has been incredibly responsible and attentive to our needs, always offering his help with a friendly and professional attitude. However, there are a couple of issues that we urgently need to address: The ventilation system in the master bathroom is not functioning properly. This needs to be looked into and fixed as soon as possible. We are facing a temperature control issue in the house. Both the second-floor and third-floor air conditioning controllers are only controlling the fan on the third floor. This is causing a significant imbalance in the temperature regulation of the house. While the second-floor temperature sensor is designed to monitor the temperature of the second floor, both hot and cold air are only being directed to the third floor. This results in a situation where the second floor remains unaffected, but the third floor either becomes too hot or too cold due to continuous air circulation. This issue is making it difficult to maintain a consistent and comfortable temperature throughout the house. Everything went smoothly. Be careful during the home inspection; there may be some minor issues that need to be fixed. The builder will help resolve the issue quickly.

We had a great experience building our new home with KB Homes. The quality of the work is excellent, and everything turned out just the way we hoped. After moving in, there were a few small issues that came up, and while communication was a little delayed at times, everything was eventually taken care of and resolved. Overall, we’re very happy with our new home. A special shoutout to Eli, Charles, Tasha — they were amazing to work with! Friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to help. Would definitely recommend KB Homes to anyone looking to build a home.

From the beginning to end we had a great experience. Lots to learn when you are a first time home buyer and KB really walks you through each step of the building process.

Everyone was amazing, especially Sales and the KBHS group. Construction was good, really liked the Superintendent. His workers are not the best when it comes to straight walls and installing showers properly. Also whoever did the landscaping did not properly grade it in the front yard but Warranry is incredible and they are coming out to take care of it! Overalll an excellent experience!

Process went very smooth from start to finish.

Overall, the home buying process was seamless. The KB home team was very professional and communicated with me throughout the entire process. I have encountered some minor issues where some has been addressed due to contractor errors. There are some that I have encountered and are awaiting resolution. In comparison to some of the horror stories that I have heard I am thankful for only minor problems. I do get a third party inspection and will get another closer to my one year mark.

A Mostly Wonderful Home Buying Journey with Room for Improvement Overall, my home buying experience was very good, largely thanks to the excellent people involved, though the final product's workmanship left a bit to be desired. The human element of this process was truly exceptional. The entire team made the journey enjoyable and manageable: Brad was outstanding in sales. He was knowledgeable, attentive, and made us feel comfortable and confident from our very first visit. His professionalism set a high standard for the entire process. Heather was a fantastic liaison. She was incredibly organized, responsive, and always ready to help navigate the many moving parts of the build. She was a true advocate for us! Rachel at the Design Studio was a pleasure to work with. Her expertise and guidance made the selection process fun, and the materials we chose for the home were of very good quality and exactly what we wanted. While the team and the materials were excellent, the workmanship fell a little short. We had a few problems that were somewhat frustrating to deal with after we moved in, ranging from minor cosmetic flaws to a couple of more significant items that needed fixing. While the problems were eventually addressed, the need for these fixes detracted from the otherwise stellar experience. It's a shame that the high-quality materials and excellent design studio selections weren't matched by equally high-quality execution in every detail of the build. I would absolutely recommend this builder based on the exceptional sales experience, the high-quality materials, and the outstanding support from key team members like Brad, Heather, and Rachel. They are a massive asset. However, future buyers should be prepared to be diligent with their inspections, as the workmanship quality needs a little improvement to match the rest of the fantastic home-buying experience. ... Over all are good just the price of the house so high

My son, and I bought a home together. We loved the idea of a “new build.” We did not create our home from the ground up, but, we did find a “move in ready” property. We had a seamless experience, because of that. Amanda walked us through the property, and was in full contact with us, as well as my agent, throughout the whole purchasing process. She was just an email, or even a phone call, away. Still is!!! Jesse, the superintendent, did a thorough walk through with me, and showed me all of the features, and how they worked. I needed repair to my garage door, and Jesse handled that for us in less than a week. Everyone we have encountered, on our home buying journey, has been informative, caring, thorough, and trustworthy. The finance team was the best part as they went above and beyond any questions I had. They were right on and transparent with all costs.

Lots of helpful information throughout the process. I always had a question answered no matter the complexity. Home was ready to move in and no issues whatsoever.

Everything were very transparent, very professional and good quality. I highly recommend KB Home.

Overall the building process was better than we anticipated. Communication and follow up was excellent. We appreciated the attention to detail and were very pleased with the final outcome.

I hope KB Home can still work with outside mortgage lender and still offer incentive credit to qualify buyers !
