Love the style of how the home was designed. Only thumbs down is that I noticed the baseboards, cabinets and doors are not as sturdy as I thought they were. Also whoever painted this house we are in didn’t do a great job. I see Areas that are not fully painted and some drips on the wall. They did leave us paint to use so I will be touching up a few spots.

My wife and I were very pleased with the service from all the KB Staff that has worked with us. Mark from the sales office was extremely kind and helpful throughout the home buying process. He was always available to help answer any of our questions. Once we moved in there were a few items which needed to be addressed, but Handel from KB Customer Service was awesome and made sure all our service request were taken care of in a timely manner. We are very pleased with the service from KB Northpark in Ontario and we are very happy with our new home!

Overall very easy home buying experience

A few issue we had to contact the warranty people. Quick response. Could be better if they discovered the issue And fix it before closing.

Such a great experience. The team made things simple. Our walk through experience was rushed, but we are working on the issues. Like to see more followup from customer care team to ensure open items identified are closed. Overall, great company.

Had a great experience, professional, responsive, we had a few minor issues after we moved in, but we made the Superintendent Tyler aware, he personally visited our home and took care of it. It’s all resolved now. I would recommend KBHomes

KB Homes had been great to work with! The process was fun, service was great and the staff was amazing. Would recommend their Colorado homes to anyone!

We enjoyed the experience

The buying experience was really good. However, we did not receive a 10 day follow up. We actually had to call and ask for it. We also have not received a 30 day follow up. Both of which were promised to us.

Nicely built home, just a couple of design flaws, pertaining the kitchen light placement, the hallway light placement entering the home from the garage, no screen door for the patio and the driveway could be a little wider to accommodate two vehicles. In addition, the garbage and recycling cans need an area on the side of the house to be placed, most likely some type of cement platform.

The buying and building process went smoothly, especially considering the challenging tines in which we live

Tyler and Alan were extremely helpful on helping us with decisions and addressing any of our concerns or issues. Due to the COVID-19 restrictions some Correspondence took longer in part as some employees were working from home and some delays with construction. We are happy with our decision to purchase a KB Home.

Our family absolutely loves our KB Home! From the design to the details we were able to add at the studio we're in love. Beginning with the first steps of our purchase with the sales crew (Michael and Deb) I was impressed with their transparency and communication. At the studio, Debbie was extremely helpful as the choices were abundant. She understood we had a price range in mind and with her guidance we were able to design a killer home. Of course, with Covid this wasn't an ideal situation, but the crews pressed on and delivered our home within the time frame given. Great plans, competent people, decent quality materials and reasonable pricing

Love our sales lady she has been really helpful thru all of our questions and concerns the only issue is workmanship and quality already had to file multiple warranty claims for front door because it’s leaking how to put a warrant payment for the grout on the backsplash because it’s completely crumbling and a warranty claim for the paint around the doors because it’s just ripping off the doors other than that the house is a really nice design and comfortable

The KB team have been great to work with in every aspect

The material and appliance selections are of great quality. While we've encountered a few minor issues, KB has been relatively quick to responding to our concerns.

Out of all the well known home builders out there, KB Homes offers extensive options for customization and upgrades for your home which means no two homes are truly the same. Great build plans as well. My only negative with workmanship and materials were primarily with the cabinet quality and installation and the work done to fix a patch after an HVAC installation that went very wrong. They were quick to remedy it but it's still not 100% and most likely will never be but it's pretty minor cosmetic wise at this point.
